I board my dogs at bed and biscuit for quite awhile now and they love it! The staff is AMAZING...they take the time to get to know each and every animal...they don't only just care for the dogs they give them so much love and affection as well..there is no other place I feel comfortable with leaving my precious fur babies

I just used Bed & Biscuit to board my 10 month old lab this prior week, I was looking for a place that was a little cheaper then his normal doggy day care he normally goes to. But three days after picking him up he was having emergency surgery. He must have chewed a blanket during his stay and when I called the office to find out if he got into anything that they knew of ,I was told that they were aware that he did this but nobody passed on that information to me when I picked him up. I feel like as a pet mother that information should have been passed on to me so that when I noticed he was not normal acting I would have had an ideal of how to help him instead of waiting to waking up to a lifeless puppy. Communication is key when you have people's pets that are like their children I definitely do not feel like I received that at this boarding facility. Nor do I feel like anyone was concerned when I called this morning to let them know. So I learned a very hard lesson and unfortunately so did my puppy saving $200 actually cost me 5500 in the long run. I feel like you failed Bed & Biscuit my family and my puppy.

Karen and Erica are wonderful! I've been using the kennel for about 15 years now. Very clean and well maintained. Dogs get daily play time and socialization at no added cost. Most kennels will charge you for this. Which is just shocking to me. Karen and her staff truly love animals and it really shows in the care they provide. I will never use another kennel other than this AMAZING one. Thank you Karen and staff for always taking such good care of my fur babies!

We love taking our dogs to Bed and Biscuit! The dogs love being able to play with the other dogs. We know they are being well cared for. There are no hidden charges like some other kennels. We also like being able to see pictures and videos on Facebook when we're missing our furbabies.

We board our 3 big deals with Bed and Biscuit. Love these folks! They know the dogs, they get outside playtime and I highly suspect alot of spoiling!

We've been taking our dogs to Karen for years and wouldn't consider any other kennel. She's done rescue forever and really understands dogs. No need for an evaluation visit - they'll learn your dog and put it in an appropriate play group. Or, like our fool when he was young, take them out for play time alone. One of my favorite perks? They get a COMPLIMENTARY bath before going home. Love this place.

Great experience , staff was super friendly and my dog was super excited as soon as we got there .. when we picked him up he was very happy and exausted as he definitely got in allot of play time!! I would recommend Bed n Biscuit to anyone looking !!

I have boarded my dog here at least ten times and thus far I have been completely satisfied. I see my dog healthy and active and playing on the website video. This is the sixth dog I've owned and I have never been more pleased with a boarding facility.

I am overall unhappy with my experience here. Updates about my dog were not given. I mentioned to the owner when I picked up my dog that there had been no updates or photos of her in 4 days. She said my dog was not comfortable in either group but photos of her had been posted. I told her that I had looked at every photo and there were none of my dog. She proceeded to look through her cell phone in front of me and it was clear she could not find any photos either because she put the phone down and said "I know they're there" and then rang me out for my bill. I posted on Facebook that I was unhappy with the boarding and would not return. She replied that my dog was aggressive and she didn't post videos of single dogs. My dog is 6 years old, has boarded at another dog daycare in Ann Arbor many times and has never shown aggressive behavior. I have no interest in debating this because it is a he said/she said subject and is a very easy go-to as a defense when dealing with dogs. But if there had been an aggression issue with my dog, one of the three telephone numbers that we left should have been called. That is something that should have been mentioned when it happened, not a few days later when I picked up my dog. My issue is that I was told there would be updates of my dog. There weren't. When this was mentioned, it was received with a rude attitude and a "I will prove you wrong" attitude. I did not appreciate this. If someone in concerned about their dog, you don't think they scoured the website for photos or watched the videos more than once to make sure their dog was OK? I paid my bill and gave an honest review of my experience on Facebook. The response was then combated online with a "sorry you feel that way" and a comment that my dog was aggressive. Once again, if my dog were aggressive, I should have been called. People should feel comfortable with the people who watch their dog and I do not feel comfortable leaving my dog here.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. They are always taken care of and I receive constant updates while my dog is there. I highly recommend them.

We've used Bed & Biscuit for years now & they always take great care of our furry babies! The floors in the kennel area are heated to protect their paws on cold days & they let me tour the area for the dogs - it was neat, clean & tidy. After a particularly muddy weekend stay they even gave my dog a bath before I picked him up. Karen & her staff are extended family to our newest dog, Flynn. I freely recommend Bed & Biscuit.
