Great place for our puppy.

I have been taking my Goldendoodle Jewel here for 5 years now for her grooming, day care, and occasional boarding. I wouldn't take my dog to any other day care. The staff here are outstanding and they do a great job caring for pets. I drive to Woof from Lancaster just so my dog can go to a daycare center that truly takes the best care of pets! Thank you Woof!

Can't say enough good things about Woof! They're so accommodating and so great with my pup, he loves going in for his play time!! The staff is very well trained and they've always got new games/training techniques. Well worth the money to know my dog is in good hands and well taken care of.

Love them!!! Our dog is so excited when we pull in the lot so we know they are taking good care!!

Our Malshi was groomed today by Laura. What a beautiful job! The whole experience was perfect. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe leaving our pup.

Best place ever for cats or Dogs

Megan an employee there is absolutely unprofessional and a FB troll who likes to tell people asking valid question's that their pregnant dogs problem is it's a Mutt. Imagine what she is thinking about your dog that doesn't meet her standards. If this is a reflection of this business. There are many who saw what she wrote who will not be customers until something is done about this woman.

Choosing Woof was the best choice I made to have my cats nails trimmed.They called my Veterinary clinic to get Rabies information for me.No waiting when I showed up they took my cat trimmed his nails and was done in minutes.Very impressed.

I was very happy with the Woof nail cut/grind for my dog! Great experience, will continue to go see them for my Pet's needs!

I just had my West Highland Terrier groomed and let me tell you he looks amazing. I almost cried when I went to pick him up, they did such a supper job. He never looked so good, I am going to recommend them to everyone I know who has a dog. I can’t believe how lucky I am that this place was open for new customers. We just brought our puppy for his first grooming appointment ever and couldn't be happier. The staff was so nice and welcoming. And our puppy looked soooo handsome when I picked him up. Highly recommend :)

From start to finish was a magical smoothe process. Enrolling was fairly easy and the communication was stellar!! They even reached out to my Pets Vet for what they needed. Loved that!!! When I bought Louie the guys John and Jim was out front and very nice to Louie. Price is fair, same as I paid at Fuzzy Pants except they offer more service for your buck. Asked them to be gentle with Louie because he kept scratching himself due to lack of concern and care at old groomer and his trachea problem and they took care of Louie. Louie came out so Happy so I’m a happy Camper. A+++++ would recommend to anyone who really loves and care about their pets and how they get treated.

We followed Denise to Woof because our two dogs love her. They are in great hands at Woof-clearly a great place for dogs!

I just brought my 4 month old Golden there for her first grooming appointment. Woof was so responsive when I made the appointment and also made the whole new dog intake process so easy! When I dropped my puppy off, they were all so loving and sweet, I felt instantly comfortable leaving her. When I picked her up she was perfectly groomed and happy! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We have Laura groom our 2 cats. She’s awesome and handles our “babies” so well. They both come out looking great. I would recommend Woof Pet Resort to everyone, especially for cat grooming????

I have never felt more comfortable with a dog daycare. They took Joey - my timid little pup - in with compassion and made sure we could follow his adventures all through his stay. Joey came home happy, well groomed and exhausted from all that good play. He’ll certainly be back there soon! Thanks, Woof family!

My puppy Blue arrived at Woof Pet Resort and was greeted with a big, warm, caring Hello. He ran right over to her and never looked back. His day at Playcare was filled with fun, furry new friends and working on his manners. Everyone was very knowledgeable and super attentive. (as well as excellent communication with me about his day). Blue was definitely exhausted when he left, but I could tell he would have loved to go back in to the open area and continue playing with his new friends--(both the 4-legged ones and human). It is a great feeling to know that your dog is well taken care of when he is not at home and in the care of others.

Hands down I support the highest ranking to the Woof Pet Resort. My Weimaraner has always been picky - he wouldn’t get out of my car when I’d take him back to a couple of them... his tail always wags full speed when I mention going back to the Woof which is a huge sense of confidence for me. Their facility, structure, and team is the best of them all.

Always so organized...ready...and willing to get feedback. Love this place.

Sadie loves her daycare visits! She is so excited every time we pull in the parking lot! Staff is kind and responsive.

Woof has always made Leopold feel welcomed! After every visit, he clearly has enjoyed his time at the resort, as he immediately collapses for a snooze on the drive home. When we talk about going to Woof in the morning, he gets so excited he can barely be contained. We love being able to see photos during the day on Facebook, and anytime we need to call Woof, they have been super responsive, welcoming, pleasant, and friendly. We love that they expanded their daycare options to include pet care plus, as it lends variety and options to our weekly visits to the resort. We feel that having Leo attend Woof and socialize with other dogs in a very safe environment has made our pet a better canine citizen!

I have been searching for a new groomer since the woman we used retired. We have tried many different places to no avail until today! Laura at The Wood Resort did the best job! I finally found the perfect groomer!!
