She tried to charge me before i had even seen my dog. DO NOT pay before seeing the results! She definitely doesnt know how to work with dogs with a double coat! She basically took a buzzer to my bernese mountain dog. Her coat will probably never be the same now. I even specifically said i didnt want her coat cut!

Start having Kelly do my Aussie a year or so ago. The first few times were fantastic. My dog looked beautiful and apart from her not liking the cage, the experience was a good one. Last visit, Kelly had 2 young men apparently working for her. This time, my dog was not brushed out well AT ALL, was damp, and upon getting home, I don't think they clipped her nails or did the minimal scissor trimming. Tried to set up another appointment, and this time no one called back. Can't be sure Kelly will do the grooming, so I won't be back soon.

Horrible experience, horrible customer service a choppy cut with long hair hair in patches all over my dog was terrified and then one of the workers told us our dog don't like being handled. And when we let her know we were not happy.she started swearing and using the f word. Don't know how she is in business don't bring your goldendoodle here

Used to take my pitt here, she did ok with him. Took my goldendoodle for the works(70+20 for tip)- NEVER AGAIN! Very unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and just disrespectful. I have nothing good to say- I'm still pretty angry.

Never called to let us know that our dog was finished. Once we went in to get our dog, the groomer was not even there and had not even cut our dogs nails. A gentleman that was there cut our dogs nails for the groomer and cut one way to short which has caused us to clean up a lot of blood throughout our house because nothing will stop the bleeding. This has gone on for five days now. To top it all off, they only except cash and did not have change on hand. DO NOT take your pets there.

Very disappointing. I took my two dogs in for a grooming at the beginning of the New Year and told the lady my dog just had a haircut 4 weeks earlier. I only wanted her to be cleaned up. I came to pick them up and the cleanup was a pathetic and disturbing haircut as my dog was completely shaved!!! How does this happen? Pay better attention to listening to your clients! Needless to say I won't be back.

Our first experience was in November and it was great. Yesterday I dropped my two 10 month old puppies off and a different gentleman was there, I'm assuming helping out the groomer. They were put in the cage, unlike the first experience, and did not seem happy about it. When my husband picked them up, they were shaking, scared in the cage. The groomer wasn't in the front but the gentleman was and he looked irritated, pacing around then asked what he needed. They tried to charge $20 more than the last time. When I got home from work, I expected to see cleancut happy pups...needless to say it wasn't the case, at all. It literally looked like a child had taken scissors and started hacking away. A few of their nails weren't even cut, their hair around their faces was completely uneven, hair on chest and tail didn't even look cut, and to top it off they've been acting different, scared even. This just saddens me because the experience the first time was so pleasant. A family I work for, all takes their dogs here...I am so upset.

i brought my dog here for the very first time today, i explained she does not like other animals that she gets very shaky and she needs to be treated like a baby. two hours later i decided no phone call im just going to pop up and see how everything is going. when i walked in the door my poor baby girl was so miserable looking and just shaking seemed like she was dehydrated. so i sat in the chair to turn around a see some man in a white t an khaki pants is washing a dog the same size as my dog (about 10lbs) with a high power dish washer hose , just nailing it right in the eyes , the head , the ears. the poor thing as trying to avoid it he treated it as if he had no idea how to treat such a little baby. i was beyond upset then to top it off he brought out like a car vacuum and started grabbing it skin and drying it as if it was a dirty rug. when i asked who that was she said her brother that helps from time to time but was not trained to work or groom any dog. needless to say i will not return to this place my baby is like my child , and you just dont treat an animal that size like that!

Kelly does a great job, even with my feral cat! Been going to her for years now & she always treats the dogs like family. Good price & nice new shop right in town.

My wife and I are absolutely LIVID with what this place did to our dog today. We have a 6-7 year old female "golden retriever" mix - that supposedly has some American Eskimo in her. So, she's about a half-sized golden retriever with a very fluffy tail - approximately 45-50 lbs. This place has groomed our dog more than a few times in the past 18 months. They, supposedly, keep records of what they do people's pets when they groom them. NEVER have they shaved our dog - NEVER! But, for some reason the idiot female groomer (whose name escapes me...because I'm so damned angry) decided to infuriate me even further by lying to my face. She told me that she had shaved our dog before. That REALLY pissed me off. Needless to say, I didn't pay them a damned dollar. I'd suggest that you take your beloved pet to any other place in Fenton besides these incompetent buffoons.
