They take great care of my furbaby!

Looby Vet has been amazing with my 2 kitties and my king Charlies! Charlie is now 3yo and they've been our vet since day 1! One day after hours Charlie was crying so I had to take him to another place. They sais it was dehydrated and gave him fluids. The nexr day I called Looby qhen they were open and took him to them. Thank goodness I did because they had a hunch and they were right, Charlie has Lyme! They treated him and the test was negative! I'm so grateful for tgem and will always recommend them!

The Dr's and staff was great. They actually care about your animals,unlike other places!

Poor Teva from the island of Anguilla went in for her spay today. Yes COVID makes everything more difficult, but they were so helpful and my puppy is recovering nicely. Do not read bad reviews we all have our own experiences with vets. Every pets needs are different. They did right by me and my baby's spay today. They gave complete instructions and explained it and gave me pain pills for her comfort. Dr. Trzcinski was great! Their staff is great!

Dr. Thomas and her vet tech are the best!! My dog was really suffering and the compassion and caring they gave us was amazing! Luckily our dog is ok today and recovering nicely! All of the staff is absolutely fabulous!

They take great care of our dogs.

We've been bringing our pet dogs & cats here for decades. It's always been great. Not too pricey, very friendly staff, accommodating, efficient, knowledgeable, and they don't try and upsell you on anything, just genuine pet care in a positive way. We've always had great experiences here over the years it's been the same old trusty place for our furry loved ones.

I have taken all my pets to this veterinary group for over 25 years. They are so nice and caring and gentle towards your animals. I highly recommend them.

Always very friendly staff that truly care about your pet. They have come out from behind the counter several times just to give my dog treats and to help calm him down. Very professional and informative as well. Good location if you are in the Medford area with accessible street parking

Been seeing this vet for some 20 years plus. We've had 5 dogs and 1 cat, (three have passed on & three still share our home). All are/were in Lobby's care. When you add up our animal's lives by their years of life, we've enjoyed over 65 "pet years" with Dr, Lobby's office. That's a whole lot of vet care. I was unhappy on exactly two occasions and both times I voiced my concerns to Dr. Lobby and he addressed my unhappiness to my satisfaction. I wouldn't consider going to another practice. I love the front desk folks and although all the vets are great I'm particularly partial to Dr. Williamson.

Great veterinary hospital Caring staff and doctors

Dr. Looby's practice is simply the best. They have taken care of our pup for the past 6 years and done an exceptional job. Jackie is an exceptional member of their team. She's been there since we started going and our dog loves going to the vet just to see her.

Dr Looby's office have taken care of all my dogs over the years and I have all the confidence in their ability to provide the best possible care for my furry friends.

I have an "elder" dog, just turned 18. He has been cared for at Looby his whole life. He has been a healthy dog but is suffering elder dog problems now. I am so grateful for the care they give and the time the staff and Dr. Maue spend, both on the phone and in the office, to answer questions and solve problems. I could not be happier.

Had my beautiful cat for just 10 months and had to take her to Dr. Looby's on 3 different occasions (i.e. initial visit, dehydration problem, and itchy ears/nail trim). Each time I saw a new doctor: the first 2 (Schultz and Williamson) were very rude and rough with her and the 3rd one (Maue) was incompetent, having to take her in and out of her crate 3 separate times because she kept forgetting why we were there. My cat was super friendly with everyone and an amazing judge of character but did not respond well to any of these vets. The employees at PetSmart were able to cut her nails with no problem, but Dr. Maue had to restrain her. For the itchy ear appt, they said she was fine and it was normal for her to scratch but they then had me do her annual exam early since I was already there. With this, they gave her a shot for a packed cell volume test and then I heard nothing back of the result. A few weeks later she passed away and I still have no idea why. These vets certainly misdiagnosed her and yet I paid hundreds of dollars on all these extra tests. I'm devastated, had I gone to a vet that actually cared, she may still be alive today. :'( TLDR: They are terrible with animals and will up-sell but won't provide the necessary service and care for the extra money you pay. Stay away if you would like your pet to live!

Very friendly and good with my cat. They also made it a nice learning experience for my child. They even helped carry my kitty out to my car since I was ladened with a baby too.

An unassuming vet clinic with a highly knowledgable staff. They are very communicative and provide timely responses to questions.
