All the staff here is amazing. My dog is actually excited to come because they all treat him like he's their dog. Whether you call or email them, they're always helpful.

This place screwed me over. I made an appointment months in advance, then they canceled it and told me that I had to wait four months to reschedule as a new client, and THEY'RE the ones that canceled.

They made an already terrible process of putting a dog down even worse. An animals suffering means nothing, just so long as they get paid. It’s ok too, because other places do it as well. Just another greedy business.

We love Riverlin Animal Hospital and are so glad we chose them to take the best care of our best doggo. They are always so sweet, attentive, and make sure to address any and all concerns you may have. Their exam fees are very reasonable and they’re record keeping is superb. Our doggo gets his regular vaccines, blood tests, etc and has never been afraid or anxious going back to the vet. In fact, he’s always super excited to go!

Dr. Campbell was extremely patient with my enormous pain in the butt dog, who was less than cooperative to say the least. He spent way more time than he had to with us, and even sat on the floor trying to gain my German Shepherd’s trust. Dr. Campbell was a calm presence throughout the entire visit despite my dog behaving like a jerk. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with at Riverlin has always been kind and helpful. If you’re worried about your dog being difficult at the vet, trust me when I tell you- they can handle it.

No complaints first two years bringing my dogs here but only needed well visits. . In April 2021, they say because of pandemic backlog I waited 6 weeks to get a kennel cough appointment and now in May 2021, two days to get a sick appointment even though I told them my dog was in discomfort. Moving to a larger facility that has more appointment availability since so many of them have excellent reviews as well. .

Everyone is very helpful and professional here. They're gentle with our dog, Mikey. The cost for services are quite fair. We've never had any issues here.

Not to happy with the way they never call to let you know that your pets meds are ready. My dog had to go 3 days without meds because of it.
