They refused to treat my athletes foot, but they do a great job with your pets needs, they offer a payment plan service which has a pretty good list of services they provide, it really helped me out greatly with a time sensitive appointment I needed, you can tell the staff is very genuine when it comes to the care they provide, thanks banfield!

If you want your pet to live don’t trust these people. They have no clue what they are doing I don’t understand how these people are able to pretend to be veterinarians

This is by far the best Banfield I have gone to. I live in Saginaw now but the one there is a joke. I love my fur babies and the 100+ miles is worth it.

If you have an appointment or need to bring your pet in right away they throw your pet in a cage for 4 to 5 hours no matter what totally uncalled for

Our Sydney was losing her life due to old age. Melissa and the Dr. showed so much love, compassion and care to our fur baby, yesterday. A huge thanks to both of them.

So I was really worried about my puppy having an ear infection today and my normal vet was incredibly booked so I came to Banfield as I was going to be in the neighborhood. I brought him in and told them I was getting him groomed in an hour right down the street so they swabbed his ears and sent us on our way telling me to just bring him back. I called them again after the grooming appointment and they said come on in and they can help immediately. Once I arrived they took him into the back and put him in a crate. The receptionist came back and told me his pickup would be in about 4 hours. I was completely shocked because from what I understood they just needed to finish his exam and send me the results. I told her that I wasn't comfortable leaving him in his cage for that long at only 5 months old and that I would just pay for the test they already ran and take him home to await his results. The red haired female receptionist was SO RUDE and visibly acting annoyed with me by throwing her hands around and catching an attitude. I was immediately upset and just wanted to leave. She then came back and told me the doctor decided to quickly take care of him instead, and I kid you not only 2 minutes later did he come back all done from his test. It is ridiculous that you wanted to keep him caged for hours when it was something that took seconds to do. And on top of that she was so rude that I was taken aback and I will NEVER be returning, even for an emergency. In saying this, the female Dr. who saw my puppy was very kind as well as a second Male receptionist. My bill seemed very excessive for this simple procedure that had tested negative.

I pay $300 for my dogs vaccinations and when I get her back (7 hours later, Ridiculous!!) she drinks water as though she has never seen it before in her life!! If you care about how your dog is treated do not bring them here

Their prices are unbelievable, the time my dogs have spent there are unbelievable!!! Every time I go online to schedule appointment they don’t have availability, just overall poor quality. I don’t wanna come back.....

Disappointed. My senior dog who has arthritis was brought out to the car because of Covid protocol. His legs were still clearly shaking because he could hardly walk and the person who brought him out kept telling him to jump in the car even though he could barely walk. ???? she halfway put him in the car after I mentioned he couldn’t jump but he was clearly uncomfortable the way she put him in. I got out and put my dog in the car myself I don’t think I will get him treated here again. I don’t trust them to be careful with my senior dog and it makes me wonder if he was treated appropriately in the clinic.

I had to find a Vet within 2 weeks notice and because of COVID19 stuff going on I had to settle for these people. Took my baby there for 3 months straight and got charged at least 150.00 each visit for his shots. all they did was keep asking me to get him nutered after I told them repeatedly that I was not going to. They kept recommending to put him on their Hills science diet food that is soy and grain based at every visit. They listed vauge health conditions on his vet records and the last visit, they did not put complete health exam results on his records. I called the Vet and spoke with her, she apologized and told me that my puppy was 4.5 lbs. This lead me to believe that 30 days later when he grew more that would be over 5lbs and I could start to use frontline flea treatment on him. I almost put it on him and something told me to have him weighed, so I had him weighed by myself at home and even went to the local gym and weighed him, HE IS ONLY 3 POUNDS. IF I WOULD HAVE PUT FRONTLINE ON HIM IT WOULD HAVE KILLED HIM. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THOSE CRUMMY PEOPLE WHO DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO MY BABY IS AGAIN. THEY SUCK.

The practice manger christy is really unintelligent, and unprofessional, should not be a manager! seems to be they can not pull their team together, Their doctor is inefficient and pets are their and kept there for more than just a couple hours which is ridiculous with zero communication. I’m not a very happy client I will not be returning with my pets. The vet techs and receptionist are very nice. Dr.Torres seems to study poor Medicine and not care for the pets.

GREAT STAFF. Best pet hospital. I was able to make an apt and come in that exact day. The timing for the appointment was perfect. Brock greeted us with kindness and gave us sympathy for our concerns for our Cat Loki. We saw Dr. Bell who was very sweet and kind. She was informative and was also sympathetic for our cat Loki. She was patient with us as we got Loki’s results. I appreciate everyone at Banfield for being so generous to myself and family. Sadly today 5/19/20, the day after our appointment, Loki has passed away in the comfort of our home. We are so thankful that Banfield was able to see Loki in his last day of life. Without Banfield and Dr. Bell helping us we wouldn’t have known how severe his symptoms were and we were able to spend one last night with him. Once again thank you ever so greatly. ❤️ 100% recommended.

Seriously cannot day enough good things about this vet. Handled my cats urinary Tract infection quickly and efficiently. Gave me detailed updates throughout the day and Every single person I talked both in person and on the phone so kind and understanding. So happy I found an excellent vet so close to home ! HIGHLY recommend .

Banfield always treats us and our pets like family. And they always follow up with a call and text to make sure our pets are doing fine.

If you love your pets don't take them here. They perform unnecessary procedures on your animal to increase your bill. They also use high-pressure sales to purchase things you don't need.
