You guys would be 5 stars unfortunately my phone calls never get answered during the hours your open and even if I leave multiple messages I never get a call back.

Dr. Levitt represents the hospital very well. He is knowledgable, thorough and presents all options for care and treatment and explains them perfectly clear.

We used to be happy with Community Animal Inn and Spa until recently. Something has changed lately. They have become very unaccommodating of late. We had a very important event planned for this weekend and made arrangements early to ensure that everything was handled appropriately in plenty of time to make the event. We asked at the time of the appointment if anything was needed to board our dogs for the weekend and was told that everything s in order and that both dogs were up to date on all necessary vaccines. However, when we came to drop off the dogs, we were told they could not take one of our dogs because she was not up to date on Kennel Cough vaccine. In fact, the previous vaccine had expired over a year ago. The kennel is attached to the vet office we use for our dogs' care and so all of the dogs records are readily available. When asking why we were not told at the time of making the reservation that the Kennel Cough vaccine was needed, the only answer we received was that we were told at the time of reservation that it is up to us to ensure all vaccines are up to date. There was no help offered for this situation like trying to have the dogs worked into the days schedule to receive a nasal spray Kennel Cough vaccine nor any other kind of help except to say that we could not be accommodated. Needless to say we will not be using Community Animal Inn and Spa for any of their services going further. We do not recommend this facility.

Had my shis tzu neutered .caring, gave price ahead of surgery. Very professional.

No air conditioning on one of the most humid of days. The doctor was good but clearly looking to add $$$ to my visit.This was just an exam to see if my cat could tolerate sedation due to her age. So the exam was $73.50 and the actual procedure $ 265.00.Be sure you check everything , I had an additional.59.00 for stool test..Not the most state of the art hospital but we got what we needed. Hold on to estimates and check when time to pay.

Very happy with the quality of care at CAH with everyone I have talked to. I'm thankful for the care Dr. Levitt has provided my two dogs, and thankful for his thoroughness and expertise as one of my dogs was diagnosed with a significant heart issue. Now that it has been discovered we can make sure we take every step possible to assure he has the fullest life possible with the time we have with him. Thank you again and I highly recommend this hospital to anyone out there, especially those that may feel as though their current provider is not up to par with what your expectations are and should be.

Louie spent a week at the spa and came back very happy and relaxed

We have used their boarding services before and they were great. We just picked up our two dogs this morning and they were well taken care of by the staff for a week. Love the pictures they gave us of the dogs enjoying their stay. Both of our dogs are patients at the vet and that made the decision to board them here even easier. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of our babies :)

We have 4 animals, so we expect to spend a lot on quality animal car. Community is expensive, but the doctors are very good. However, you must be prepared to deal with a largely untrained, unprofessional, and clearly under-empowered front desk staff that can’t handle many simple tasks without “checking with the back.” It’s a real annoyance and makes it tough to swallow the high fees and often over-subscribed practice. Still, if you can deal with that, I recommend this practice.

Dog grooming services are wonderful. My dog is happy to go for her haircut. They always do exactly what I ask.

We boarded our dog Duke here for the first time last week, our usually boarding facility was closed for vacation. We were very nervous as we had a bad experience with another daycare recently and he is very high energy. When we picked him up he was very happy and tired!! He was outside playing when we arrived and he was having so much fun with his new friends. We were given a report on his stay and was told he is welcome back any time. Employees are very professional, the facility is very clean and I can tell they truly care about the dogs. Duke will be staying here again!

Great people here , they all love the dogs and other animals they care for. We have also had our dog's nails done here for a while now And they clip them and either round out the edges or use a grinder so there are no sharp edges when they are done.

I board my Lady J here for weekends away and extended vacations. The staff have always been wonderful and my Lady enjoys being there. However, they recently changed their drop off and pick up hours and they are definitely not convenient for a weekend away. Very disappointed. Will continue to use for extended stays but I've had to completely change my weekend plans due to the restrictive hours, and because of the new restrictive drop off hours, its more crowded at drop off time, (it took a solid half hour to drop her) which made our arrival at our destination even later than it was already going to be. 2.5 hours is a huge difference! The hours before were still restrictive but they were at least doable. Not now.

I really love this place the facility and most importantly the staff is amazing. My dog Max loves going there.

Take great care of our pets and have always had a good experience

We left our puppy for the first time and were very nervous. When we went to pick him up, he looked so happy and well taken care of. Once home, he kept looking for his friends he made at the inn. The staff is very friendly and I am a very happy customer. This is the place my dog will be going for future daycare and boarding.

Can't say enough about the staff at the inn and spa. Incredibly friendly and our dog Tucker loves them all. Can't go wrong here.

I love this place, but not as much as Phantom does. We've brought our pup Phantom here a few times now and they take incredible care of her. They treat her like one of their own (or better). Could not recommend both the inn / spa / vet clinic more and shout out to Chelsea for managing to match Corgi puppy energy; it must come from experience.

When a negative grooming experience becomes something to rave about Because it was resolved by a caring groomer, that is priceless! I was upset and thinking I was going to have to learn to groom my own pet because she was difficult to handle. Instead Valerie stepped up and made me relax by her professional attitude and got the grooming done beautifully. Thank you

We board and Have our dog Claude groomed here and he always comes out looking so cute and he loves to go to the kennel here. The staff plays with him and he enjoys the outdoor time with the other little dogs. Great place!

Our cats had a great experience boarding at the CAH Inn & Spa. We appreciate the staff members taking very good care of them.

this place s wounderful they really love animals I love the fack I can go to NH and leave my cat coco they don't leave your animal lock up all day and they really love them they are angels and I love this place.

Great place to take your pet. They are caring, professional and their service is excellent.

Our German Shepard Roscoe loves coming here ! From the staff at the front and vets everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. We have been bringing in our Roscoe to spend the day and socialize with other doggies at the inn and he’s throughly enjoys it. All the girls are great and very friendly. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Maui has been going to day care here for the past 5 months or so. They are great - very friendly and always tells us how she did when we pick her up. Maui now runs into the building as she's so exciting to be there!

It is a lovely facility. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and always responsive. Our 4 month old Mia loves spending time there. Can really tell how excited she is every time we take her there. We can leave her at the boarding without having to worry about anything. They always keep us updated about how Mia is doing throughout her stay there.

I am a first time dog owner. My pup Marley has been going to daycare since the spring of 2020. I feel so good and know that Marley is being treated well when I drop her off. Now, at a year old Marley can’t wait to get out of the car once we pull up. She is overly excited, the girls and the one gentleman are very kind and loving to her. I see it all in Marley’s face when they appear at my car. My vet also is at community and Dr. Murdock is wonderful. Marley also gets groomed by Jordan and she does a wonderful job. I leave with ease knowing she is well cared for. I recommended this place to anyone.

Our puppy boarded overnight under their care for a week and has also gone for play dates. The staff are very caring and kind! They are also very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we have had. Our dog LOVES it there!

We appreciate the flexibility of the spa. Jazzy loves going there and the feedback after boarding her (I"ve never boarded my dog before) was great.

Love both the Inn & Spa as well as the vet services. My cat Frankie hates to be alone, but it is challenging to find places that will board cats. The staff is so enthusiastic, engages with Frankie, spoils her with attention, and is always so happy to have her. We would never consider sending her anywhere else! You guys are the best!
