The absolute worst pet grooming possible…. We normally use Rebecca and she is the best! But she is not there anymore. We had a 10:30 appointment for our dog for a bath and hair cut. At 3pm we called no answer. Called 5 more times and no response. So we had to go up there and found since 1030am our dog was soaking wet sitting locked in a cage and not touched. Then we ended up just taking him and they told Us we had to pay for the bath and they would offer 50% his haircut next time. So they expect us to pay for my dog to get sprayed down and sit locked in a cage for 5 hours. Now the dog feels like he was punished. Also the lady told us to go elsewhere for his haircut because we were complaining to much for her. The absolute worst service. Don’t take your dog here just hose him down yourself and lock him in a cage. Basically the same as petco

Great place to pick up food or other items for pets. This is the only place around that has our specific brand of aquatic turtle food.

I really liked their dog training program. Trainer Jake & his team were good. We really needed help with our 8 mo lab. Jake listens well, gets to know your dog, progres & challenges then tailors the session accordingly. He gives lots of tips, instructions & demonstrations with your pet to continue the training and address the challenges. Our lab came out trained and we came out more.knowledgable, trained and confident to repeat and take the next steps with our lab.

I just bought my daughter a 10 gallon glofish kit. I get home and open it and all the tank and parts were literally used. The filter was open and used and it all stunk and had fish feces all over it. The LED lights were just in a ball all knotted up it was disgusting.i really wish I didn't have to leave for work right now. My wife is bringing it back to get refund. Or exchange.i really do hope she has no problem doing so.....I have spent a lot of money at this store.

Unfortunately pet stores at this point in time are full of inexperienced younger people that have no passion for this line of work. I’ve been working with aquaponics now for about 10 years and have visited every single available aquarium related store available in the metro area. Never have I had somebody LESS experienced with fish than the young girl that helped me this day. Starting from the fact that she thought it was “cool” that goldfish were turning black (that’s a symptom of ammonia poisoning) to the fact that it took her around 15 minutes to catch 6 fish. Overall it wasn’t a BAD experience, but definitely is not the place you want to go to talk to people that have actual knowledge about aquariums.

Just right next door is pet supplies plus. I buy fancy feast kitten. There it's .74 cents. Your store is 99cents. Wow!!! Any where else it's about 70 to 74 cents a can. You guys are ridiculously over priced. Not to mention the isle ways are so cluttered with stuff you can't fit down them with a basket. I'm sorry but with that last trip you definitely lost my business.

Lauren is the best groomer I've found for my 14 year old shitzu Bean, ever! I'm so glad she's at this location. She's very thorough and always does a great job with my dog.

Always have sales be sure to look. Like their selection but it's not very easy to find ALL products. Ask for help, you may miss what u need. Like the in-store more than delivery. Good organization, clean shop and very good service

People here are very good. Melissa took care of a concern I had without any issues. William was very helpful and patient with me when I was taking forever and being indecisive about what I wanted to get. Better selection than most other stores too. I will be coming back often. Great store overall. Updated 6/29/21 I must say that I am very disappointed to learn that both Shelly and Mellissa are no longer working here. Those were the BEST people you had and they did every aspect of their jobs perfect every time I was in there. Hands down most helpful and knowledgeable people that I dealt with there. I like your store, but will have you know that this will directly result in a significant reduction of my spending at Petco (and has already reduced this once 5 star rating). (Added 7/1/21) The 2 fish I got from you a day ago both died and you want to hassle me, accuse me of having poor quality water, and deny me from buying any more fish from you when everything else I have in my tanks has been doing fine for months. I am here several times a week and since Melissa and Shelly are gone, this place is nothing but a circus with people who don't know what they're doing. You have literally lost thousands in revenue a year due to this (just from me). Never coming back. Calling your customer service a joke is giving too much credit and you obviously don't take care of your employees enough for them to care. Even your manager working today doesn't care. What was once a good place has quickly declined because you guys let your people walk. Go to pet supplies next door. They have more friendly people.

Tried to buy topical flea and tick preventative online to pick-up outside the store for a decent discount. The site wouldn't proceed to checkout so went to the store, picked out the meds,explained that to the cashier and was charged full price

I've taken my dog here a few times to get groomed and Lauryn has done a fantastic job. She is very knowledgeable on different types of dogs and dog fur and good at explaining everything she does for my good boy.

The staff was friendly & the shelves were stocked well
