This is a great place to take your pets. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and care about your pets.

Everyone at Pointe Animal Hospital was very friendly, helpful & had great empathy for our dog my wife & myself. Our dog who was going on 13 years is a large breed dog & was in her last & final days of being a wonderful pet to our family. The vet was very understanding & explained everything to us. I will never forget their kindness in the treatment of our beloved pet. We will be bringing our other dog to see this vet. Highly recommend! Dave

The doctors are always very thorough, gentle kind to our animals. They never fight going there and they're always wiggly and happy. We highly recommend this office.

1st time there, absolutely wonderful. A lot quicker than most vets are during covid. Very nice and accommodating. Will be switching to them permanently.

TLDR: From the receptionist to the DVMs, it is always a great experience! 10/10 will always take my pets to Pointe Animal Hospital. Full Review: The Docs there take time to ask and answer questions, fully explain what is happening with your pet, and fully explain the recommended treatment so you can walk away feeling confident in the diagnosis and prognosis. They are patient and kind, and as a first time pet owner, I appreciate them fielding all my questions! The receptionist's always answer the phone with a professional and friendly demeanor. They ask the right probing questions to ensure that your pet will receive the right amount of care. They always have the answer - and if they don't they will find it for you! The Vet Techs are phenomenal. My pup is always excited go go along with them for their appointment. They too, ask the right questions and really take the time to get to know you and the pup. Their professionalism and passion for their job is obvious in the lively and delightful energy they all seem to exude!

We brought our puppy here to get spayed & had a great experience. Very inexpensive & the girls were super nice an helpful when it came to any questions we had regarding after care. Would highly recommend!

They are the best with our mini dachshund with high anxiety!

Very welcoming, clean place! Everyone is friendly, with a smile ???? My puppy doesn't care for car rides, so had an accident in the backseat ???? they provided the necessities to clean it up, no problem!! Very happy with my puppy package, this will be her forever vet!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Chris and his staff. I followed him from VCA and the 45 minute drive is beyond worth it!

Even though due to the current situation I couldn't go in with my puppy to see what was wrong with her I knew she was getting great care!! Dr. Chris spent at least 15 minutes with me on the phone going over what his thoughts were!! I never felt like he was rushing to get off either. He answered all my questions and I felt he truly cared about Bella's well being! I felt he took a conservative approach and didn't want to do all sorts of tests and xrays just to make more money. Thank you Pointe Animal Hospital!

We had to put our dog down and they were the kindest most caring vets I've ever dealt with.

I am in love with this vet!! I have an english bulldog and she has A LOT of health issues and this place is such a good fit for her. They always have her best interest in mind, no pushing of extra tests or meds if not needed. Everyone is so professional and kind. The office is very responsive with both their emails and phone calls. They treat my fur baby like their own and she could not be in better hands. Love this vet!!!! Thank you Pointe staff for taking care of my girl!!

Even curbside was easy and convenient. The ladies were great. And the kitty meds for the kitty cold are working great! Overall great first experience!

They have been great with all three of my cats and two dogs!

I called to get my cat, Theo, in for an emergency appointment due to showing signs of a urinary blockage. They got him in right away, and were very kind and honest with his conditions and what steps were necessary to take to ensure he would be okay. He ended up having to stay over night, and the Vet took him home so he wouldn’t be left alone. ❤️❤️❤️ 100000000/10 would recommend them. They’ve been so kind and updating every chance they get.

Unfortunately our regular vet was not able to accommodate an appointment to euthanize our dog who was suffering, so we had to contact Pointe Animal Hospital for the first time for this traumatic event. However, Pointe Animal Hospital had us scheduled within two hours of our desperate phone call. They were very kind and sympathetic to our loss. We are very grateful for Pointe Animal Hospital caring for both is and our sweet dog in an emergency.
