Awesome washing stations for dogs who like to get muddy. They also have a great package that comes out to $10/wash with towels, shampoo, and blow dryer available for use.

Great place. Friendly staff. Good selection of stuff for cats and dogs.

If you’re a lazy shopper and don’t value loyalty programs or price matching it’s okay. Otherwise it’s overpriced and stuck in the 90s.

Come here for your furry family members. High quality selection. Stop shoveling garbage, and give scoops of good food.

I absolutely love this store! I have been bringing my dogs here for years. They offer self bathing dog stations and they store is always very clean. Today I'm writing because I wanted to share about my pleasant experience with Katie. All the employees are always friendly. But, she is one that definitely stands out. When I called to ask if a mask was required (since I forgot mine at home) she was super friendly and let mw know it was not needed (but they had extras if I wanted one). Once my dog and I arrived we were greeted and felt welcomed. Katie ended up being the same person that greeted us (the other associate did too. Both were very nice). Katie asked what brought us in today...and then helped us find the perfect treats for my dogs needs. She was knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. I love going here and will definitely be back soon! Thanks Katie for the great recommendations and showing my Layla love and affection. She recently lost her sister (Tesse) and has been feeling blue. Today's visit cheered her up and we thank you. :)

We like to take our pup here for self serve bath. They also have a wide variety of foods, snacks and other supplies.

Such a cute lil pet shop... Had to share a picture of the dog treats wth my kiddos. They look edible for people. ???? staff was friendly and very helpful. Will visit again.

PetPeople, Birmingham is a great store! They have a wide selection of pet food, treats, toys, and just about anything you might need for your pet. The self-service dog washing area is really nice. The staff is exceptional!

Just had a package delivered for my pups 3rd birthday. They were out of the party bones so Ryan gave extra birthday treats, a hat and bow for her and still offered to give me a refund (awesome customer service). Harlow loves her treats and says thank you so much! ????????

I just wanted to say a big thanks to the employee that was patient in helping me find the perfect dog bed today for our upcoming road trip. It was a success because we tested it out when I got home and my pup didn’t want to get out of the car. It was the Bowsers Crescent bed :) please pass on the thanks to this employee!

Very nice store, nice people, convenient parking, kinda pricey. I brought my kitten in with me to buy a plastic crate to replace my fabric carrier. They were nice enough and excited to watch him for me when I forgot my wallet in the car and then put the crate together for me as I checked out.

Great selection everything you would ever want for a cat or dog, plus they have a dog bath station with three stalls and lots of towels. Very convenient.
