Very happy with the experience we had getting our puppies their shots. Everyone was very nice and prices were reasonable.

Wonderful vet office who cares for your pet. Took care of my dog as an emergency and went out of their way to provide quality care. Will be using this office going forward.

The people who work here have always been absolutely wonderful with my fur babies! They care for them like their own and always do their best to help our babies.

Honestly Dr Bauer demonstrated incredible patience with all of the many questions I asked, and issues that needed to be addressed. She did an incredible job of explaining the things I didn’t understand, and offered even further explanations to make sure every choice I made for BigBoy was well informed. She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. It felt really good to have a vet that made me feel like she actually cared about my dog personally, and genuinely wants him to get better. Our last vet didn’t even remember him after going there for a year. I don’t see a way that the service here can be improved. All of the staff was patient, helpful and incredibly kind. I was with my pet because he had allergies and I was supposed to only pay for the medication and I was supposed to only get charged for the medication and when I went to pay the bill i saw they charged me for the medication and the doctors fee and when I called them back to see if it was a mistake one of the receptionists told me if I don’t like it then to go somewhere else I also asked for my pets record and she told me if i needed it I could come and pick it up she didn’t want to send me it through mail i just gave this place one star because I can not give less stars but one good thing about this place is the doctors and veterinary technician they were good and very nice people but one receptionist was being very rude and didn’t care about my pet at ALL!!!

Highly recommend! When our cat Mirphy had an unknown injury to his eye Dr. Bauer took care of him. The injury was too great to save the eye but the doctor explained our options to us. In the end, Mirphy had to have the damaged eye removed. We were given constant updates on his recovery and care. The staff said Mirphy was purring loudly shortly after the surgery. Great doctor and staff. Mirphy is a very happy and health cat today. Thanks to the care he received.

The folks here are very compassionate and thoughtful. As a family we appreciate their kindness.

Our yearly appointments go very smoothly and quickly. Great experience. Very professional as well as compassionate. Upfront about the cost of treatments. No pressure. I can see that their number one priority is to care for and respect their furry friends. Appointments are continuing to go smoothly with their curbside service. Just be prepared with your phone and everything will go smoothly.

I have always had exceptional service at AHC. I won't take my dog any other place. She is always well cared for and loved during her boarding stays and I know that the best doctors in the area are there to care for her if she needs. They are so thorough and taken great care of us! She is always excited when she realizes we are heading there.

The people there are very knowledgeable and informational, and they seem to care very much for there patients. I will definitely make this my permanent Veterinarians clinic.

You all have been great with my senior dog's care, not only doing what you do but working with VCA and Animal Eye Consultants specialists. I do miss face to face appointments and hopefully someday will be able to go back to those.

They helped us through the very tough process of cremation...they made the process as painless as could be. Even let the bub have his most favorite toy with him. When we picked up the ashes they gave us a wonderful letter with an even better surprise inside. Thank you. Thank you very much

My puppy (5 mo old yellow LAB) Rosebud is always well taken care of here! The technicians treat my puppy like she is family - Rosie acually loves going to the Vet! The Vet is always willing to take questions and have a genuinely friendly conversation about my puppy. I never feel rushed here. Just a GREAT place!

Just to have a dog put down they want you to make an appointment to see your dog first. We already know she needs to be put down....dumb!

All of our babies are well taken care of at ACH.

This is by far the best vet my pets have ever had. My dog Lucy loves to visit them and is very excited to see everyone there. Thing is, I feel they are just as happy to see her. Our recent annual visit went very smoothly even with all the proper COVID restrictions. Lucy was seen quickly after our arrival. They reviewed the examination and findings with me afterwards. Discussed plans to address potential issues and what we can do to help avoid taking any next steps. They even expressed how much they loved seeing Lucy. It is so comforting knowing your pet and companion is in the best care available. Very thankful for them.

I have been going to their practice for a few years now after our vet(my husband’s friend) retried! His wife and him highly recommend them. They always take the time to discuss everything with you about your pet and what is happening. I have always had Great care and experiences there!!

My experience was great! It was fast and very thorough on information about Pixie. Staff and the doctor both answered all my questions. Even the Coronaviris didn't stop the amazing customer service!
