Much less crowded than the main office on Dickman. Unfortunately, we have to go to that location next for the oral care stuff..so, good and bad..

They staff and vet's were very helpful and caring when we were having a difficult time with our dog. They were very comforting when we made the decision to put her down.

Been going here for years. Always good service when it comes to taking care of my cats and dog. They have been there for me when my pets were sick and had to be put down. Meant to say the one on Dickman Road Vet Clinic. The DRVC on Columbia Ave hasn't been there too long.

Wonderful place. Very nice staff. Answer all my questions and help get my puppy on a proper medical regimen to keep him healthy. Plenty of parking. Location is very convenient.

I and my dog Tazzie had a wonderful experience. I live closer to the Columbia Ave clinic so thought I would try it for a change and everyone was so nice and efficient

Awesome experience for my first time here with my first pet! My cat received very kind and helpful care and everyone was friendly and efficient in getting me through my appointment.

They saved our boy. He had a squeeker stuck in his small intestine that was causing liquid to leak into his body. He has recovered after surgery and enjoys life because of these wonderful people.

They are very good with what they offer at VERY REASONABLY prices. I highly recommend them.

They saved my puppy from parvo. 3 days of outpatient treatment and 2 days inpatient. I didn't have a lot of money and they worked with me on payments. It only amounted to about $400 they are very affordable and caring people.

The staff is very friendly and compassionate. All of the staff took a vested interest in our guy when we got out and was injured as a result. When we made the decision to put him down everyone was so kind and said how sorry they were for our loss. They did everything they could to make our guy and our family comfortable on such a difficult day.

Greeted us at our car and took our dogs in and brought them back out to us. the communication was over the phone with the dr. And everything was communicated clearly.

Maybe it was the fact there were less customers than the Dickman location, but the service here felt much more personable. Definitely prefer this location to the one on Dickman now. Very much appreciate the service provided, and the friendliness of the staff. ????
