I love Ledgebrook Kennel - I don’t go to Woburn Animal Hospital because before I found them I already had a great vet. Woburn animal hospital has in the past had issues with updating my dog’s vaccines required for Ledgebrook- so other than that idk. She had a multi vaccine and somehow that didn’t get updated in their files- so that’s why I won’t give Woburn Animal Hospital a 5 of 5 right now. HOWEVER- I would give the daycare at LEDGEBROOK Kennel a solid 10 or 5 out of 5 stars. Maybe more than 5 if possible. Good people there.

I have been bringing my dog and cats to Woburn Animal Hospital for over 10 years. The staff is very, very good. Always responsive and attentive -- even when they are overwhelmed. Dr. Bysko is knowledgable, thorough, and willing to answer questions. And, she's a very talented surgeon. In my opinion, these folks provide top quality care to the animals entrusted to them.

I called the Woburn Animal Hospital ER after my geriatric pet (16 yrs. old) had his 2nd seizure within 8 hours. I called and explained, through tears, that due to the seizures, my dog was having difficulty walking. When he tried to walk, he was so disoriented he walked into the wall and cabinet door then stood staring into a corner. I was told this was not a life threatening emergency!! I took him elsewhere. Two days later my "baby" passed away. This hospital was the worst for compassion and doesn't know when an emergency exists. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I have taken my chihuahua here three times. The first two were at the beginning of the pandemic so I wasn't able to go in with her. The staff seemed very nice when they came out to get her and the vet was very friendly when she called. Today we had an appointment and I was able to go in. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is calm. The Vet and vet Teck were so kind, gentle and truly showed how much they love there job and their clients. By far the best vet I have been to. Thank you WAH for such a great experience.

Love the vet who sees my dog. As she examines my dog she will describe her findings, ie ears are clean, gums are moist which means she's hydrated, lump (on stomach) is a lipoma, common in older dogs, etc.

Sharing because I'm currently recommending someone to take their dog here for something and while I was thinking of it I told him, I think this place might be the best service I've ever seen in any industry. I've had my family's dog and my roommate's dog need to go here for various emergencies the last few years and every time these people are all elite at their job as well as being absolute angels, from the receptionists to the doctors and surgeons. Everyone there just seems to care so much for the pets, and they're all very sensitive to the panicking/greiving state their owners are experiencing. It is quite expensive for most things (and pretty expensive even if it doesn't turn out to be something major) but you get what you pay for and they do it ALL. If your pet might be having an emergency health scare and you have money to spare (maybe like 4-500$ for the visit and diagnosis; thousands if it's major and you want them to operate), I cannot possibly recommend this place enough. p.s. I think it speaks volumes that an animal ER - a place where people take their dying pets - can have a consensus 4.5 star review

Having been going here, mostly for convenience, over a decade for a few cats, we just had our first "post-covid precautions" visit with our elderly calico. The staff is very friendly and the location is literally homey and comfortable. The vet techs have all been amazing, no exceptions, but the most positive takeaway was the vet herself, Dr. Domit. She was honest and gentle, a consummate professional and was very happy to chat with my daughter just graduated from vet tech school who had a lot of ideas. (At this point, I was listening to vet jargon but it was lovely to see her take those few minutes to answer her questions). She also did not recommend expensive testing or treatment for what are pretty typical older cat issues, as we had told her we simply wanted our cat to be comfortable. We had a very bad experience with one vet there who misdiagnosed our pet a few years ago, but to its credit, WAH recognized the issue (it was evident in the paperwork) and after we had to put her down, they at least were professional and compensated us for their error. It takes great customer service to do that. It's certainly not the cheapest vet, but they offer high quality services (we've had one pet have needed surgery there, too) and the employees seem to really enjoy their work.

Caring place, and great hours. A little costly than other vets, but you can't beat the convenience.

I found a stray cat, obviously the responsable thing to do is to take it to the vet right away. Unfortunately these people were very good at taking the money but failed to at least make me aware that the poor kitty didn't have teeth. They couldn't answer if she was spayed, her age, nothing. The cat was in and out in less than 10 minutes. There was no compassion, no social responsibility, no heart in this doctor. I left with so many unanswered questions, because the so "called" doctor wanted me to call her later because she was in surgery. Honestly someone like that deserves the worst, and I mean that! Her actions hurt the ones that have no voice "dr Anne Domit, DVM shouldn't be practicing. Shame on you!

I was a new client at W.A.H. in April when our normal vet referred us over to them for a procedure. The office manager Laurie went above and beyond to get us scheduled quickly for a visit, the vet techs were thorough with listening to my report of my dog's symptoms and they were attentive to his vet phobia. Our appointment was reasonably on time and Dr. Domit was excellent at explaining all the treatment options by phone. The building and location are also beautiful. Thank you so much for a great experience.

They told me right before Christmas that my kitten with a broken leg would need a 6000$ surgery or a 3000$ amputation. When we said we couldn't afford surgery that they were going to need to do the amputation, the vet miraculously remembered that sometimes cats heal on their own and We talked to other vets who said this was ridiculous and that my cat would most likely make a full recovery on his own in a cage. My cat healed in a cage on its own. They were gonna mutilate him 4 quick money.

I've been to most of the woburn vets, and settled on the animal hospital because of their facilities, competence, and ease of scheduling. They also have (incredible!) dog training on site, as well as a kennel. My dog isn't afraid to go there because he never knows whether it's to socialize or train, or for a shot or snip.
