I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used the on three separate occasions for our large menagerie of pets, which includes a dog, 2 guinea pigs and a bearded dragon. All of the pet sitters who come to the house go over and above to make sure the animals are cared for. Everyone is responsive and professional, and you get a detailed report after every visit. It was the one thing I wasn't worried about going on vacation. Worth every penny.

I just returned from a week long vacation while Paws took care of my rescue dog, my foster dog, and our cat. I loved the service everyone provided - from the way you set up the information and schedule in the app, to the excellent customer care, through the great daily reports and photos I received while I was away. They had their hands full, too, as my foster babe is full of energy and sometimes messy! We were in good hands and that meant so much to me!!

Becky has been working with my puppy for around three months now and what a great experience it’s been! First we did private training classes for the first couple months and now she comes to pick up Poppy for a walk/playtime a few times a week. Poppy absolutely loves her time with Becky and the rest of the staff. She was a poorly socialized puppy so for her to be able to learn better behavior and how to handle people is a big deal. It’s been a great relationship so far and I’m excited for it to continue!

Paws Around Motown is the best pet service EVER! I told the ladies who came over that my cats were shy and was pleasantly surprised that both Blueberry and Oscar came out of hiding for some play time and petting. All our information was carefully recorded and the ladies had no trouble at all with our somewhat complex alarm system. Every day we got an update and pictures. We could tell that the Paws people know and love animals and are VERY responsible. We've used Paws Around Motown several times without a worry for our summer vacations. Also, Becky Lea is a wonderful, highly professional business owner who goes the extra mile for her customers and truly treats all her clients with the utmost respect as well as making sure her staff meets her high standards too. Becky and her team are extremely professional. I have a purebred Chow and anyone who knows chows, knows they can be very stubborn and standoffish. My Synamon warmed up to Becky immediately and loved every minute of their walk time. I highly recommend this company. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Hired them to walk my dog while at work a few times a week. Have only had them for about a month and the first time showed up 45 mins late and the last time showed up almost 2 hours late. I schedules the times according to when I work. I have also messaged them three times on the app with no response. I will now be going with a different company. Very unprofessional

Prices are great, owners are incredible, service is reliable and most importantly - you can tell they CARE about your precious pets. 10/10, but google doesn't have 10 stars so I'll give it a 5/5.

These guys have always gone above and beyond for me and my fur babies. First time I contacted them was to stop in a feed/play with my cat while on vacation. They made an appointment so they could meet me and my pet before we left. The owner Becky came with one of her managers so they could both meet me and I would know who would be in my home and taking care of my pet while away. While we were gone, typical cat hid during their visits, they made it a point to track her down to make sure she was ok and also keep me posted with updates while I was gone. Since then we got a puppy. Becky and her team was the first call I made for puppy training classes. We were knee deep in Covid and Becky found a way to help me train my crazy pup through one on one video. Talk about dedication! The professionalism and fun never stops with this crew. Cannot wait to meet up with them at their FREE dog walking events this month.

Very professional service. They come to meet you and your animals beforehand. Every visit pictures are sent of your pet with a time stamp. You can tell that every person who works there loves animals. The prices are very fair for the quality of service you receive.

We started using the services offered by Paws Around Motown about a month ago and couldn’t be happier. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our two dogs are getting a midday visit and walk. We love the updates after each visit, which include a GPS check in, notes about the visit, and a pet photo from the visit (!). Scheduling is easy and they have an easy-to-navigate customer portal online. Prices are reasonable and the staff and owner, Becky, are obvious animal lovers. So far we’ve only used the midday let-out services, but will definitely be using them for dog sitting in the future.
