TLC Pet Spa Dearborn Heights, Michigan

We have gone here for years and everyone there is above kind, professional and accommodating. Tinesha is wonderful with our dog and actually noticed the beginning signs of an ear infection that otherwise would have went unnoticed. We love this place!

They stand up to their name! The spa has a fresh smell and friendly workers. They really take the time to meet and remember their clients and give the best customer service. I called for a last minute appointment but couldn't get them all in together. Honestly didnt except to being that it was mid Nov. Then they called me the day before and asked if I wanted the cancelation so all three could go on the same day! So awesome for thinking of us! The pups came home looking gorgeous and smelled great for weeks! Thank you so much ????????

Staff is amazing, the place is super clean and they’re always willing to take in my dog quickly! My dog loves it here as well and always smells and looks amazing after the appointment. Pricing is very reasonable! There’s no place else I’d rather take buddy!

I Just got back from taking my German Shepherd. She has never been to a groomers before she is older and i did tell them that. She had asked if she had any issues i yes she may sit down while giving her a bath. So i go and pick her up and the girl told me that my dog was not welcomed back because she was going to the bathroom a lot and she kept sitting down. she said it not like she was bad or anything i just don't think we can take her anymore. My dog had to be scared she has never been to a groomers before. so do they not take senior dogs? if so that needs to be said. i am not very happy Also when i had called and made the appt i told them that she is a recuse and they said okay she will be the only dog and be here at 8:30 am okay i was there and i called to check in and they said there was 3 people ahead of me. so just overall not a very good experience at all.

First time bringing our puppy and our pitt terrior, they both loved it and looked great. Thank you too the staff, I'm sure during all this they are over whelmed. They were very professional and very nice
