They took their time and was very attentive! It was our first visit. We had just switched from another vet in the area. Wow what a difference! I feel so much more confident that “Leo” will get the great care he deserves now!

Staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Dr Pierson took the time to answer each and every question I had and was great my dog. Wait time was short and I never felt rush. Prices are comparable to other vets in the area. Definitely plan on returning for more pet care in the future.

It was so nice to be able to be with my furbaby inside again! Dr. Ahrens was wonderful and it was great to see him again.

I can not say enough about how amazing they are. As a family we have been going to them for 17 years. My mom, my brother and sister-in-law, and myself all have our fur babies treated here. They are amazing with our pets. I would 100% recommended Pierson to everyone.

This veterinary clinic is the most caring and honest that I have found. They are polite and flexible when it comes to scheduling. The doctors actually take time to give the diagnosis and explain your pets treatment options without feeling like there rushing through it all. I cannot thank them enough for all they've done for my pets. If they were not so thorough on their examinations one of my dogs wouldn't be here today.

Brought my dog in two times for urinalysis. They refused to do blood work and xrays. Talked to Mr. Pierson on the phone and this man sounded like the least educated person there. After 2 urinalysis all they could recommend is a 3rd urinalysis. Ended up taking my dog to a different vet. They were way more professional and cleared up my dogs UTI in only one visit. They call back months later demanding payment for a urine sample from months ago saying “ we usually don't charge if u come back” yeah is that i was never informed of the cost.

Took my little dog to this place today for BLOOD WORK next thing I know they give me a bill of $141.50 !! Are you kidding me , They tried adding extra charges of MICROCHIP ( I NEVER WANTED THIS, NEVER ASKED FOR IT ! ) They told me they would not spay my dog unless I agreed to a bortatella as well. then they informed me in order to spay my little tiny Yorkie ( 6 pounds ) they planned to charge me over $350 to spay her ?!??!?!!? I literally left this place in TEARS after speaking with the BEYOND RUDE office manager that kept me waiting for 20 minutes as she walked around doing nothing trying to avoid me. The gal up front was cocky about the price and said " well , our prices are cheaper than most " HA !! I came home and called Dr Pierson himself and he was BEYOND rude to my Mother and I about what took place today, he yelled and told us to shut up and asked why we called his home number " BECAUSE HE GAVE IT TO ME YEARS AGO that is why ! ) Dr. Pierson said he will not reverse the charges .. GREED !!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF !! AND PIERSON IS THE RUDEST MAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !! I came home and called Humane Society and they gave me the number for " All about Animals " they charge $80 to spay my little girl. HUGE difference $350 bucks to $80 - GREED, GREED, GREED !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY PIT OF A ESTABLISHMENT ! Dr Pierson REFUSED to give my money back that is currently pending on the credit card at this time. Says he can't do it . He was also extremely rude to my elderly Mother by calling her a " Old Lady " telling her to " SHUT UP ! "

I have used this Pet Hospital for two cats since 1998 - Their old location and their new location. Their professional service and reputation is outstanding. They are reliable and responsive to the needs of my pets.

Very good service, only thing is make sure if you are a new customer to get all the costs of services up front, even the exam cost. I was told 1 price for both my dogs over the phone and when the appointment was done it was double the amount. They assumed I knew the initial exam cost of $50 on top of what I needed which was heart worm pills and 1 vaccine. Other than the sticker shock this place was very informative and did a good job!

Our experience with getting Petunia spayed was wonderful - all staff were quick to answer any questions or concerns - everything went wonderful and she is one happy piggy! When I forgot post op treats the staff gave her some fruit! Much appreciated! Thank you very much!

Dr Pierson's office has cared for 5 of our dogs from birth to death. Would not go anywhere else. Dr. Pierson & Dr. Lusty are professional, caring vets that treat your animals as if they owned them. Would highly recommend them. During Covid, like everyplace, it's been challenging to get a quick appointment. Don't let that be the only reason for making your decision.

I ended up choosing this vet by checking their reviews after I drove by the clinic. My rescued cat (of 2 years) saw another vet but they didn't call back or respond to emails. My girl is very timid but sweet. Everything was extremely professional and Dr. Pierson called to talk to me during the appt (due to covid restrictions parents wait in the car, lol). I appreciated that as well as him explaining to me that there was one vaccine she didn't need because she's never outside. I could tell he cared and he saved me an expense. The other staff was great too.

Pierson Pet Hospital along with their grooming offering, is fantastic. We drive over 40 minutes to get our dog groomed at their facility. It was the only place that we found that can handle our dog.

