I just want to say first of all the prices here are way way way way less then that of petcom I'm so glad I came because I had no idea I was getting ripped off on prices from petco. Also we purchased a new snake and spider for yoy guys the other day and I just want to say that the young lady who helped us I can't remember her name but she had blonde and pink hair she was absolutely amazing professional knowledgeable and just wonderful and she should be recognized for that. Ty all so much you have definitely earned my buisness from now on

Their prices are high, but they always have what your looking for.

They say online that I can get a prescription for my dog there but it’s too bad the employees are totally dumbfounded when you try to get one filled there and it’s annoying driving 10 miles to find that out

Very helpful employees when it came to lifting items and bringing to my car and loading. Polite and courteous every time I shop there.

Do not allow this PetSmart to groom an older dog who needs patience. Our golden received the most hideous $122 haircut. GROOMER Sarah P *groom dogs only* P - all this groomer could say is sorry, he had a hard time standing up for periods of time. I was in shock when I saw him! They could have called me to come get him. They could have given me a discount. I should said I refused to pay but I was speachless. I don't think this woman ever cut a dog's hair before unless the dog needed shaved and then she couldn't do that evenly. His head area was uneven, which has nothing to do with him standing up No bandana either! I will never return there. This groomer should have been embarrassed and the manager should have stepped in to help her if she was stuggling. DO NOT LET SARA P. butcher your dog's look. I wish I could give a negative star rating. I had to give it one star in order to post. How pathetic is that!

Got our very large fish tank and employees helped get it on our truck.

Fish tanks were all cloudy witn MANY dead fish. Waited for an employee to ask if I need help with fish, which isn't normally an issue, but no one came for awhile. Once they finally came out from the aisle they were hiding & talking in, they walked right by us continuing to chat about what they were go to do that night. I guess my business isn't important to them.

I prefer this place over Petco any day. Not only is it cheaper, but the employees are more helpful and experienced (my opinion). I love how our veterinarians office is attached to this Petsmart location (Banfield)

I like this Petsmart. Plenty of inventory especially in canned cat food! They also carry feline mood calming products.

We take our dog to get her nails done there, they are pretty quick..

Staff is always helpful when selecting supplies. But they carry a lot of products that are toxic to the pets they’re advertised for which makes it hard for first time owners to make good choices. They also don’t properly house the pets they sell.

Had to go here to visit the Banfield Animal Hospital. We were in the Detroit area for work for 2 weeks. We have an Assist Dog that requires a special diet due to Bladder Stones. I forgot to pack her can food. I had our local Vet back home fax the script to the Vet here and Pets Mart stocks the prescription food. They were the only place in all of the Detroit area that stocked it. I couldn't believe i forgot it but we were here for 2 weeks than 5 days off to return home for Father's Day and come back for another 2 weeks. So glad you guys had the food in stock. Thank you.

Good store clean and fully stocked. Cashier told me there was a snake missing in the store a little concerning lol but other than that great service!

Be very wary about buying anything for your chinchillas here. They say a lot of stuff is chinchilla friendly but ends up being extremely dangerous. They also have their chinchillas in horrendous conditions.. with extremely poisonous bedding and a bunch of plastic.

I was taking my dog to his vet appointment and was told I needed to wear my mask; I'm fully vaccinated. So I did comply with the request and not to long another person came in and she didn't have on her mask and I said something to them and it was over looked. I believe cause I'm black and she was white; only rules apply to some and not all.

Great selection for any kind of pet you may have ! Mine is for cats and like their prices. Clean, well stocked and friendly personal.
