Beautiful people work here they love our fur babies and take such great care of them.

Our dog was suffering from stage 4 congestive heart failure. Today she had a major cardiac episode and our vet could not see her. Lakeside helped us carry her in, calm her, and pit her to rest. God Bless

I love the care that my pets receive at Lakeside. Well staffed, compassionate and accommodating.

The staff was friendly and did a good job. The Dr. Was very bias on the type of food i give my dog. He seemed to get angry with my food choice? It was super expensive for an emergency visit for my dogs ear infection.

For owners with bunnies I would recommend not coming - staff does not seem to be knowledgeable regarding rabbits and was discredited when we took our bunny to a true rabbit savvy vet and multiple rabbit rescue sources. We unfortunately paid for an emergency pet visit and for medications that was unrelated to her care. Should not say you take exotic animals if you do not have thorough knowledge on their care. We were told some very misleading and scary information that ended up being completely untrue. Thankfully we got a second opinion.

Dr Brooks and his staff has taken care of my pets for years. I trust him completely. He has always made the correct diagnosis and treatment plan.

came in from out of town, our dogs had ear infections and they were able to get us in, in a timely manner. Very clean office, appointment was quick and they got us out with what we needed.

This vet KILLED my Dog. The vet gave my dog 2 different medications and crash her organs. It did not take long for the 2 meds to kill her. I would Never Never use this place. When I called and told them they did even seem to care

First visit. My son was put in a room to fill out papers. Guess they didnt realize someone was in there because there conversation about another hedgehog owners buggy eyes and weird expressions was heard. Very unprofessional. The Dr was very much not listening to a thing told to him. He also had no interest in seeing our hedgehogs sore spot he just gave sulfa and pushed us out. No cleaning to see clearly. Just plucked a loose quil that was laying on wound off. Masks off on front staff and incorrectly on vet. By the way your not the only one who sees hedgehogs in area, just only one with short notice appointments, i see why. Also, hedgehogs dont have to be "put out" to trim nails. Our vet has done it many times. Shame on you for your rude childish behavior.

With previous pets I went to another veterinarian office in the area. You know the one that has mini dog village (training, daycare, grooming etc..). They also have new construction, lots of vet salaries and high bills. I recently adopted our next family pet. I have began the journey with the guidance of Dr. Brooks and his staff, so far so good. Service are very reasonably priced, even offer a fair introduction package. Questions are answered in a very detailed fashion. I definitely recommend this place for your family pet!

After driving 45 minutes to see the vet. The white coloration around the water dragons lip was not addressed, the vet claimed it was normal. However in the last 10 years of having our dragon it NEVER looked like that. The vet was concerned about the breathing and gave drops to be administered daily for 1 week. He discussed how the lid was very difficult to remove and demonstrated removing the lid and how to administer the drops. The vet places the lid back on and gave it to us and we were on our way home (another 45min) the vile was placed in loose fitting shorts pockets and once returning home found the vile completely empty. When speaking with the vet. I was told it would cost me another $40+ for the refill, not to mention my time. Apparently he can not be held responsible for anything once it leaves the office, even though the loss of medication was the direct result of him not securing the lid properly. Way to take responsibility!!

Dr. Brooks is very caring and great. The staff is very good and they both take special care of my Bella.

My dog is not scared to come here. They always fix him up good and take Great care of him. He would refuse to come if he did not like the place, doctors, or staff. Fast, friendly and reliable.

We've been taking our dogs to Lakeside for 20 years. Staff is friendly. Vets are professional and really love animals.

Dr Brooks and all of the rest of the staff are fantastic. They're so helpful, compassionate and caring towards your pet. I would recommend Lakeside Animal Hospital to anyone.

The Doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful. They got me and my dog in in a pinch when my primary vet didn't have any openings. I also like the fact that they and my regular vet will confer with each other.

Got a new puppy and they fit us right in for an appointment! They all are so sweet ???? and answer any questions I have. They have a new puppy package which is very affordable! I highly recommend them!!

LOVE Dr. Gus, he has been our vet for years and with multiple pets. Great place, great catch on issues or calming if something is not an issue. Will always go there!

Took my much loved Cat Khan today . Last minute emergency , never been here before. Receptionist top notch asked pertinent questions got us in right away. All the staff was courteous and warm. Unbelievably affectionate to my sometimes ornery creature . Dr Brooks was wonderful with us and my pet. Did not suggest a ton of tests but was very thorough in his exam and his diagnosis. You have got a customer for life! Thank you

Dr Brooks is patient kind and practical

My dog Chewy has been seeing Dr. Brooks for the last 5 years since we moved to the area. Chewy is almost 17 years old. Meaning he’s seen a lot of vets, but the knowledge that Dr. Brooks has is amazing, I say this with true confidence. I cannot even explain the amount of compassion that the team here has. Every time I go in, they make our experience so comforting as it can be scary with him at this age. Over the last few years they’ve seen him go from very active to blind and having other concerns. Although we can only help him so much they continue to do as much as they can!

Dr. Brooks has been so caring and gentle with our fur babies. He neutered our Holland Lop bunny today and was so gentle and kind with him. He kept me very well informed about everything. He has also taken excellent care of our senior dog. Dr. Brooks and his staff are all very compassionate people. They really get that our 'pets' are very important parts of our family. They really are animal people. ❤

This place is TERRIBLE, my guinea pig Specky has to get a bladder stone surgery and they did it and sent him home in a shoe box! They didn’t even check to see if he swallowed the pain medication which after we got home could still see it in his mouth! Any other animal hospital would have kept him there overnight and keep checking on him the whole night. He died that night few hours after he got home. It cost us $1,000 and the life of our beloved Specky! We will never go back again and we encourage all reading this to do the same! Also the staff is extremely rude and treated us like trash, they didn’t even explain what was wrong with him

Too boosie & they over charge for everything!! What ever you do dont get Care Credit! If you love your animal you'll take them elsewhere.
