We have been bringing our dogs here for over 20 years. We would not go anywhere else.

They don’t answer their phones.

Dr. Nick is the best vet in Worcester hands down ! I would never take my 3 dogs anywhere else ! Do not hesitate if your looking for a veterinarian that truly cares about your pets. You can 100% trust him and his team with taking care of your animals. All 3 of my dogs see him for their shots, check ups, surgeries, the last 5 years, and post surgeries he always calls and checks up on them even if it’s late. You can tell how much he cares about them and it’s so nice! I’m so grateful he is our vet thank you so much dr nick❤️❤️❤️

Staff is super helpful and accommodating. When all the other vets are still operating "curbside" - which doesn't work if you have a hyper-anxious pet that stays calm with the owner, Route 20 Animal Clinic was able to work with us so I didn't have to sedate my cat to be seen. Much appreciated. Wish other Vets were as compassionate for the sake of the pet. Can't thank you enough for helping us with Blossom.

I have tried a few vets since coming here from Ireland 18 years ago, and I have to say Dr. Nick Kotsopoulos is absolutely wonderful. I have always had my own animals, rescue dogs and I also have a dog daycare/boarding business. Dr Nick has always seen me asap, compared to the owner's own vets, who could leave me waiting for two or three days for an appointment. I was very fortunate to find such a great vet. His staff have always been professional, sympathetic and v helpful. I hope he will be around for many more years.

This is the last place you want to go to for animal care. They took very long to diagnose my cat, and charged us $60, after doing completely nothing. Then blamed us for not taking my cat elsewhere. In a time of sadness, they were raising their voice and trying to justify why we should be charged. Take your pet here if you dont love them.

Dr K and his staff are top notch! My fur baby got very ill, very fast. Dr. K had him diagnosed within 24 hours and literally saved his life , by picking up on a rare disease called Addison's. I can not thank him and his amazing staff enough! Very, very thorough! Thank you all ❤️ . Malcolm will be able to continue a long happy life now!

This vet performs ear cropping on dogs. It's a disgusting and inhumane practice that serves no purpose for the dog outside of vanity.

My dog ate a dog toy, and he was not feeling well. I went there, explained his problem and they refused to see him because I didn't have an appointment!!! I went to Community Animal Hospital of Shrewsbury‎, where I found people who really love animals. Now my dog is fine.

My 2 dogs have been patients of Rt. 20 for some time now ! Their staff is wonderful from the receptionists to the assistants . My Bully had recently been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney disease to say it's devastating is an understatement ! The timing was even worse Meds and visits are quite expensive Nick was accommodating as always with breaking down meds weekly for us as to not have to pay so much at once . And everytime I call no matter how many times He ALWAYS returns our calls at the end of his busy day ! Great place, great care, great people . Highly reccomended

Fantastic caring Vet, Dr. Nick has cared for 3 of my dogs and cat, he's exceptionally knowledgeable and always makes a follow up call personally to check on my animal, always returns calls, and has resonable fees. I have recommended others who love him as well.

Dr. K gives excellent care and advice and stays connected with his patients. On top of that he is very affordable! Glad we found him.

Dr Nick takes is time with Layla and explains things so you can understand. Very accommodating also.

So impressed with Dr.K you can truely tell he cares for animals. He never tries to push unneeded tests or charges and leaves decisions up to the pet owner. He squeezed us in when we were worried our fur baby wasn't eating and put our mind at ease. Highly recommended!
