Everyone is so helpful and seems very happy to be there. Anytime I had a question they answered it promptly. This was my first experience with Dogtopia and boarding my dog there. But I knew that my dog was in good hands. I loved being able to check in on the webcam and see my furry baby. I will continue to use Dogtopia in the future. Thank you for all that you do to to keep my dog happy and safe.

We are new to Dogtopia but our daycare experiences have been great. I love how they come out to your car to greet you in the morning and take the dogs in. The staff has been great at getting us more familiar how they run the business. I feel like my dogs are safe.

I absolutely love the convenience of scheduling, the ease of drop off and pick up and the cordial professional nature of the staff. We LOVE dogtopia for our Charley- it’s the only place we trust to know she’s in good hands and having a great time!

We absolutely LOVE Dogtopia of Bloomfield. Our Kipper has been going there only about a year less than how long it's been open and we've been so thrilled with it that we continue to send him, along with his younger brother, at least 2 or 3 days a week all year long even though they now have each other to play with at home. The staff is amazing! We are crazy, overprotective dog parents who only want the best for our two little pups so we wouldn't send them just anywhere. All the staff take awesome care of Kipper and Bosco and pay attention to anything out of the ordinary that we should be aware of. I know they are in great hands when I drop them off in the morning. And then there are the extra fun parties and events that not only keep the dogs interested, but their owners excited as well. We seriously couldn't ask for a better place!

I love the staff at this company. When I first called and told them about my dog they were so helpful and Vivian (I think) kindly explained to me how the interview process works and ensured me that my dog wouldn't be injured. They have been so kind and friendly. Always so prompt to come and bring him in when we arrive in the mornings. They always take a few minutes at the end of the day to tell me about how he was feeling and his interactions with the other dogs. He always comes home happy and tired. I also love being able to keep an eye on things from the WebCams, but for me the staff at this place 10000% makes all the difference.

The communication is outstanding! The handlers in the play rooms are wonderful to watch. They way they conduct themselves is what I want for my pups. They are very mindful, pay attention to body language, very appropriate correction, and they pet/love them.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dogtopia of Bloomfield. I don't know what we would do without them. Our 3 year old, high energy Aussie has been coming here for 2 1/2 years now. She gets so excited in the car when she knows that's where she's going and she'is tired when she comes home. That speaks volumes to me. I know she is getting the exercise she needs. This is a safe, clean, supervised & structured environment. Dogs are screened and vaccinations must be up to date. We love participating in their monthly events and look forward to the monthly calendar to see what is planned. They offer full day; half day; drop in; spa and boarding service. The staff work very hard and are always pleasant. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the Team. Their love of dogs certainly shows.

Update: this situation has now been resolved to our satisfaction. Up until 2 weeks ago, we were having a positive experience at Dogtopia. My fiancé works in the office, but I work from home. We wanted our dog to have some socialization and of course, work out some energy. I normally would set up my tablet so I could get some serotonin boosts by watching the cameras. There were a few times that I would catch something and not be overly thrilled with it, but I just brushed it off. It's a lot of dogs so it looks like things can get chaotic. However, 2 weeks ago, I noticed what I thought was going to be a cute moment- my dog climbing up on the outside chairs next to the Canine Coach to snuggle. But she pushed him away. Then I saw her kick another dog, so I grabbed my phone to start recording off my tablet. She proceeded to be hyper focused on her phone, and then she stood up on the chair with her arms flailing and it was obvious she was screaming at the dogs. Then she stomped off and climbed to the top of the playscape and put her head down. My dog, being the sensitive kind, walked around the playscape, looking like he wanted to console her. He ended up putting his paws on the playscape by her, and she kicked his feet out. I immediately called my fiancé to go pick him up and I told him what I saw and recorded. When he got there he asked to speak to the manager, and he said he would review the tapes and call us back. My fiancé wasn't even home yet (about a 15 min ride) and he got the call that he saw nothing inappropriate. And said something to the effect that the Canine Coach is a small girl, so she has to use more force to correct the dogs. Obviously I had recorded proof, and it wasn't until I posted it on my social media that a deeper review was started. I was told that immediate action was taken and then on that Monday (this happened on Friday) that a discussion would be had with HR on next steps. I didn't hear anything Monday, and it wasn't until I reached out Tuesday afternoon that I got any updates. Because the girl didn't hurt my dog and didn't intend to, it was basically a slap on the wrist. Oh and she never had an incident in her 3 years there. But on the latter reason, I imagine there was never a recorded incident by another dog parent so I don't trust that there wasn't a history of inappropriate treatment. If I hadn't recorded this, I would have been brushed off as a dramatic Karen, because that was what happened until I posted proof. Incidentally after posting, I had several other people say how they witnessed inappropriate treatment and they too, felt that they were being overly dramatic about what they saw. Interesting how gaslighting works. If it wasn't obvious, don't take your dogs here.

I really don't have to say much....my guy says it all when he dashes in without looking back (he's usually attached to me). He come home exhausted and sleeps for days. He even has teacher crush on Mary (he loves all of the staff)

Everyone is so nice at this Dogtopia. I love the way - due to COVID - they get the dog from the car and then bring him back to the car - what service.

Our dog loves going to Dogtopia for daycare! And we always board him when we leave town; ending with a bath because he's had just too much fun. They are great with all the dogs.

Our little Evie was always terrified of car trips. So much that she would become ill. But ever since we started taking her to dogtopia last year, she is a completely different dog! Now excited to go bye bye and play with her friends. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They have helped her socialize with other pups and to learn her boundaries. She is more "aware" of how to play properly now around others. Thank you so much!-Teresa-

My pup has been going to Dogtopia for basically all of her life. She is 3years old. Just recently since they have promoted a new manager, I have not been happy with the level of care I have been receiving. By society my baby is considered an “aggressive” breed. Which she definitely is not, she loves giving kisses, she loves being held and rocked like a baby to sleep. Sometimes I honestly believe she thinks she’s human. I love her and treat her as if I birthed her (crazy dog mom here)! So the moment this new “management” arrived on the scene I knew I would have trouble, because she had never liked my baby, because of her breed. And every time I bring her to daycare, Abby, Marisa, and or Gina tell me what an exceptional day she has had. Gina even referred to her as being so motherly towards some of the other dogs. And it just melts my heart. But for some odd reason whenever this particular manager is there my dog is the worst in her eyes, and today was the last straw. I’m so fed up with how she treats my baby and how I always get behavior calls when she is there and she uses the term “aggressive” and it drives me up a wall. She isolated my baby today and wouldn’t even put her through the three step process for behavior issues, that I actually didn’t even find out about from her, because she just locks her up when she’s “bad”. I’m so broken hearted for my baby today, because I have had her since she was 3 weeks old and she doesn’t have an “aggressive” bone in her body. But this review wasn’t necessarily to bad mouth the manager and the BLOOMFIELD location, but to shine a BRIGHT light on the 3 young women who have ALWAYS loved on my baby girl and never discriminated against her breed. So again thanks you ABBY, Marisa, and Gina!!! We love you!!! ????
