I always love coming here with my son, dog, and kitten! We adopted two cats over the years from their Kitty City. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stock our fish tank from here because they have a consistent variety and overall very healthy fish. Amazing store, highly recommend. P.S. every holiday season they hire a professional studio for pet photo shoots and we have an amazing portrait of our Malamute on the mantle. Very adorable!

Great location! The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome kitty room to check out cats looking for a furever home ♡ They are well taken care of and love to play! They have a nice well kept room that is maintained. It's sad seeing cats waiting for adoption have to live in tiny plastic boxes at other places. Highly recommend!

Nice store ,clean, friendly staff I brought my pomeranian to get her nails cut , the gentleman that cut her nail.was very gentle with her , was very happy . I would recommend if your dog needs a nail trim if you don't trust cutting there nails yourself bring them in here . You just have to make a purchase and they will.do that for you.

The store seemed a little chaotic inside, stuff was scattered and employees weren't very certain how to answer the questions I had. Their toy section was quite extensive though.

This is a franchise. The owner is amazing. He can cut even my Chihuahua nails and she is skiddish. We are here 2 times a week for crickets and other supplies.

I feel they are more cat than dog driven. They do have a store cat that upset my dog. But otherwise nice store.

The staff are most wonderful the facility is well-kept clean neat and organized thank you for being my go-to store I like the concept that they are locally franchised owned! Thank you for not closing up shop during the pandemic. I use their on-site vet services today was in and out in no time how good is that. Thank you again.!

The staff had no issues with our large dog she loves picking out her own toys!
