After many years of being with a local veterinary clinic, our sweet Luna was 'fired' from the vet. The amount of stress and anxiety she had going to the vet was taking years off her life, even with tons of medication. Our vet Recommended Dr. Jocelyn, as she was in our neighborhood. We had Dr. Jocelyn and her team come to our house for our first wellness visit - figured let's get Smokey the cat (another anxious babe) done as well in one go. Not only was Happy @ Home able to work with our difficult schedules, but her team (and herself) texted us updates! Who even does this?! Dr. Jocelyn and her team came over to our home and met our fur babies. Smokey caught onto the whole gig and ran and hid, but Luna Salvador and Luka were so excited to have a new friend come to the house. I've never seen luna be so well behaved being poked and prodded at! Unfortunately this past Monday we had an emergency with our sweet boy Salvador. We rushed him to Tufts ER and were struggling to get a hold of his Vet (Our old Veterinary Clinic - Salvador was not a patient of Dr. Jocelyn yet) Dr. Jocelyn went over and beyond, stepping in as the roll of Vet for him and spoke directly with Tufts on our behalf. We had finally after much debate come to the heart shattering conclusion that Salvador's quality of life would be challenging, even if we attempted surgery. Dr. Jocelyn moved her appointments around for us to come to our house to help Salvador cross over the rainbow bridge. This was the first time we had to lay a beloved baby to rest, and I would be lying to you if I said we are not still horribly grieving his loss, but Dr. Jocelyn walked us through everything, stayed with us as long as we needed, and was able to give Mr. Salvador some great, comfortable last moments of life. She brought comfort into our hearts one one of the hardest moments of our lives. Salvador was able to peacefully pass away in my husband's arms (his favorite spot) thanks to Happy @ Home. Dr. Jocelyn really and truly went over and beyond for our family, and we will forever be grateful to her and her services. I am so thankful we found Happy @ Home, my only complaint is I wish we had found them all sooner. We trust Dr. Jocelyn and her team with our furchildren fully - we are not constantly thinking we are being upsold etc, she gives you the facts and best possible care like your furkids are hers. She makes it feel like you are chatting with a knowledgeable and trustworthy friend as opposed to a standard run of the mill vet office. We will forever be grateful, and look forward to continuing to work with Happy @ Home for many years.

Dr. Jocelyn and her team are amazing! My older cat is 15 and has arthritis and end stage kidney disease. Since working with Dr. J, he’s gotten what looks like 3 years of his life back! Acupuncture and other western medicines have been a winning combo for my pet. Dr. J treats us like family and I can’t recommend her services enough.

Dr. Jocelyn Lyle-Dugas and her assistant Mel are amazing. My girl is getting older and I decided a change in our vet was necessary. From the moment they came in my girl was quite at ease with both of them and even cried when they left. They put my mind at ease and the Doctor made some changes to hopefully make her more comfortable. A follow up text the next day reinforced what I already knew, I had definitely made the right decision.

Dr. Jocelyn was absolutely amazing with our dog, Max. I wish I had looked her up earlier in his life. Max was 13 when Dr. Jocelyn and Melanie (her assistant) came into his life. He was having a very hard time and we thought we were going to loose him in December 2020. When Dr. Jocelyn and Melanie came out to our house they spent almost two hours with him and he loved them! Because of Dr. Jocelyn's care we were able to keep Max with us for a few more months, which for us, was the best gift we could ask for. Dr. Jocelyn was so accommodating and ensured he recieved the best care. Max passed on March 13, 2021, but we know he lived a great life and was so loved. I can't thank her enough for being committed to the end.

Dr. Jocelyn and her assistant Mel were fantastic with my shepherds. They have a very calm gentle manner that my dogs responded to right away. They were very thorough, took their time to earn my dog's trust, answered all my questions and made great recommendations. Their price was very reasonable . Highly recommend Dr Jocelyn. After several disastrous trips to the vet with Isabelle, the car-sick and vet-phobic rescue cat, we decided to go the mobile vet route. Dr Jocelyn and Melanie know exactly how to deal with a skittish wiggly cat that wants nothing to do with needles or nail trims! Both were professional, kind and made sure we and (most importantly) Isabelle were comfortable during her appointment. After the appointment, before they left, Isabelle was immediately back to her normal friendly cat self even taking treats and pets from the Dr and Melanie. Our only regret is that we waited this long to find Dr Jocelyn!
