I brought my very nervous puppy to them and he loved it. His Vaccinations went smoothly and he never once got scared. They were friendly and professional. I was very impressed and glad I chose them to look after the health of my fur baby.

Better?? I'm not sure. I received the BEST service for my dog. Everyone was very helpful and concerned with the care of my baby. I say baby because my dogs are a big part of my FAMILY. I am very happy I found a vet I can trust. And is not going to take advange of me or my animals.

I brought my newly adopted dog who has medical issues. I met with Dr. Ben who evaluated Snickers “Sully” and gave me his assessment and treatment plan. It was a pleasure to work with Dr. Ben, he listened to my concerns and we came up with a treatment plan that makes sense. They are the best around. They CARE most of all. About you and your pet. Nothing like getting a call from the DR herself to check on how my dog was doing. I Highly recommend them

Dr. Andy is one great guy. Going above and beyond to provide his clients with superior care. His hospitals are staffed with the best western mass can produce. The facilities are clean and professionally maintained.

All of the veterinarians have been a pleasure to work with all these years. If you are looking for a place for your loving pets, look no further.

Been going to Wilbraham Animal Hospital since its beginning.Dr.hersman has been my vet for my third dog now and I wouldnt trust another vet with my buddies period.My first dog,Yoshi was a handful,skin allergies,ear infections,dry eyes,you name it Yoshi had it.Dr Hersman called him the legend of Wilbraham Vets!!! Dr Hersman treated all these problems for Yoshi who lived a great 15 yrs without itching or ear infections.I loved Wilbraham Vets for the past 16 or so yrs and look forward to my new puppy Finley for at least the next 16yrs going there.

Bella is 11 and has been a patient of Dr Dgetluck's since she was adopted at 18 months. It's very reassuring to have a great vet like Dr Dgetluck whom I know I can trust with Bella. The vet techs and office staff prepared me each step of the way for Bella's dental visit, which relieved a lot of anxiety I would have otherwise had. I appreciated all of the detail on her discharge paperwork for her at home care because I was overwhelmed a bit when picking her up. I received it by email and a paper copy and a vet tech walked me through everything, and effortlessly changed a pain med to liquid form when I requested it. In the follow-up call from the office the next day I again felt reassured that the team was there for Bella, and for any questions I had. The entire team is just amazing and Bella is healing wonderfully from her extractions! I feel there is so much thought and care that goes into each and every step at the office. Thank you all so much for all of the services you provide in such a caring and thoughtful manner!

They were very thorough with my cat ????. They took their time and answers all my questions. I’m so glad I can go to a vet that cares about you and your pet. I would recommend my friends to go to this vet. They take their time and pay attention to your concerns. They explain everything that is wrong and they are there to help you.

There is no way you could improve on the wonderful care you provide to not only pets but also pet parents. You guys are the BEST!!!!

Love love love it here! Have been bringing my fur babies for over 15 years (previously Dr. Rowe) before they bought the practice. Love all the doctors that have cared for my babies and the technicians are wonderful and patient with my anxious babies.

Fantastic facility. Friendly staff and my dog was very comfortable while there.

They helped with my Dog "Son" Fletcher got him on medication when he was 15 1/2 and he lived until 17 1/2 .

I am extremely pleased with the caring, compassionate and diligent care Lucy has and will receive with you. Also, so appreciative of you taking her one day when she had an issue. You are very busy, but fitted her in. Cam and especially Dr. Dgetluck have been very caring and professional. Thank you.
