I'm very thankful towards the animal hospital. The staff was very kind and compassionate when talking with me and dealing with Keyra. They let me have as much time as I needed with her before they put her to sleep and as much time after to say my final goodbyes to her. They explained how the process worked and some things that might happen so I shouldn't be too surprised if she jerks or anything. But when they did the first injection, Keyra instantly went. She knew it was her time and didn't fight it. And I sat next to her head the whole time it happened just petting her. She'll be privately cremated and the animal hospital will let us know when her remains are ready. I was told that it included a pawprint mold, but I didn't want it cause Keyra didn't like having her feet touched and I wanted that respected even in death, so they offered a nose print instead, which is better cause Keyra liked nosing people's hands and the like for attention. I'm gonna miss her so much. It's not going to feel the same after 14 and 1/2 years with her.

Had a sick dog they were able to get me in that day. They were very friendly and caring. The only thing is I wish I could of gone in with my dog as I was very worried about her. I do understand their precautions but I was wearing a mask.

Great place. Finally a vet that my ???? doesn't have to wear a muzzle at because she likes them.

Won't transfer without their say so. That information isn't gold. Had to wait and wait and wait, up to an hour after what our appointed time was they will waste your time but charge heavily for their time.

You made us call to transfer vet records. It isn't HIPPA, is it punishment for no longer using you as a vet? We also had to wait at least a half hour in the waiting room when we had appointments.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. For me picking a vet is more important than picking a primary care physician. I have been taking my fur baby to Dr. Vicente for a year and a half now. I couldn't be more pleased with the care she receives.

I am new to the area and my poor dog Herman developed a nasty eat infection. While Log Cabin didn't have any immediate appointments, they scheduled me for the first available and also put me on their cancellation list if anything came up. They ended calling THE NEXT DAY with an available appointment! My visit with them was absolutely wonderful. Every one of the staff I interacted with was kind and genuine. They took the time to explain each step of Herman's treatment, got him set up for a follow up appointment, and even checked in with me later in the week to see how Herman was feeling! I definitely will be staying with them for all of Herman's care.

When my wife and I had to put down our cat due to advanced kidney disease, everyone was incredibly supportive and comforting during that time of loss. I highly recommend them!

Log cabin has been hit or miss with me the last 21 years. I feel there are a lot better places to take your pets in this area.

When I called log cabin about our 17 1/2 year old dog, who is blind, deaf and is starting to not eat/drink, they were very unprofessional. We have been taking her there since she was a little puppy. I was told that we had to make an appointment to have her put down, and that they were already booked thru June and I called in early May!! I feel that this is very unrealistic and unfair to have to wait nearly 2 months to have this done, and I was told that we cannot be with her when they give her the shot to put her to sleep. Also, the prices were astronomical!!

This Vet over complicated everything. They refused to fill my dogs prescription that their vet prescribed unless we signed a waiver, because we were not able to get an appointment as soon as the vet wanted. Due to their schedule not ours. Then told us they could get her in for her blood work so that we could fill the prescription sooner but we would have to bring her back again for her shots and pay for two appointments. They only gave some our dogs shots not all, so we would have to bring her back in a few weeks and pay for another appointment. They made purchasing flea and tick meds through 1-800-Pet-Meds almost impossible. These are just a few examples of many issues we have had, so frustrated, we are switching to a new vet. Hope they figure out what good business practices are and stop stealing from the unwitting families that still use this vet.

Very helpful and even use text messages as a form of communication. Only downfall is I took my dog to get his shots and he ended up like this a couple days after. I assumed it was an allergic reaction but they were reluctant to really tell me what it really was and I honestly never got a full answer.

We recently moved to Marshall and had to change vets. Log Cabin has been incredible to my little zoo since we started going there. I am a vet tech of 10+ years and struggled getting out of the field and finding someone who I trust with my pets. Log Cabin has been great with easing my mind. Taylor is phenomenal! Everytime I call she helps me with anything I need. Dr. Vincent (although we haven't gotten to meet in person due to covid) has been great! I really trust her and her staff with my babies. Would recommend you guys to anyone!

Professional and caring staff that make you feel your pet is in good hands. They won't oversell you and won't tack on extras. I imagine they take pet insurance, but I don't have that yet, so I can't confirm. If you're looking, look there first.

They are way to expensive and won’t let you do a payment plan, all money is due at time of service. All they care about is the money here.

My puppy gets so excited to go see the girls! He usually cries once they bring him back out to the car because he wants to go back in with them. They do a great job and make sure they cover everything during appointments.
