Great place for your pet care. My dog needed surgery to remove a non-cancerous growth from his front arm that grew to the size of a golf ball. They were amazing with him. Compassionate and caring. They made sure he was taken care of and explained everything to me in detail. I would definitely recommend this place! 5 stars all around.

They were very wonderful when we adopted a brand new rescue pup and he went for his first appointment and questions about urinating in the house. The vet gave great advice, answered all my questions, and since my brand new pup had his vaccines they sent an email the next day to check in on him. Always very responsive and kind.

I have a fearful dog, and they do an amazing job going above and beyond to make him feel as comfortable as possible. I am very happy I found a vet I can trust.

Dr. Watson is the most thorough vet I have ever been to. He’s worked closely with me and my senior cat with kidney disease to help stabilize his labs and immensely improve his quality of life. He calls personally to provide lab results every time. He’s a great educator and always makes time to answer all of my questions. I can’t thank him and the entire Kimball staff enough!

Great people great with my weimaraner

I brought my new cat in for her first real vet appointment today. This was my first time at Kimball Animal Hospital. They were very accommodating with my schedule. They are very professional as well as caring. My cat was very nervous, but they were all so kind and patient with her. I will definitely continue to go to Kimball Animal Hospital and will soon be scheduling an appointment for my other cat. I highly recommend!

Too busy to take me off hold. Called them twice to make an appointment. Then I drove there, nobody at the desk. Guess they need more help.

Kimball ( who by the way is a friend of the family) refused to see my dog when I told them he's dieing in the back seat. Had the nerve today ( after I called them ) to tell me "well everyone's really busy" & " I don't know what you want us to do" & then hang up on me. They did not kill my dog but they surly did not help . They are the only vet my dog has ever been to & he was only 4. Just remember this is how they treated someone who saw them because he was a friend of my family member just imagine how they treat pets of people they don't know. FiND ANOTHER VET

Dr Kelly and staff are awesome! i was nervous to bring my 2 rescue cats to the vet but I was amazed at their knowledge and treatment of my cats.. They were so gentle and kind. They truly care about your pets!

You can tell they really care about your animals, everyone was helpful, and vet seemed knowledgeable. Pricing could have been explained a bit better though. I'm still taking my kitties here though

My animals love this place. I've never known a dog or cat who actually liked going to the vet before.

The staff was unprofessional, rude and uninformed. At least the tech and front office staff were. Doctor was fine. But looking for new vet after my experience with the newly sold practice

A little pricey but take good care pet

Everyone on staff here has been very accommodating, professional, and kind. The service has been excellent. I highly recommend this facility.

Sammy was shacking for 2 days!!! She normally has an okay experience there, but not this time. Why?

Very friendly staff. I've had to bring one of my dogs in for emergency visits on Saturdays (when they're always really busy) and they've always been able to work me in. Update 3 years later: I have been a lot over the past few years with all of my other pets (2 dogs and 2 cats) for regularly-scheduled visits and the vets and staff have always been great. I especially appreciate the follow-up calls they give after some pets have had minor surgeries or medical treatments beyond the normal vaccinations.

I’ve been a client of Kimball Animal Hospital for the past 3 years, and I’m very grateful to have been in the care of Dr. Rivas, Dr. Watson, and Dr. Kelly. Each time I’ve taken my pets, they have been extremely thorough and taken their time with me. The wait times are a little long sometimes but I know it’s because they are putting special care into each pet and owner. My cats and rabbit have been super lucky!

Just wish a regular vet could've helped our kitty. Great place. Awesome Vet and Staff. I would go here again. My visit had nothing to do with covid. My cat was dying and you couldn't do the operation correctly. Thanks for trying. Just disappointing.

Horrible customer service! I was a customer for 5 years. I brought my dog in for a tumor on his ear. I called back because the medication wasn’t working. I was asked to send an email picture of it. I sent a picture on 4/14 with no response. I waited and sent an email again and was told to book a surgery. I was told by the secretary Lisa I would have to bring him back in for a re-check and billed an exam visit prior. I was questioning this service as I was so confused and she hung up the phone on me! I called and asked to speak to the office manager. I was told she could not be reached by phone as she works from home. What office manager does not take calls from clients? The office manager proceeded to email me and tell me all the “requirements” before surgery, including vaccines. She told me she could not speak to me over the phone. I asked to speak to the owner Dr. Rivas as I wanted to ask him about this care and she told me I could only send a message for him with the receptionist. Apparently, you can not ask the Drs questions about your animals care directly. Then, in a follow up email I was told her staff can end conversations when they are being mistreated and yelled at! None of this happened. This practice not only does not care about their long time customers or communicating care. Not once was I even offered an apology. Do not bring your pets here!

Doctor and staff are very good!

My bichon has high anxiety when visiting the vet. He is treated with so much love and care that he forgets his fears. I pulled up on one visit and he was on a walk with one of the technicians..looking happy of course. Dr. K. White always comes to the car to discuss the exam with great details.

My dog's alive and I'm not broke. Can't ask for much more.

Very thorough service, but also very expensive with a lot of extras I feel are not necessary. They charge in advance for new patients. I ended up not using them to treat my dog due to cost. I was able to get the same teeth cleaning and shots for my senior dog for less than half the cost down the road. They are very nice people though.

Love Kimball. Have transferred all 3 dogs here. My 9 yr old Shi-poo had to have a cancerous tumor removed last week and Kimball suggested OCVS to treat and remove but they quoted $3500.00. Asked if Kimball vets could perform surgery and it was under $1000.00. Very knowledgeable, reliable and affordable vets that have pets and pet-owners best interest at heart.

Physical wellness check center like this all will always tell you they never accept sick pets. Sick pets should go to speccialist! But this one is very different! I told them my sick cat got serious nose problem, hard to breathe! They still accepted him anyway, waste my time and money, to get irrelevant 500 dollars check nothing to do with problems of nose and breathe! no diagnosis!

Can not say enough amazing thing about this place. From the level.of care and knowledge to pricing. This is our home vet and special note to Dr. Kelly you are amazing.
