My Dog's Groomer Canton, Michigan

Great servic. Always someone at frontdesk answers your call & concerns. All other places in canton MI, never even cared to return to my voicemails. I.e no one was there to answer despitr my many calls durimg their business hours.,..speaks volumes of their care.

Our Golden Retriever Jack has been coming here since he was a baby. They do a great job of making sure your pet is taken care of and their quality of work is very good. Jack always leaves happy and clean. But the most important thing is that you won't have to wait weeks and weeks to get an appointment here.

I've been taking my dogs here since 2013...in the past, a Shiba Inu, and currently a Lab/Pit. Absolutely not one bad thing to say about this place.....oh wait, 2020 during the pandemic and I had to wash my dog at home...lol...They are most definitely an essential business that needs to stay open. Throughout the years, some different or unfamiliar faces, but with the same beyond great service that both dogs love going too.

If i could leave no stars, i probably would. I called yesterday to make an appointment for my dog to only be flea dipped. That's it. Lady told me she could get me in tomorrow (today) and that it would be $5 for the bath and nail trimming would be included. Ok cool. Cheaper then a vet. Booked the appointment, had a nice conversation with the lady and took my dog in today. Go back to pick her up only to be told my total is $49. Excuse me, i was told $5 for my dog to have a bath. Nope. $40 office visit. Plus the bath and whatever else they added on. CRAZY THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT OVER THE PHONE! Total rip off and i will be cancelling my dogs grooming appointment for nov 4th and never will go back to them. That's absolutely ridiculous. Oh, and not to mention i had to stand there for 10 minutes while they figured out how they were going to give me change back from a $100 bill. Smh. Not impressed and at this point trying to figure out how to get the rest of my money back aside from the $5 for the bath because that's what i was told it would be. Nothing about an office visit fee or any other bs. Very disappointed.

I was greeted with excellent service two thumbs up. The staff's attitude and demeanor was off the charts I recommend this place to take your fur babies

I've almost always had good results here. I've had once or twice where she didn't have the best grooming, but usually they are spot on. They are very friendly, and have cameras monitoring the grooming area, which I just noticed.

First time at this groomer was looking for a new groomer my guy is deaf and blind and they did a wonderful job with him she had no problem working with him and he came home beautiful she did exactly what I asked her to do she cut him perfectly and I think we found our new groomer because the prices were great she was the staff was great and they did a great job at my dog se school was looking for a new groomerbecause the staff was great and she did a great job with my dog so very happy five stars ????

This awful place !!! I take my dog to hospital after hair cut they cut her throat and bleed blood! Never bring to that place again ! Zero star!

Reasonably priced and overall Good experience. They have always been able to accommodate me on a short notice and take good care of my dog. Def recommend

I am a new puppy owner and I was not sure on where to take my fur baby, I am so glad that I looked this place up and selected it. The staff was outstanding and very professional and took care of my Charlie! I highly recommend these ladies for your pets. Thank you foe making my first visit a very memorable one:)

Jaylynn is an amazing person and groomer. She took great care in my baby and he looks and smells amazing. My dog loves Jaylynn. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning.

Nail cut was very good and quick. I like that you can walk- in for nails, no appt necessary. Grooming you need appt.

Very nice groomers here! My dog had a lot of matting behind the ears and her hind legs. The groomer was able to shave all of that off with no problem and my baby looked amazing!! Only reason why I'm giving a 4 star review is because after i got home and looked Princess even more I could see where the groomer had shaved her a little bit too close, she had a few cuts on her. I just wish that they would have let me know.

Very patient with my dog. He’s a rescue so naturally he’s afraid of... everything. He snaps at people he doesn’t know, But they were very patient still got him cleaned and trimmed very nicely. :) Amazing prices too

Took in my 10lb chihuahua/australian shepherd mix (3yrs old/staff told me she was well-behaved) I will most likely go to another groomer after this experience. Not a good fit for us. Pros: - Dog was washed - Nails were trimmed very well - Responsive and timely staff - Dog seemed to be calm during pickup - No injuries/cuts - Drop-off/Pickup Option available Cons: - The cut was extremely short (length) for the breed of dog I have, and very choppy/uneven. Looks like they used a clipper to get it short then maybe flat scissors? All I see is choppy and uneven cuts. - Staff were yelling at each other in the back and at the dogs who were uncomfortable, whining/barking. Made me wonder if they treated my dog that way if she got anxious, as chihuahuas often do. - Did not get to see my dog/haircut before payment. - Thought the cost was a little high for the size of the dog and quality of cut. ($50 w/ tip for a toy sized dog shave) - My dog does not shed, but was covered in other dog hair/clippings when returned to me, most likely from the crate she was kept in. - Dog has been extremely attached to me since we got home. This does not happen after other grooming experiences. -Dogs kept in holding cages/crates. I, personally, prefer this. Although I don't believe this was cleaned in between because of the amount of clippings that were on my dog at pickup.

My pooch is always well taken care of at My Dog's Groomer. They are a professional group of groomers who pay attention to what your expectations are.

My dog doesn’t respond well to other groomers this is the only place that he’s calm and can be handled! He’s a big boy (:

I've been to 3 different groomers for my pomeranian before this and they're the first to listen to me about what I wanted for my pom. They do a wonderful job and I highly recommend.
