We get our dogs groomed there and they are good. I would recommend their grooming to anyone. They do a good job and our dog likes them.

Kellie took great care of my ornery Great Pyr this time and last time. His ears look brand new and I am not kidding when I say he is a walking air freshener. 10/10 would recommend. The groomers were very busy when we came in and Kellie handled us with class and care. I have gotten Oso groomed elsewhere but he never comes out sparkling like he does after our visits with Kellie @ Elkhart, IN Petsmart. A million thanks ❤️

I bought a Chinese dwarf hamster... And they had everything I needed a cool cage, bedding, chew toys, food and the cage came with a wheel, food dish and water bottle...very happy with my new pet!

Josh was amazing. I went to a full aquarium store and they were awful and unhelpful. After Working with josh I left with fish and confidence that I’m making the right decision. Super awesome knowing you got a good guy running this store. Thank you again my man!

Generally where I get my pet supplies, but wow, they were out of a lot if stuff. Didn't have my kitty food so I had to sub for something else, my kitty is not very happy about it. But I'll check back with them shortly.

Girls are always so good with Luna! Her nails are the best they've ever been!

They were very good with our little dogs.

Petsmart is great. I bought my parrot from them in 2003 and he is amazing. The trainers socialized him and trained him very well. He is a fantastic bird.

They take amazing care of their pets. Got a hamster from there a year ago and it was already tame. But they do not allow you to hold the animals anymore so i was a bit disappointed. otherwise, great place!

I came in to buy superworms for my Bearded Dragon, but all of the superworms on the shelves were either pupating or dead. You may want to have someone check those more frequently or you will be selling beetles instead...

PetSmart is very expensive on their Cricket's superworms and things like that and usually they're almost all dead when you get them and if you get any discount at all on them it's very very little it is so expensive I have two big bearded dragons I have to feed and I go there and spend a tremendous amount of money to come home with dead worms and crickets but two hamsters there they were supposed to be winter whites they turned out to be Black and Whites they said they sold nothing but males but my two was females

I have been to better stocked PetSmart locations. The staff was friendly but unfortunately I left empty handed because they didn't have either item I was looking for.

Won’t let you hold live animals. How am I supposed to figure out the temperament of an animal before I purchase it then?

They do an incredible job on my boy event hough he is afraid of most people.

Really don't go there often enough to give it a rating but it's a super awesome place for finding hard to find things for your pet
