Dr. Newland is absolutely wonderful! She is awesome with my dogs. I wish she saw people! She calls and checks on my dogs when they are sick. She calls me back promptly when I leave a message. I would highly recommend her to any animal lover looking for a new Veterinarian.

Dr Newland and her staff are the best. They are extremely kind and professional and take the time to listen to any concerns I may have. The girls seemed to be comfortable there. I’d highly recommend Hamilton Animal Hospital to anyone looking for or needing a vet practice!

The place is very clean and staff is very friendly. I knew I was leaving my dog in good hands. I was greeted by Dr Newland and she went over pre-surgical paperwork and answered my questions. Dr Seymour called after she examined my dog with a concern and also did the surgery. I received a call from the Dr when the surgery was over and received written and oral instructions at pick up time. So far a great experience.

Great Veterinary Doctors and staff. Took care of both our babies Oscar and Riley. Dental was expedited for Riley based on need. Very thorough exams and explanations during our consultations. They found a heart murmur on Oscar and explained the necessityto have him checked out and cleared by a cardiologist before dental for his health and safety. All staff are extremely friendly and compassionate. I feel they have their client's health needs as the priority and I can trust them to give the best care for my fur babies.

I do not recommend Hamilton vet. Veterinarian are was subpar, I also found the vet to be unprofessional and lacked knowledge on basic diagnostic modalities. The vet lacked the ability to discuss my pets care. I would not bring my pet back here. There many other events out there that will provide empathetic, professional, evidence based care.

The staff is absolutely amazing. My lab, Gus, already knows them by his second visit and he is honestly excited when he sees them. They handle him with such care and concern. They really are the best. If you are looking for a new vet for your animal(s) you will not be disappointed here.

Amazing! Our vet, Dr. Newman, was so caring and compassionate to us and our cat Junior. He required a surgery to save his life and as an owner of several animals I have learned that nothing is guaranteed to always go the way you hope for as pet parents. Luckily we found Dr. Newman had the expertise to help save Junior. The care throughout and follow up was top notch and regardless of how this experience would’ve went for us, it wouldn’t have changed for me the idea that this is the only vet hospital I will be taking all of my animals to in the future. The Dr. Newland is an amazing vet. She is very tender and gentle with the animals. She listens to concerns and educates when she can. She thoroughly answers my questions.

I know the owner of Hamilton Animal Hospital. I just want to say that she has a pleasant bed side manner. She is very attentive with all animals and she is one of the best veterinarian in our geographical location. When you go to this hospital for your fur babies you will not be disappointed with your service.

We just brought in our 2 adopted dogs for dental work. Those poor dogs had to get 10 teeth EACH removed. The doctors and staff here were great! The dogs are on their way to a full recovery. Thank you again for taking great care of our babies!????????

I was going to let this bad review go. But when they sent me a “Happy Birthday “ card to my dead cat- I couldn’t. I brought my sick cat in the week before Christmas. I was hoping to see Dr. Mann- he isn’t there anymore. No wonder. I paid $300 for absolutely nothing. Vet assured me my beloved cat (7 years old) would be fine. He wasn’t. The blood work showed nothing wrong. Next step was xrays . I didn’t have cash on hand. No arrangements for a payment plan. Called several times- always felt like I was bothering them (after they called back- which took hours and hours). I will get another cat if I ever get over the pain of losing this one. I will stay as far away from this place as possible. Worst experience ever...

Even though I had to wait in my truck the service was fast and easy especially being the first time there. Great service.

I was with my previous vet 14+ years. In the last year, the quality of care towards my senior Pomchi significantly went downhill. I was incredibly nervous and torn in switching doctors/clinics because I'm a creature of habit. I was super impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the way they handled my puppies visit, during a pandemic. The doctor we saw, Dr. Seymore(sp), because our situation was somewhat emergent with our new puppies, was incredibly thorough. We had just gotten 8week old Australian shepherd mixes and the male was not eating/lethargic. she stood out in the cold talking to me and reassuring me of my new puppies care. They even took pictures of their first visit for us since we couldn't be inside due to Corona. I am so grateful for the kindness showed to me and my fur babies. My male cat is as skittish as they get. Taking him to the vet is always a bit stressful. Now that Dr. Newland is at Hamilton I feel a sense of relief. He's had two visits recently and both went very well. On the first visit because of Covid we had to talk outside in the middle of February. Dr. Newland took the time to explain everything thoroughly despite how cold it was. Her staff is very patient and kind. The very professional service is shown by all the staff.
