I love arbor hills clinic so much! I had a few bad expierinces in the past with other clinics so I was very particular and picky when I was choosing one to treat my baby. They were so sweet to my cat and let her feel at home! I'm also one to ask a lot of questions and move dates around and they have always made me feel comfortable and not afraid to keep asking questions. They are good to you and your companion. I wish I would have known about them sooner.

Love the text message option for communication throughout the visits. Easy pull up drop off and pay over the phone Everyone is so friendly.

I love how you will work with us. You always are able to work us in when we need and do what the pet needs (as opposed to an automatic response)

Excellent, fast service and response to our dog having an allergic reaction to an insect bite. The veterinarian and the technicians were both friendly and informative. Communicated clearly the issue and solution

I am impressed with the professionalism and kindness of all staff members. Dr. Wilson always takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and issues. There have been a few communication issues but that is due to the fact that I am old and did not have a smartphone. I now have a smartphone and things are improving. Dr. Wilson explaining things to me and answering questions.

Dr. Wilson, Mark and staff are exceptional. They treat my animals like family. They are wonderful to myself as well. Dr. Wilson is incredible with her knowledge base. She has saved two of our dogs and is keeping my two cats with renal disease going strong. Dr. Wilson has also treated our other animals with different ailments. Have used a number of different animal hospitals but none come close to Dr. Wilson, Mark and staff. They are the best-excellent care my animals receive by everyone.

Very friendly staff all around. Reception was awesome, vet and assistant were awesome. My visit was very quick and efficient.

Needed to get my kitty in quickly for a severe upper respiratory infection, staff was able to get me in that afternoon. When in clinic they were fast, appropriate, and made me feel comfortable knowing they were putting my cats needs first. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, gave me a whole stack of pamphlets to look over about cat owning and best practice for their care. Will forever bring my animals here, a great experience and very professional.

Hi! My cat was seen at Arbor Hills just this morning. This was my first time there, and I had no expectations that this clinic would be different from any other. HOWEVER, they had such a great system for checking in (text when you arrive), overviewing the appointment (including discussing prices so no surprises charges!), and ensuring my cat got the services he needed by reviewing previous paperwork and checking with me throughout the appointment. The vet assistant Katie was so kind and thorough. The veterinarian came into the room within 2 minutes of me being there to start the check up. In all my experiences, the doctor generally takes minimum 10 minutes to come in, which is fine, but I want to emphasize how quick this appointment was. I was in the clinic a total of 30 min for a standard check up (so maybe other appointments may take longer). The appointment was thorough, I could tell they love animals (kept calling my baby a good boy ???? as he is!), and I will definitely be returning for any of my pet needs!

I love the ease of getting an appointment, the texting option for check in as well as the knowledge & great service from all staff members. I especially appreciate the knowledge of staff and their willingness to communicate with me. As a breeder I do not know it all but I do appreciate learning as much as possible and everyone has been very helpful to me in that regard.

It is clear that you all care about our pets. My kitty and I were both very comfortable throughout the experience. I appreciated how much the doctors and technicians care about her wellbeing. They examined her thoroughly and quickly, making sure to get a second opinion from the other doctor in the clinic to confirm a heart murmur. The receptionist, technicians and doctors are able to make a graceful transition (even with a curbside appointment). Thank you all so much!

This clinic is very friendly, and has provided excellent care for my dog. I particularly like the friendly service and the loving way they handle my dog.

Total life saver. I noticed a wound had gotten infected two days before payday. I was panicking with not only if she was going to be okay but how I was supposed to afford treatment. They got my cat in same day and worked with me on price. Then next day all the redness was gone and her appetite is back. So thankful for this amazing team.

I appreciate the flexibility when the clinic was able to accommodate bringing my dog in earlier than her original appointment date in order to treat her ear infection. I also appreciate the health measures being taken against COVID. The entire staff has a patient, caring, and welcoming attitude.

We wanted to locate a vet that we could rely on closer to home, as the previous clinic was about 15 miles away. Arbor Hills is within 5 minutes of us, so we decided to trust them with our recent rescue pooch. Arbor Hills has demonstrated to us a thorough effort in looking out for our valued pet's health and well being.

I've always had good experiences with Dr. Sell, Dr. Wilson, and all the staff at Arbor Hills. They obviously care tremendously about my dog, Ranger. I appreciate how thoroughly everything about Ranger's health is explained to me.

Everyone is so kind and helpful, my questions and concerns are always heard and answered. They love to see my puppy and care for her so well!

Staff was very welcoming, nice, and professional, business was clean, my cat was very calm and they treated him with respect, staff was patient and explained care instructions thoroughly. Gave an estimate outright and was able to reduce the cost.

The medical team is very practical. I don't feel like our animals are over-treated or over-diagnosed. Most importantly, the staff clearly loves the animals we bring, which is all I could ever ask for. Even our kitties don't hate the vet! We are so grateful of the love and care the staff gives our pets.

The staff is very friendly and treat our family members (2 and 4 legged) with kindness and compassion. They are willing to spend time answering any concerns or quesions. They will go above and beyond.

I took my dog here for a couple years and never had any problems. This last visit was traumatizing to say the least. My dog is very anxious and doesn’t like people she doesn’t know (she’s about 20lbs). Since it’s covid times they only offer curbside. I walked my dog up to the vet tech at the front door and I asked if I could come in with my dog because she’s really scared, she said no. Still worried, I handed her the leash. My dog then slipped out of her collar and ran through the parking lot, through a wooded area and to the edge of a busy road. While this is happening I’m chasing her barefoot because I was wearing crocs and they fell off. I looked back and the vet tech wasn’t even running to help me. When I finally got caught up to my dog and brought her back, the vet tech tried to grab my dog out of my arms and my dog snapped at her (didn’t make contact) the vet then said in a very rude tone “um yeah we’re going to have to reschedule she just tried to bite me.” I’m like well yeah you just tried to take her away from me??? Clearly you just witnessed my dog is highly anxious right now and you thought it’d be a good idea to try and take her away from me? No. It was an over all bad experience and am now taking my dog to a different vet.
