Had my maltese puppy groomed by Kayla and she did a fantastic job. He was long and knotted and she cleaned him up beautifully. We are so happy about it.

The live animals they sell are not kept right. They use outdated supplies that could harm the reptiles.

I get crickets here weekly for my gecko. Friendly and helpful staff

Everyone there has always been kind to me and they've had everything I needed.

This place is becoming a joke. One its way over priced on fish . And second the lady was trying to tell me how many fish to put in my tank . I know a lot about fish . Probably more then her. She told me that I couldn't put all 20 tetras in my 30 gallon tank. I asked her what size tanks these were she said 25 gallon. Ok so my tank is bigger then yours . Yet they have the tanks blocked off in sections and have the fish 20 fish in one section. Then she's trying to tell me if I put to many fish in my new tank it could spike ammonia. I have never had this problem with my other fish . She was trying to act like she was educated on fish . But she is not. And I can see why they have so many fish. I will be going somewhere else for now on

Was looking for cat food, alot of stores are out or my picky cats won't eat what they have. Found some here, cashier was great!

The team at Petsmart Brighton are all warm and friendly. They are always willing to take the time to provide information and answer questions, and they never rush you or try to hard sell anything. I really like their 'consultative' approach. We recently setup a tropical aquarium for our son and bought a Bearded Dragon setup for our daughter. Both the fish and the Beardie are doing great! As an aside, if you're looking for a great vet, The Banfield Animal Hospital is located within Petsmart. The team is also great and the vet we had, Dr Miller will really look after your pet.

Staff is pleasant but their prices are way to much. Store is clean and organized. 1 example, my cats special food is $12 cheaper from my Vet and on line than there.

Anne did a fantastic job grooming our Mini Australian Shepherd Gus!! His nails are nicely trimmed and smoothed around the edges, his “tight trim” looks great, and he smells AMAZING!!

Employees were really nice one day but when I bought a hamster another time they were super rude and not very nice to the hamster so idk

They associate did not go out of their way to help

Shannon was kind and caring with my timid Golden Rosie. She was well groomed and looked beautiful when I picked her up. We will be back for more grooming appointments. I was very pleased with our experience. All staff I encountered were friendly and professional.
