We have been using Jena and muddy paws for years- they are wonderful, reliable and have been such a huge help with all of our pet are needs! I can’t say enough about how happy we are with the care and services they provide!

My dog LOVES muddy paws. It's literally the best thing in his life. If you need your dog to socialize or get some fresh air while you're at work, call them!

My dog, Max, has been going for group dog walks twice a week with Carla. She is great and Max LOVES her (almost more than me I think!!). She is so careful to only pair him with dogs that will accept him and play nice. He is super friendly 7 month old and can sometimes be annoying to other older dogs. She knows how to read these dogs and will not chance any sort of questionable behavior from the dogs. I can totally trust her with Max and know he will be in good hands. Jena has also been very responsive to emails and messages and is very helpful in arranging Max's walks. I highly recommend them!!

My dog was hit by a car under Muddy Paws care & died. Jenna called to say my dog's body was with the police and we needed to go pick him up. I still cannot quite comprehend how this could happen and the pain is unbearable. We put our trust in a boarding place that ended our dog, Ollie's life. I would never trust Muddy Paws to care for pet again this experience absolutely crushed us.

Everyone at Muddy Paws is great! When we first signed our dog up, Jena had herself, Cat and Jovia meet her so everyone could get to know how she is and determine which dogs to match up with her for walking. Cat and Jovia are great with our dog and very patient with her high energy! They are very flexible with setting up walks based on our schedule and quick to reply if we have updates. We also love the notes and photos at the end of the walk to let us know how she was!

Muddy paws is a great service. Their people know what they are doing. We rely on them a lot and they always come through. Management is responsive if there is ever an issue or if you have a last-minute request they will try to accommodate you. Reasonably priced and different levels of service at different prices allows you to customize. Scheduling visits is via online calendar which is easy to use.

we've use Muddy Paws for 6 years, and have nothing but praise for them. the walkers and sitters clearly love animals, and give excellent care. they are energetic, enthusiastic about their jobs, and provide a very enjoyable experience for our animals. our dog is happy when walkers arrive, and especially enjoys walks with other dogs. we've used sitters in our home during vacations, and all has gone smoothly. the texts from Muddy Paws are informative and often have photos. when on vacation, we were able to easily communicate by text about issues that came up, and this gave us a lot of reassurance. overall, they are just the best !!!

The only place I trust to leave my dog while I'm away on vacation. I can enjoy myself and not have to worry. My dog loves the long walks and fun she has while I'm away. I enjoy the updates with pictures . Nice touch.

I have used Muddy Paws for over 10 years, and absolutely love them. Professional and reliable for taking care of my 11 year old and now also my 2 year old. They love my dog like their own while boarding and they are both always so excited to see Jena and her team to pick them up for their walks. I would 100% recommend their services (and have many times over the years).

Muddy Paws have been taking care of my dogs for 10 years. They treat my pups as if they are their own! My dogs love the socialization they get on their walks and even though I now work from home I still send them because their pack is their family! If you’re looking for pet care you couldn’t do any better that Muddy Paws.

I used Muddy Paws for dog walking services for several years when I lived in Malden. With limited exceptions, the dog walkers employed by this business were energetic, enthusiastic dog lovers who made sure my pups were exhausted when they came home. Exactly what I was hoping for! I would recommend this business to anyone in need of dog walking or pet sitting services.

My dog enjoyed it and the couple who took care of her were great.

I adopted a retired sled pup from these kind folks. They care deeply for their animals, and it shows. The adoption process was thorough and they were available for us if/when we needed them once we brought our dog home. I will consider adopting from them again, when I'm ready to add another furry friend to our motley crew. I've never gone mushing, however.

I have come across different walkers for this company handling 5-9 dogs at a time and an owner who is completely and utterly unprofessional and rude (more dogs=more money to them and they do not have a cut off point on the amount of dogs they handle at a time). Employee's are paid by how many dogs they walk so it's truly quantity over quality. Extremely wrong. It is completely unprofessional and downright dangerous. Your dog deserves the attention and time that is going unnoticed and neglected when walking struggling with 5-9 others. They all walk at the speed of the slowest dog not to mention if one goes loose, it's mania. Please do not subject your dog to these standards .. there are countless other amazing companies that walk solo or with a friend. God forbid your pup gets loose and something bad were to happen. Stay safe and do not get scammed!!

Very professional! My dog loves her outings, and I love getting prompt journals complete with photos. It's clear that this company cares about the dogs they're caring for. I feel completely at ease with my dog in their care, and I love coming home to a happy, tired pup when I can't be home early for her. :) Scheduling and payment is also super easy, another plus.

You can clean the whole dog not just the paws.

Jena and her walkers have been walking our 2 dogs for years. Very reliable, trustworthy, and friendly staff. We get a note, photos, and a report every day, which we love to see. We’ve also had someone come and take care of our cat if we are out of town and they have been great.

Absolutely love them! My walker Jenn was amazing and treated my fur baby like her own ! And no matter what the issue was if I messaged the owner she would reply fast and was more than happy to help ! I can’t say enough great thing about this business! Thank you all so much !

For 7 years, we have absolutely loved all of our walkers and the excellent, reliable service of Muddy Paws! The walkers truly love our dog and took great care of him - we all appreciate it so much that I never canceled even when I decided to become a stay at home mom. There is an online portal that makes it easy to request or cancel a particular day or service and communicate any health updates quickly. Whenever we board, our dog was is excited to arrive, and comes home tired and happy. I highly recommend Muddy Paws!!

We were so lucky to find Muddy iPaws when we moved to Winchester. Jena and her team were responsive and terrific. I never had to worry about my two dogs. One dog was older and needed help getting up the front stairs. They were terrific with them. They did walks and overnights!

The staff excellent attitude and extremely helpful

I started using Muddy Paws when I got my dog in June, he's a rescue and we didn't think he was socialized enough for doggy daycare yet. At first, I really like the dog walker and the ease of the online scheduling. Our dog walker switched and my boyfriend and I were suspicious about him being walked close to the full hour we were paying for. The dog walker switched again and at first we really liked him. Again, it became apparent that he wasn't getting walked adequately, we would come home sometimes and he would be fine and other times he would be way too energetic to have had almost an hour walk. Then, we got an August door lock, which meant we were able to track the comings and goings of the dog walker. Several times, he walked the dog for about 20 minutes, one time, even hanging out in my condo for 15 minutes. Then, twice, he came and literally just let the dog out to go to the bathroom (a total of like 8 minutes out of the house). The owner emailed me when we cancelled our walks and I let her know, she requested screen shots of the door lock, which I sent, and then STOPPED RESPONDING to my emails suddenly. I had requested a refund, which she obviously didn't give me. I then complained to the BBB and she didn't even respond to them. She then had the audacity to tell me that she was waiving the fee for me canceling my recurring walls. Seriously disappointed that she couldn't respect me enough to respond to my emails or give me some kind of refund for the terrible service I got toward the end. EDIT: She did refund the last payment that was made after much time and back and forth.

Poor hiring/application process with zero communication

Muddy Paws takes great care of my kitties when I go out of town. They also come to me to do nail trims which is a great service! Highly recommend. Easy to book services online.
