Loyal Companion Shrewsbury, Massachusetts

I go here for my wet cat food. The staff is always warm and welcoming. While there is not a lot of options for cat food, the food there is good quality. I highly recommend going here.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Shrewsbury Ma store Sunday 11/14/21 when I adopted a puppy. I was looking for various items and needed some assistance. I was greeted when I entered the store and thru my shopping experience had two wonderful store associates help me with all my new puppy needs. This is a great big shout out to Nicole and Cheryl! Thank you soo much! I will be returning for all my doggie needs you guys are amazing.

Best place for all your doggie needs :) Paul has been very helpful and he definitely knows his stuff! Go check them out !! The staff are very friendly and always smiling :)

We love it here! My dog attends doggy daycare and she absolutely loves it here! All the staff are super friendly and knows the doggies by name.

Brought my dog in for a grooming and nail trim they couldn't trim her nails but still charged me. My dog smells bad.they are a ripp off

This store is loaded with high quality food for your dog. I wish more stores would carry products like this so people could feel good about what they're getting for their animal. Almost everything in here is a can't miss.

Just went with my daughter but got information on their Veterinarian Services they provide for my new Cat.

Entering the store was an uncomfortable vibe. Felt place was rude and made me question if they really welcomed my kind... I was practically stared at without a “welcome” or friendly look (you can tell in the eyes over the mask & forgetting a simple hello, welcome to our store instead of just watching me as I stepped further nto the store to the desk). Then trying not to make the mistake of making appointment with whom had messed up boyfriends shitzu with a horrible dye job, I mixed up the names and made with same person who managed to horribly and unevenly cut her(Pebbles) hair but gave me a hot pink ???? rather than anything slightly near the red asked and had the audacity to charged almost $90, needless to say I walked away highly upset. Never again. And if it was up to me, I’d pull Fiona from there also.

Stopped in for a few things for our new puppy. Andrew and Cheryl were both very helpful showing me where to locate items and how to use the dog name tag machine. Very pleased with the selection in this location and will be back :) thank you guys!

Every aspect of this Loyal Companion is what I can hope for in an all inclusive pet store. From shopping, to grooming, to daycare, to vets-loyal companion is my one stop shop for all of my newfies needs. The staff is more than accommodating and I have peace of mind bringing my dogs there for anything that they may need. I appreciate all this business has done for my animals & I trust them completely.

Stopped by for curbside pickup. Needed some food and decided to grab some toys since I was there anyway. Brian answered the phone and was very helpful—so nice that they are offering this service during the crisis. My favorite local pet store!

Great place for dog and cat owners

Experienced, knowledgeable staff who are super friendly and always available to help. The vet on staff Dr. Fitch sees both my chihuahuas. Both my girls eat Fromm family products only and this is the only place locally I have found them! Love this place.

DAYCARE - I have nothing but incredible things to say about their daycare.First of all, keep in mind that it's geared toward smaller dogs. I was a little bit unsure at first given the size of the room but I have been blown away. My dog absolutely loves going to daycare here and she actually plays with the other dogs (usually she stands at the window and waits to leave at other places). The staff are extremely knowledgeable and actually take note of the special instructions related to each dog. One of my favorite aspects is that the staff play mentally stimulating games with the dogs. My dog loves to learn and nothing tires her out more than a good learning session. She always comes home happy and exhausted. I highly recommend the tiny daycare at this location.

Outstanding Staff- Worth the expense! I have had nothing but excellent service each visit and find the Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I have dogs with food allergies and have been provided with great solutions that more than satisfy my finicky kids. They offer personalized service and seem to really care about your furry family members. I have always been greeted enthusiastically and offered assistance that seemed genuine without being intrusive. They will let you browse if you want or do the best to meet your needs if you ask. Although the prices are more expensive than national competitors, the quality of the food gives me piece of mind. And ultimately, the great service provided by educated, compassionate Staff will keep me coming back!
