Absolutely awful. These are pictures from when they remove a couple of mats from my cats fur. I was never informed that he was cut multiple times and the second photo had a piece of his skin hanging. I had just noticed when I got him back home.. The doctor told me my cat had a serious kidney issue possibly kidney failure and prescribed food that didn’t help with kidney issues. Come to find out at a new hospital that my cat has a tumor in his lungs and nothing was wrong with his kidneys… They did not properly treat my cat nor found out what the true issue had been. The receptionist charged another member in my house hold for the wrong bill without informing them.. I had found out at a different day of a different appointment.. Everyone is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Absolutely do NOT recommend bringing your animals here. Wasted hundreds of dollars to be told misinformation and treated horribly.

Very efficient, and organized especially during covid, on staying in your vehicle, calling them on your cell to let them know your outside with your pet for their apmt. Staff is always very helpful & friendly!

Always been great with my pets

This was a real tough decision to make when we had to put my mothers beloved family dog of 15 years Nena to sleep. It was very overwhelming, of course leaving her there was the hardest part. We decided to cremate her and keep her ashes, not only was the price more than fair but receiving this for the first time dealing with this I am very satisfied with the Beautiful Urn, they even added a nice little card, some seeds to plant , a certificate with her name and one thing we Did NOT expect a paw print of our girl. Definitely such a heart warming gift after, my mother was very pleased. Thankyou so much for everything ????????❤️

They are making appts and parents can't go in..i was not happy about that but it worked out for the best.The whole process was quick and organized and the employees very compassionate . Thank you all.

Pretty busy place even with an appointment so make sure that you have plenty of time. I brought my pup for her last shots and was there an hour and a half. They did find an ear infection and I asked them to cut her nails. Worth the wait in my opinion. Good care for my dogs through the years.

It’s so easy to want to leave Eastfield Animal hospital. The doctor is great. The rest of the place is awful. They DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR CALL BACK. ever. And they have been telling us for YEARS that their phone system is messed up. “Must be the phone system” “weve been having problems with the phone system”. Get it together! For gods sakes it’s like you have to force appointments. It’s maddening. I call and call and call and even when speaking to an actual person “I will get back to you” and no response. But then the doctor asks during an appt for you to follow up. What is the point in following up if you are not going to handle business when we do. Ugh. So frustrating. If you have zero patience- don’t go here. If you have patience and can beg for information, prescriptions and appointments- then the doctors are wonderful.

This hospital cares about the animals. They don’t try to up sale anything. They truly are in it for Love of there patients. If you have the opportunity to join this practice your pets will thank you.

Great Veterinary practice. The doctors are knowledgeable and communicate well and all the staff care about pets. Their service is reasonably priced. I'd recommend them.

My puppy was sick and I couldn't find any vetrenarian to take him in!! Every local place I called said due to covid-19 they are overbooked and understaffed, or no availability until mid October and even November. I understand that things are rough right now on everyone and on businesses, but it's an emergency not a routine visit yet no one said yes bring him in, except for Eastfield hospital for animals. They were able to squeeze him in between appointments. I had to wait a while (over an hour), but at least he was seen by the vet and not turned away when he needed help the most. I had originally chosen a different vetrenarian for him, but now I've changed my mind and I will be coming back here for future visits. Thank you Eastfield hospital!
