Taken my dog there for 4 years and would recommend this place to anyone.

They overcrowd and understaff. Over 100 dogs to 3-4 employees at a time. Shut your dogs in small crates when they overbook and never tell you. Fights happen a LOT.

Love taking my dog here and, more importantly, my dog loves it too. You can tell the staff genuinely love all the dogs and take such great care of them. I've sent my dog for both day care and boarding and have had great experiences!

I have been going to DITW since they were in their old building. Wendy is amazing and my dog loves it there! The minute I pull in the driveway he goes crazy to get out of my car! Even before the pandemic the place was so clean you could eat off the floor! You’re greeted by Lisa and she is so kind and friendly! If I moved an hour away, I would drive there for the incredible service my dog gets. You can tell how much the staff love their jobs too. They are great with the dogs and really care about them and give them all so much attention. I highly recommend Doggie In The Window!!

I only went there to pick my neighbor's dog up for her but the place looks really really clean and I believe the people that work there really care about the dogs

We really tried to love this place, but unfortunately this is not the place for us. It's overcrowded, the staff is rude and the owner is totally nuts! People warned us, but we wanted to give it a fair shot.