My name is Eric I made appointment for my dog to be spaded and one puppy to get it first shoots it two weeks to get in. I was told they would keeper her over night first day she would be exams and shoots then the next day she would get spaded. Then I could pick her up. They then called me to pick her up that they could not spade her in tell Tuesday I told them I was in the hospital that could not pick her up and the puppy please do as you said you would do. The Manger did not belive me start to yell at me too come get them right now Very Rude I told her to do her job as you said you would I didn't care how long it would take and I also asked that Mr Pierson call me I have know this man since I was a little boy where I worked on his farm alway thouth he was a good guy. It has been three weeks and still have not hered from him long story short they call the police on me stating I would not pay my bill,, witch was never the case I didn't care what the bill was as long as it was fare and they did what they said they would do. Well I had the dogs pick up and got the bill they over charged me for the over night stay and they also charged me for pre anesthetic for the dog pre surgery witch they have not done. Please keep in mine I had four dogs that they took care of for my family. So with al do respect I ask to talk with the doctor and never return my calls and the office Manger should be fired for the way she talked to me when I was in the hospital for high blood pressure problems they add Un wanted stress to me and over billed me and didn't do what they said they would do. I paid my bill I dont know if Mr Pierson know how she treats his clients but we are the ones that should matter to his business after this experience I have told all friends and family to stop taking there animals to this place. Big words called the police on me lied to them stated I would not pay my bill what a lie threten to call the dog pound if I did pick them up caused me Un wanted stress and over charged me . And told me they have removed me from there clint list ... al I wanted to do is get my dog spaded asked for the blood work refused to give my the labs so I could take her to another vet to get her spaded to this day no labs over payed and no doctor calls. I would never recommend Pierson pet hospital to any one and if you read this I would recommend that you find a better place where you get respect and a fare price and you don't get over charged bottom line called the Police what a joke

There isn’t a single thing I can think of that you need to work on , the experience is always positive with the staff and the results from the appointments are always amazing , you truly take care of my pets like my children and that means the world to me and especially my three boys who cuddle with our beautiful pets haha

They are unsafe...in the name of covid, they will not allow the pet owner into their lobby. They send a runner to the car to pick up your pet, but the owner cannot talk to the provider. The runner does not always get the information correct and sometimes the pet is delivered to the wrong provider. Its OK if your pet went to the groomer instead of the vet for immunizations but what if your pet was delivered to surgery? I tried to talk to them about my concerns but I was barred from the lobby and then was told not to come back....I want to talk to the vet while my animal is being examined. This has been going on for months. My pet was given too many immunizations at one time and I dont feel comfortable dropping my pet off. ALL OTHER BUSINESSES ALLOW ACCESS TO THE PROVIDER.

Wev have been going to Dr. Pierson for over 30 years. He and his staff have taken care of seven of our dogs. We feel like our dogs are home when they are there. They are an excellent staff and offer outstanding service.

Pierson Pet Hospital has been great for our dog grooming and boarding needs. They take great care of our dogs while we are gone, and Dee is a wonderful groomer! She always gives them lots of love and makes them look SO beautiful!

My experience was as good as I'd hoped for. The staff and veterinarian were friendly and responsive to all of my questions. I appreciate that I was able to get my dog in to be seen on short notice. My wait time in the office after arrival for my scheduled appointment was short which was also much appreciated.

Lola is always treated with love and care at Pierson Pet Hospital. I also love that they give me advice and assist me with raising my puppy. They never overstep but are always willing to help with suggestions. The grooming and care is fantastic and I am very happy with all of the care that Lola receives. I travel alone and I love the way that the doctors care about helping her travel safely with me but never want to over medicate, but they certainly help me to keep her safe.

Missy groomed my cat and did an absolutely amazing job. All of the staff were very nice and responsive to phone calls and questions. You can tell they truly care about you and the care of your animal. The price was outstanding and half what the big box stores charge for grooming. Would recommend to anyone in need, I will be going here exclusively for all my cats care going forward.

WILL NOT RETURN! Had an appointment to take my dog here for heart worm test and microchipping. When I called to make the appointment, the lady on the phone suggested that I think about waiting on the microchipping as my dog is small and it would hurt. I called back the day before his appointment and left a message (because no one answered the phone) that I would wait on the microchipping as I was considering having him fixed and would wait until he is under anesthesia. The following day, a tech met me outside due to Covid 19 and I also instructed her that I did not want him microchipped at that time. She said ok and that someone would call me when he was in the room. No one called until he was done and they wanted me to pay. They ran down the bill, which included microchipping. I was clearly upset and informed her that I had told them twice NOT to do it. She rudely stated, "well, no one passed that message". I again stated that they should not have done it and what if I did not have the money to pay for it, since I asked them not to do it? She stated, "well, don't pay to have it activated then". No apology, no offer to discount the service I didn't want. I am glad it was not a serious procedure that they did not communicate with each other about! I will not trust my pet with them again! Interesting that they do not respond to any of the negative reviews to offer apologies or contact you to discuss the issue.

I have been bringing my cats to GB Veterinary Hospital since moving back to the area, but not anymore. My cat Sushi has allergies that seem to flare up every 6 months and makes her lip or feet swell up. This one was bad, her lip was so swollen and I could tell she was uncomfortable. When I called GB vet they told me they wouldn't be able to get her in until mid June. When I asked for a recommendation on what to do...they wouldn't help me. So I started Googling vets in the area and this one popped up. I called and the nice receptionist got me in that day! The vet (can't remember her name) answered all of my questions over the phone. She was the first vet to actually give me answers on what Sushi is dealing with. She was so patient with me. I super appreciate all the help. I was so worried about bringing my cat to a vet during this COVID19 pandemic, they made it pain free. You sit in your car and fill out the paperwork, they come get your pet, once inside with the vet, the vet calls you and asks you questions and talks you through what they are doing. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I love it here, i just got a new puppy and I had some questions concerning my puppy and the tech and Dr. Lusky was AMAZING.. I appreciate them very much.. I will be continuing to come here as long as I have pets... ????
