Awesome and friendly staff, always do the best to accommodate my huge farm dogs who don't like indoor spaces, and have been successful in resolving all our health issues thus far.

I started bringing my animals here many years ago and it was lovely, but something has changed in the past several years… lack of compassion, over priced.. over the past 2 weeks my dog has been very ill, seen several times, today she increasingly ill. The front desk was extremely rude, incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate, and this is to a long time dog/customer. I will not be bringing my animals back.

The front office staff is very nice. They were able to get all of my questions answered and took great care of my dog. When I spoke with the veterinarian over the phone, they were knowledgeable and made sure I understand what to do next when caring for my dog.

The staff at Associates were friendly and helpful, as usual. Dr. Rosiello provided thorough explanations of my dog's health and results of the tests he performed on her, and took time to answer my questions. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, I was not able to be there during the exam but I felt confident my dog would be treated with the same gentle care she receives when I am present. In short, it was the high quality of care, service, and compassion I have witnessed in the 20+ years Associates has been treating my dogs.

As I continue to work through the issues my aging dachshunds have, the team is so kind, understanding, and accommodating. And for my somewhat anxious little ones, the vet is not a stressful experience because we have the same familiar faces for them each time. Very grateful for the service they provide.

We've been bringing our dogs to Animal Associates for almost 15 years and our experience has been great. Dr. Rosiello took good care of our first dog and helped us through putting him down. Dr. Badner, is so kind, compassionate and understanding with our senior -3 legged shelter boy and VERY excitable 80lb young lab. She explains everything thoroughly - dog one had an ear infection and she used her dog ear cross-section model to show us where the problem was and how to use the meds properly. When dog 2 had possible intestinal blockage recently, Dr. Badner examined her and gave us a thorough explanation of 3 possible treatment paths we had, including the risks/benefits of each so we could make an informed decision. She didn't push any one (read: expensive) option, she provided the clear, succinct information we needed to make the decision that was right for our animal. The tech and front desk staff are great as well - kind, friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

They play a major part of my four legged family. All DVM's and staff are sincere and honestly care enough to deserve 5 stars. Not easily earned in my book. They surpass my expectations every time and educate me on my choices and respect my decisions.

Took my mom's little elderly Cocker Spaniel here 10 days ago and I couldn't be happier with the way the staff interacted with our frightened little elderly dog.... I believe it's Dr Radner(?) who examined her and Sophie just loved her (as well as the staff person who sat on the floor in the exam room and calmed Sophie down along with the giant silver water bowl..since Sophie is thirsty all the time that was heaven!) LOL they took care of her every need.. they really do have an expertise for elderly dogs and how to care for them including what test to order, what to leave alone and what is best for the dog at this age. Many human doctors have no clue how to treat their end-of-life patients. The pain medicine she prescribed worked within 3 hours...the antibiotics cured our Soph and she's back to her puppy self! In the waiting room Michelle behind the desk did everything she could to help. She is kind and understanding as well as patient with both dog and owner LOL I also went back today to get a refill for the pain medicine and Michelle was just as kind and compassionate as the first visit. This is a first-rate veterinary hospital that understands end-of-life care for dogs and unlike other veterinary hospitals, does not try to run up a bill but rather just help dog and ownerdeal with what can be a very frustrating and emotional time, like any caregiver.

We've been taking our many pets here for years. We love Dr. Badner and Dr. Rosiello! All of the staff is wonderful and super loving with the animals. I always look forward to visiting, even if our pets are hesitant!

Dr. Badner was compassionate towards both my sweet older dog Junie and to me as well. She is cost-conscious and an excellent clinician. She called me back exactly when she said she would, walked me through the lab test results, and listened to my input in devising a plan for June. Wonderful experience.

As always, thorough and caring. I appreciate the attention the staff and Dr. R give to all our pets. Our new cat did well and did not seem bothered by the visit and care. The costs are tough for us and we have to do some price comparison for some procedures going forward, but the staff and Dr. R are great with all our pets past and present. Thank you!

Dr. Badner is the most thorough and cool vet I have ever taken a pet to see! She told me important info about my dog's medicine that vets at other places neglected to tell me, which could affect my dog's health!

If I could rate this place below one star I would! DO NOT bring your pets here! Only took my dog to this hospital for 6 months and I will never be returning again. First of all, they are extremely pricey for what they do. My puppy is only 8 months old and they claimed that he had a severe case of hip dysplasia when it was really their fault! My dog had gone into surgery and after a couple of days I had sensed that he was walking funny and limping really bad, we took him back to the vet and they diagnosed him with a severe case of hip dysplasia. The x-rays alone were $500 and that's after they had given us a discount because we had just paid for his surgery the week before. We were extremely shocked, surprised, and upset because my puppy was 100% healthy prior to the surgery. After speaking to many vets, specialists, and my dog's breeder they all had concluded that the only thing that could have caused this is that he could have fallen off of the operation table right after his surgery due to the lack of attention from the technician. After confronting them with the situation they were extremely rude, defensive, and refused to cooperate in any way. Later, I received a letter in the mail from them stating that they recommend that my dog "finds a new primary veterinarian". Overall I had an AWFUL experience and they are very unprofessional when it comes to customer service.

They take very good care of my five cats. Dr. Rosiello and the rest of the staff there are kind and caring. I moved from Westboro to another town twenty minutes away but still bring my cats back here for care.

So kind - these vets and technicians have gone above and beyond to help me when my cat has been ill. And I've turned up without an appointment. They've helped me give her the tablets as well. Wonderful team.

The best vets anywhere, hands down. We live more than an hour's drive away now, and have been taking all our pets to them for over 20 years. Truly make you feel like part of the family, every time you are there.
