First time I brought my dog in. He loved it too! The cashier was so nice and accommodating.

Easy parking, lots of toys. Not a fan of well dressed pets, but if you're into that...

Nice friendly staff. Very attentive and helpful throughout the whole dog grooming process.

I have a white 110 lb German Shepherd who can be skittish. Vet , technicians and staff were calming caring and took there time with her and us . We are very confident with her care and suggestions with all who work at Banfield. Thank you to all of the staff . Love the Curtis Family specially Athena ❤

Save yourself the heartache and do not take your dog here for grooming. A puppy trim on the face ended up being a fully shaved muzzle and the full body cut was extremely uneven. The extra services I'd scheduled (e.g. nail grinding, teeth cleaning, etc) were not performed but were still charged on my bill! The manager did give me a small "discount" to offset the services that were not received. Appreciative of that... but very unhappy with the entire experience. Avoid grooming at this location! If you do schedule here, I do not recommend Sam as the groomer.

My experience at Petsmart was fantastic the associates including the manager was very helpful in getting me started as a new pet owner.I will be getting my new puppy next week and they advised me of what supplies I needed to get started. I encourage everyone to stop by the vocal Petsmart especially the one in Westwood. Massachusetts

Groomers are great with my dog, both with his nails and how warmly they treat him.

I was greeted when I entered the store. Customer service was GREAT the manager was very knowledgeable with helping me find a collar for my Siberian husky! Was very pleased with the service I got with the staff and management team!

1st visit - polite, engaged and knowledgeable associate assistance. initial purchase was quick and efficient (polite and friendly associate). 2nd) visit (merchandise return) quick and easy. also wanted to update store account which I was able to complete with assistance from associate. all around excellent service.

Our puppy Yams has his puppy training here and they are amazing.

This store is horrible at dealing with customers and service. They treated my dog badly and then tried to make it seemed that my dog had issues.

This is the last photo taken of my dog before I had to put him down at PetSmart in Westwood, MA. The staff there was beyond compassionate and handled my dog's euthanization with grace and a quiet dignity. They made it as easy for me as possibe and I am so grateful that they were able to help my boy be free from pain.

Nice staff better than petco

I needed goldfish for my pond and Petsmart had them when the garden centers did not. You can't beat the price and the fish seem happily adapted to their new, much larger home.

My dog has only been groomed my McKenzie and Amanda and they both have done a wonderful job! I love the selection of food and the staff for showing me what will be best for my dog

Always happy staff ready to help. Clean and organized. Would have been a higher rating but twice i went and the dog food I buy was almost bare on the shelves.

I got my dog a haircut and when I was checking out I got rung out by a narcissistic manager apparently who was telling me I don’t brush my dog. Very unprofessional and rude seeing as if they don’t care if they loose customers because of snarky comments and her interrupting me and my boyfriends conversation about our dog telling us we don’t do the right thing. Kinda snobby and rude wouldn’t recommend! Watch out for the lady with the red short hair and demon stare!

I was dealing with a associate named Ellen. This was during Christmas season. She was unaware of the exchange policy. Why she then got very loud with me. She kept repeating to me that I I could not exchange the bag food for the proper bag. When I asked for her name so I could speak to a manager she didn’t yelled at me her name and spelt it out in a very demeaning manner. As if I was a piece of dirt from under her shoe. As if I am not a loyal customer to Petsmart for over 7 years now. So after that she’s been told me I was not allowed to donate to the fund that was going on at the time. So after finally being able to exchange the old bag of dog food for the correct bag dog food, I was introduced to the Manager. She said because she is older that is how she acts. I explain to the manager that it was unprofessional and demeaning because she talk down to me as if I wasn’t spending money in the store. I was able to donate with the manager and I was able to walk out of the store well but it was not a pleasant experience. Sadly Petsmart has lost a customer due to this. I do not continue to shop with companies that employ people that think it’s okay to talk to the paying customers however they want to. It’s been about two months since I’ve actually gone to Petsmart and like I just said sadly I will not be returning due to your employee Ellen.
