My pup was very ill with cancer. They gave me a last minute appointment and they were wonderful. Great place great people.

Staff is well trained with answers on all my questions.

Always prompt in taking care of our pups needs. Nova loves all the staff they have assisted us with some challenging allergies that are common in pitties!

Dr. Slawinski and the rest of the staff were amazing! She communicated with me frequently while my dog was in her care. She was patient and answered all of my questions following diagnostic tests. Prices were communicated ahead of time and were reasonable. I was visiting from out of state when I needed to bring my dog for an urgent appointment but if I lived in the area, I'd definitely be back!

I need to get the international travel health certificate for my cat. The doctor and staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful, and makes this process smooth and stress-free. Thank you!

Although I'd never been here before, they took my dog in that morning after I thought he was having a gastrointestinal emergency. I was blown away by how affordable the services were, and by the end of the day once the meds kicked in it was a night and day difference! Thank you so much, he's feeling so much better!

We brought our 4 yr old feist to Abbot, after she had 4 epileptic seizures in a 48 he period over Thanksgiving. Dr Pellegrini prescribed an additional medicine. Our sweet dog has not had another seizure since then. We truly appreciate Dr Pellegrini.

had put down 23yr Kitty named 'Ernie'. Tried 2 allow nature, he was old & beginning 2 SUFFER???? The Abbott Staff was WONDERFUL! well done with payment & how things are handle things. (paid before the procedure) Horrible situation regardless how old your pet, they did Well, their procedure Is Well planned! thanks.

I started bringing my cat here back in the spring when she had an emergency and her previous vet had retired. They got her in with Dr. Angiulo right away and she's been seeing her since for treatment of an ongoing issue. Dr Angiulo, the customer service team and the techs have all been great to work with. They are kind, responsive, and have taken such good care of my girl throughout this ordeal. They are open on weekends and have late hours during the week. Dealing with an emergency with a team I didn't know would have been so much more stressful had they not been so communicative and caring. I'd recommend Dr Angiulo to anyone looking for a vet.

Extremely pleasant people! Went in to get some prescription food and they were so understanding and nice about it. I barely knew what I was doing but they understood and broke a case for me so i wouldn't have to buy a whole one to find out my cat might be allergic to it. Would recommend.

I want to start off by saying I have been going to a different vet for over a decade with my 2 dogs. I was terrified the other day really scared of how he was bleeding and puking excessively I knew he needed immediate attention and my own vet tells me they are "fully booked" However I called the VCA in worcester and they got him in within hours everything went smoothly they went over all the possibilities with me and risks they were kind and well knowledged. They got him in within minutes of us arriving . They saved my dog ! 24 hours later and he is almost back to normal. Needless to say I have fully switched to VCA. We all expect our vet to care for our dogs the way VCA of worcester has . Thank you sincerely from Rico and I ????

I recently brought in one of my loved little pets to have her cremated. Needless to say this was heart breaking for me. The staff member who brought me in was sensitive to my sadness through her kind and understanding words and actions. A week later I received a very sweet card from the hospital expressing their sympathy for my loss.

They saved my dog Tula life. She wasn't able to walk or eat or drink walk because she had lime disease. We thought she had food allergy so we were trying to switch her food for weeks and the day came when Tula was in pain and stiffed joints. They took her the same day, drew blood and gave us meds. In two days she was walking a little and then by the 4th day she was as if nothing ever happened. They diagnosed her quickly and correctly. When the blood work came back it was exactly what they diagnosed. So I highly recommend and they work with you on a payment. God bless the woman and men hands who works extremely ???? ???? hard!!

Great ppl there very friendly and caring for your pets, and my baby likes them so that's 1 very important part , they have a care plan there were as I pay 46.99 a month that's is Very nice definitely comes on handy but really like them the take care ofy baby

I have been to this animal hospital a few times they have always been very clean knowledgeable and professional. The Asian Woman veterinarian actually save my dogs life my dog wasn’t feeling well and not eating for a day or two she took one look at her felt around her uterus and discovered she had a pyometra which was an infected uterus. I went to tufts for surgery in a few days later she was back to normal. I know I’ll bring opal there for a regular check ups and any issues.

We switched vets and started going to VCA Abbott about 18 months ago. We have 2 senior cats. I truly cannot say enough positive things about the providers and staff. Every vet I interact with is as attentive as the last. Before our most recent visit our cat got sick in the carrier. They cleaned her, removed the soiled carrier covering and gave her a clean blanket to go home with. Their actions show they care.

But they need to hide a person to assist you in the phone cuz everytime u call they put u on hold for 8 or 15 mnts that’s no fair cuz they r expensive not fair good place but that’s not professional

My cats are very happy now.... thank you. Took them in when others where too booked up to March......will be going back for anything else's ????

I find everyone here very caring and on top of everything. Quick to respond to questions or concerns. They stay beyond the hours of operation when needed. Sometimes the wait can be longer than you may like but, I believe it's because they take the time needed with all patients . I have never been rushed out and never felt that I did not get to ask questions . Also ,I believe the prices are fare and better than another hospital that I had used for years.

Sadly I have had to have a few pets out down (all due to age) and they have treated me and my pets with respect and dignity during the whole process. They were able to give us a paw print and an angel pin

Switched from my Vet back to Abbott and we are super happy with how they treat our furbaby. Great techs and Docs too.

The place is great with your animals and is very clean.

They did the best they could with what they had but the cat was sicker than they said and ended up at tuffs
