This small family-owned local business is absolutely wonderful and while I don't use a professional dog washing shop very often I will forever use this one when I need it!

We love it here so does our pup. Staff are super helpful and always nice. Everything is SUPER clean every time we're in. High end hypoallergenic products available, towels, dryer, smocks, brushes ect. Price is just right.

Elizabeth and crew at Shampooch are the best! I've been taking my dog there for awhile now and they really make you feel so welcomed, from the moment you check in, during the process and after. I have some pretty “special needs” dogs and Shampooch is amazing. The washing stations have high walls so it feels like our own private space and my dogs don’t have to worry about other dogs in the environment. The staff are super understanding of my dogs needs which has made his bathing experiences way less traumatic and they are even able to trim his nails!!!

I want to love this place but they are almost always closed when I need it. Make sure you check the hours, holiday hours, groomers only hours etc.

Fabulous self serve bathfacility with optional professionally done nail clipping and trim station. For $18 for a bath, one can easily argue that with cost of cleanup washing towels and the free pet friendly shampoo and conditioner you couldn't break even! Will be back!

Love this place! I am a Veterinary Technician and I have been looking for a nice clean place to give my boy his medicated baths since the groom room at my hospital was recently converted to an ultrasound suite. This place is just what I was looking for in the tubs are awesome, the facility is very clean, and the service and attention to detail was outstanding! I will be using this self wash for my "chocolate chunk" on a regular basis :)

This is our favorite place to take our dog Fern. Super friendly staff who love dogs as much as we do. Totally worth the drive from Vancouver.

Excellent experience here! My 12-week old golden retriever had a run in with some tree sap and the staff here was very patient in helping us bathe, dry and clip some of the sap off his fluffy coat. We also arrived right after their last cut-off for walk-ins at 5:30, but the owner was kind to let us wash my puppy son. Thank you for accommodating us!

I don't usually leave many reviews, but this is one of those businesses that is so professional and well run that you feel a need to leave a good word. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. Staff are always checking in to see if you need anything, offering your dog a treat, and answering any grooming questions you may have. The baths are always kept extremely clean between each wash (which is quite a task when you consider how much mess bathing one dog leaves behind), and they give you clean towels and pretty much any grooming supplies you could need. Overall you can tell that the people running the place really care about the quality of business that they provide and I couldn't be happier with my experience there.

I absolutely love going here! They have everything you need to wash your dog on your own and help you if you need! They taught me how to properly clip my dogs nails!! Whiskey (my lovely boi) loves going as well!!

Hands down the best Pet Wash in the Metro Area. The staff is so accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always offer to assist (and I need it!) trimming my little furry girl. Even cleaned her ears for me! They use great LOCAL products or you can bring your own. One of the best features are the cubicles, they are walled in between each so your pup cant see the others. Very thoughtful, making it much easier to keep my dogs attention! Also have a "booster" shelf for over the tubs for the little pups like mine! This place is super clean too! I drive from Troutdale as there just isn't any other place in my area that compares with this one! Thanks Shampooch, you all got this!
