We have been to many vets in the area before but have stayed with Healthy Paws because we feel as though they truly respect and care for our dogs. They are always willing to see us short notice if needed and even discuss concerns over the phone. Thank you for loving our dogs!

I have been so impressed with how Healthy Paws has changed their flow and figured out ways to continue to provide EXCELLENT veterinary care despite all the changing pandemic protocols. They have really gone to great lengths to remain available, and responsive, particularly in emergency situations. I've gotten to know several of the staff members over the years. Katie and Jen are both awesome to interact with, and Katie had some great tips about subtle signs to look for in one of our cats (Boris) who has a dental issue we are monitoring. SO helpful! Finally, it is a testament to the great team that IS Healthy Paws Veterinary Center that there are so many long-term staff; I believe this continuity of team members enhances the high quality of care my pets receive. I have brought my pets to other veterinary practices when I lived in different areas. I must say, though, that Healthy Paws Veterinary Center has really earned my deep trust, respect and loyalty.

Healthy Paws staff is super friendly and wicked helpful. Being a first time pet owner I was nervous handling my kitten and Healthy Paws was always a phone call away from assisting me with my day to day activities with my cat. Highly recommend over larger chain veterinarians such as Banfield Hospital.

Very friendly and informative staff. We took our puppy for all the basic vaccines and when he had a tick bite for lyme vaccination.

Dr. Andreassi is the best! She truly cares about her patients and their families. The staff is also amazing and we love all of them.

Amazing grooming job done to remove our cat, Burger's, mats without needing to sedate her or shave all her orange fur off. The groomer even managed to get the cement-like stuff removed from her paws by soaking them and then picking them clean.

Our experience has been as great as it could be! You all have taken great care of all 4 of our cats and are available whenever we have questions or concerns for any of them.

Going on 3 years since using Healthy paws. Have been nothing but pleased with the care given my dog Tia. They are supportive to me when dealing with mishaps. Dr Fullerton is great with listening to define problems. Overall they are knowledgeable, personable and their love of animals shows through

Caring staff focused on our four-legged friends and also the humans who loved them. They hustled with the last steps of invoice and payment at my request so I could make it to the train. Grateful for their help-- I made it!

Dr. Andreassi is incredible. She is professional, thorough, personable, dedicated, and truly cares about the animals she sees. Over the course of two months my husband and I brought our cat in multiple times to both Healthy Paws and Tufts in Grafton for bloodwork and exams when he had a slew of health scares this past year. Dr. Andreassi communicated back and forth with the doctors at Tufts and us. She patiently took the (often extended) time to answer all of our many questions in an easily understandable way, look up new literature, and discuss our cat's issues with her colleagues. We really appreciated all of her efforts, many of which were after hours. We felt that Dr. Andreassi was methodical and thoughtful with her recommendations after listening to our anecdotes and our ideas. This truly team effort that Dr. Andreassi helped to orchestrate culminated in our cat finally returning to his baseline, and we are just so grateful for all of her diligent hard work and impeccable bedside manner. It is worth noting that the vet techs and secretaries at Healthy Paws are also so sweet, caring, and capable. We couldn't accompany our cat inside due to COVID restrictions, but my husband and I were confident and reassured that our pet was in trust-worthy, empathetic hands.

Healthy Paws is an amazing family atmosphere both our dogs (Jingles and Truffles) are super healthy and happy . The Doctors and staff are amazing !

I used to like this clinic, but the clinic/vet tech keeps pushing grain included kibble food at every appointment, completely missing the fact that even experts agree the issue with the FDA report regarding DCM likely had more to do with the unusual grain substitutions in the form of novel carbohydrates commonly used by these companies to obtain a "grain free" label than the actual omission of grains themselves. As someone who feeds their pet a carb-free diet, this was honestly a disappointing way to start a visit.

I started going to Healthy Paws with my first dog and naturally stuck with them when the second came along. We usually see Dr. Sainte, and sometimes Dr. Fullerton, both have been wonderful with my pups and really have a great bedside manner. I've had to rush in with emergencies and have never been turned away. The vet techs and staff are so good with my nervous/anxious dog and show complete empathy when he's being difficult. I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws, I'm so happy I have them in my corner.

I have recommended Healthy Paws to all of my pet owning friends. Have brought cats and dogs there from beginning to end of some of their lives’. The care and service is amazing.

I can’t recommend Healthy Paws Veterinary enough. Dr. Sainte and staff are amazing and go above and beyond when treating our dogs. I was sad that we had to relocate and leave HPV for our dogs needs.

So glad we found Healthy Paws! The people were awesome with my dog, who can be a handful! It didn’t faze them at all and got her to calm down pretty quickly, I was impressed! Very professional. The building is spacious and was very neat and clean. Separate waiting area for cats and dogs. Very happy! Once we are able to escort our pets into the office will be nice again! I feel like Belle gets great care at Health Paws, even during the pandemic. I never feel rushed and have great trust in the vets and nurses. Great job!

Perfect place for pet care! My first experience was several years ago when my beautiful Border Collie, Jack was hit by a car. Someone drove us to Healthy Paws as it was the closest vet and ever since, it has been the place for me and my dogs. From the front desk to the techs to the doctors (our favorite is Dr. Liz Russell as she cared for and saved Jack) everyone is so pleasant, informative and caring.

We love Healthy Paws! Very friendly and helpful staff. They really show that they care about you and your pet.
