Great place 2 take your dog for bath and a cut

She was able to fit me in literally last minute for the holiday, I’m a First time customer, I’m now a forever customer! I’m super satisfied!

I have nothing but the utmost praise for Essence and Chet's pets. My 6 month old Shih Tzu is extremely hyper , rambunctious , and spoiled to the point where other groomers have not been able to groom him and have not wanted him back. I found Chets Pets and truly believe Essence is a true Dog Whisperer. She took the time to make my puppy feel comfortable and like family she even kept him overnight cuz she had so much faith and knew that he would adjust and be able to get the job done and that's exactly what she did. My puppy looks GORGEOUS. I wish there was a more descriptive word to explain how awesome my puppy looks. I cannot thank Essence enough For the Love, the care and the amazing job that she did. We will be back forever and ever and ever. If there were 10 stars that is what my rating would be.

I had a 1030am appt. Was told to call/text when I arrived. I did, waited 20mins and she never replied nor answered to door. So unprofessional!

My Yorkie Leroy Did not like grooming In fact he's been banned from major grooming places like pet co ect. I even had to get meds fm the vet to keep him calm. This groomer did an Excellent job. Leroy thanks you

Chet’s Dog Grooming does a great job. I’m always a little impatient because I don’t like being away from my furry baby very long but when he comes back, he looks and smells great! I think she’s great with dogs, mines seems to love her????.

I was a lilttle worried at first because its home based but it turns out a home is we’re I would prefer to take me baby to get groomed. My Charlie loves it there the family there really loves animals also does rescuing to find homeless dogs homes. They really take there time he is there for a 3-4hours tho but they take him for a walk give him a full body massage he has legs problems he is a older dog an it seems like the massage really helps. They got to know Charlie like really know him an now every 8 weeks I tell Charlie are you ready to go to aunt Chet’s house an he gets so happy. Thank you so much Chet’s for giving my baby a second home ????????????????????????????????????

Very professional and she takes her time with my dog . He had a bad experience with getting groomed to the point where he is scared to go to the groomer but she is very patient with him and gets the job done ! He always comes back smelling so amazing

My yorkie loved his service, she was patient with me I ran behind time she was understanding, even dog sitted with a newbie courtesy. Definitely returning!

RUN !!!! My dog was attached by another dog! She still charged me, then he returned with fleas, the service was not completed as she didn’t know how to properly clean the dog ears, clip nails or service the anal gland s POOR POOR SERVICE

She took my mangled and matted poodle and sent him back looking like a king. This service was better than Petco PetSmart or canine. The lady was professional caring and very very detailed with my puppy.

OMG!! I love Chets! Wonderful and very Pleasant. I’m an owner of an Shih Tzu. My dog is going on 8yrs and when I say she hates everyone, everybody and including dogs she do????????‍♀️ I’ve been dealing with Chets for now almost 2yrs Maybe a bit longer and my dog LOVES them. I love the grooming services that’s always a great job. They treated my dog as if she was they’re own. Including times when my dog matted hair was so bad they kept her to be sure her paw healed well. When I say Chets is the best believe me they are!

Love this place. I bought a puppy from someone & he was so stinky. I took him to Chets pets. Omg he smells so good the inside of his ears are clean and everything !! Love her. Very professional very friendly good quality of work!! Highly recommended Love her!!

Amazing!!!! My 6 month old Shih Tzu is so playful to the point no one was able to give him a full cut but Chets Grooming was able to get it was. They did a wonderful job!!! I highly recommend them. My new dog groomer from now on!!

At first I was a little scared but only because I pulled up to a house based establishment. BUT I WAS SO WRONG! I put all my faith in CHETS and they earned theirselves a new customer forever. The service was amazing! My baby was matted so bad and she got him right together. She left his ears and tail so he still looks like a Yorkie. My dog is a rescue dog so he’s a little aggressive and shy of people at times. But when I came to pick him up he was all under her and jumping to say goodbye. At this very point I realized that I have found my groomer for life. She put love into her grooms and baths. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Do not miss out on a blessing. Furthermore, the customer service was amazing. She has a great personality and great communication skills. I did not have to wait for her responses and she answered the phone immediately. Not once did I ever feel that I had to worry about KING once I dropped him Off. AMAZING ‼️ I love her for this

I had an appointment at 1pm today and I arrived at 12:55. I knocked on the door and windows for 10 mins and no answer. I then texted them and no response. Now I’m seeing that my text was read at 2:10 and still no response! Don’t deal with this business if your pet is in need of grooming because they might not get serviced. Back to PetSmart I go
