Just called with a poison emergency since my vet was closed in Alcona. Since I hadn’t been there before all they could do was text me a link to a phone number where I had to pay $75 for someone to tell me my dog would be fine. Horrible people just GRABBING THAT MONEEEEYYYYY.

Do not go here. Pets are NOT the first priority There's no communication with customers. I called ahead due to an emergency situation with my new kitten and an extremely high fever. Was not told in advance that they do not work with customers on cost, do not accept checks from first time clients or anything else regarding payment policy. I drove in winter weather from out of town, my kitten was looked at and I was told it could be a number of possibilities but that antibiotics and deworming were the best course of action. They originally told me cost was $250 then told me it would cost $500. I told them that would not be possible today given the circumstances, I only had a certain amount of cash. Refused to work with me in a way thats reasonable. Instead they took every dime I had to cover the office visit, wouldn't take a voucher I had, and are not willing to take the price for the visit off a future visit when I was able to gather the funds. I told them they needed to refund the office visit if that were the case and they refused. ZERO was done for the kitten and now I have no money, beyond disgusted.

They were extra kind to my precious. She was full of anxiety but they were so patient with her. Makes all the difference in the world.

Disgusting people. Paid for an appointment, told their vet I'd speak to my wife about our options who was waiting in the car because that's their policy, then when we called them back to tell them our decision not to do surgery but to try to let our dog heal naturally with antibiotics they said they'd call us when the vet prescribed them cuz she was now busy with other patients. I asked them how long it would be because we live 30 min away and didbt want to drive home then back out and staff told me it might not even be tonight the vet go back to us... which I didn't even know how to respond to... I begged staff to call me in time for me to get the meds that night but they called me just ten min too late for me to be able to get there by closing. They refused to have anyone wait ten min past closing to make sure my dog got his meds that night. No apologies were made, in fact the lady was chirpy rude about it. These people are the only ones legally allowed to dole out these antibiotics and they can't even be responsible with that privilege they clearly wouldn't have under a less tyrannical government. Well that's another vet that clearly has some deep moral issues. I hope one day these people see themselves for the monsters they are.

Too expensive for what they've done the technicians are super nice but come back for this come back for that medicine they gave me after dental surgery didn't work so didn't refresh it you know for free they wanted me to do this testing that test

Everyone here is helpful and concerned about my beloved pet.

This is our regular vet for all of our pets. They have an amazing staff that are always pleasant, kind, and helpful. On a few occasions now I have called and had emergency or urgent type visits. They were always courteous and accommodating and did their best to get me in as soon as they could, even when I may have been there at an inconvenient time.

The staff was so nice and professional and great with my dog... And my human baby! Lol They worked with me easily and made everything easy and smooth going. Love this place. 5 stars!

Sunrise Veterinary goes beyond normal services. Currently they are using door service. For your pet and you. It's simple you call them 5/10 minutes before appointment. then they will prepare to receive your pet.then in a brief few minutes someone will call you and verify exactly the Treatment Plan is today Then they come out of the clinic and take your pet inside then whats going on will be discussed upon completion. At that time they will return your pet with all updates future needs. One Stop Service until June 1 2021 .

They all were great with my very sick fur baby. She is feeling a lot better 2 weeks more of med's hoping for full recovery.

My daughters dad is down there for work and has her year and a half old dog with him. We learned he was sick and he drove around everywhere in Alpena to get someone to look at him. Everyone said "they were too busy and had no openings". While Im a couple hundred miles north of where he was at I started calling places myself, went down the list of places, and Sunrise was the second place I called, as Im freaking out on the phone, the woman put another woman on the phone and asked me what was going on, and then had my ex call her himself, and he got him in right away! Thankfully, because there was something wrong with our dog he was just getting sicker. And Sunrise Veterinary Clinic, was nice and efficient and kept the dog overnight for observation and got him back to normal. Thanks to Sunrise, our dog is safe and feeling better!

I will never take my animals anywhere else. They are always amazingly helpful and caring to my animals. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get my animals looked at either.

Still only curbside service but was able to get a pet prescription filled to carry us over til checkup time.

Very caring. Very informative went over everything with me..And actually there was a lot of cars in the parking lot and I thought I would be there forever but they were actually very quick. I don't take my animals anywhere else
