After over a year, my female Frenchton has been suffering with seizures at the age of 5. My Vet at that time recommended certain meds that were not really helping. She was having seizures every 10 days. I would call monthly and ask for the Doctor to return my call and never received a call for months. This was during the Pandemic. She progressively got worse. Tufts hospital was able to help. However, she had been there over 5 times and of course always 2 am over 35 seizures that past year not to mention many sleepless nights. Extensive testing was done with increased new meds. With the 3 new meds she was totally weak and could hardly walk. Luckily one of my patients recommended Sudbury Animal Hospital to see Dr.Jack. Dr. Jack called me the same day, then contacted the Neuro at Tufts Hospital took more tests and because of his love for animals and caring, Mina in the last 5 months has not had any more seizures thanks to his oversight in helping manage my dogs health with the proper medication dosages. Mina now runs and climbs stairs. Dr.Jack, Dr. Kyle and staff are awesome. Wish I had seen them a year prior as it would have helped my dog from all those seizures. Great staff brought down my puppy for initial exam and the doctor was great with explaining everything and answering all of my questions. On top of that the bill was by for the chepeast vet bill I've seen in a while and I was very happy about that

Just took our little pup there and had a great experience! Although because of the pandemic we weren't allowed to come inside of the building, there was a good protocol in place to make sure everything was taken care of. Abby and Amanda were super helpful on the phone, explaining all the procedures and guiding me to establishing care of our first dog. Dr Bae was absolutely amazing. She called us during the consult to explain thoroughly about health status, treatment options, and overall tips for care for our puppy. Also took her time to answer our questions. Brownie points to evening appointments! Definitely recommend!

Sudbury Animal Hospital has been caring for our dogs for about 9 years. They've never tried to upsell us, they've been straightforward, on time, on budget and treated our 4 dogs with love every time. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

The veterinarians, technicians and office staff here are wonderful. The highest quality of care is rendered by professionals who actually seem to care about your pet more than just the bottom line. I can not give high enough praise for the way the staff here took care of my 11 year border collie's surgery to remove a tumor from her back. She recovered quickly and is back to her old self thanks to the care she received after having been misdiagnosed by another local Vet. The surgeon even called me at home on more than one occasion to update me on lab test and check on her patient. My wife and Love this place and are very happy to have found them.

I have been using Sudbury Animal for over 10 years for six different dogs. Dr. Alexander is extremely knowledgeable and kind and helps me keep my pets healthy. The support staff are very friendly. You can get appointments in a timely manner and when you call, you get a live person, not a lengthy menu of options. I've seen some of the other women vets there as well and been very pleased with them too.

Great staff and caring vets

I have been going to Sudbury Animal Hospital for almost 14 years . I can't say enough about how great they are. I have been living in Salem, Ma. for the last 7 years and even though there are many veterinary clinics around the area, I will continue to drive to Sudbury for my dog's care. To me knowing that my dog will get the best care there is, make the one hour trip worth.I would not go anywhere else. They are truly amazing!

Have been coming here for 18 years, with all my cats and dogs. Wonderful vets and techs. Have always received courteous and loving care, in good times and in bad. I appreciate that they take the time to explain issues, options and concerns in full detail.

The veterinarians and staff at Sudbury Animal Hospital are wonderful and show compassion and concern for my dog as if he were their own. While all of them are informative and caring, Dr. Alexander goes out of her way to take time to thoroughly explain any reports or concerns she has and offer reassurance. I recently dealt with my dog getting a misdiagnosis from Massachusetts Referral Veterinary Hospital in Woburn as well as conflicting messages and confusing reports about his condition. The fact that it was in regards to his heart made it that much more stressful and unsettling. I never got to talk to the cardiologist at Woburn after appointments, even when I called to speak directly to him. When I spoke with the vet techs, they sometimes provided false or exaggerated information, one time telling me my dog had a grade three heart murmur when one wasn't detected. Dr. Alexander reviewed all of his reports and said she was so confused by them that even she didn't even know what my dog's official diagnosis was. She took it upon herself to investigate this further and contacted the cardiologist in Woburn directly to get clarification. After talking to him, she spent nearly 45 minutes with me on the phone after hours to explain everything and offered recommendations for next steps. It was incredibly generous of her to take the time to do this and I truly appreciate the extra effort she makes to ensure that my dog is getting the best care.

I've been going to Sudbury animal hospital for 20 years. I love them. All of the staff and doctors are kind and caring people. They've helped me so much with all my cats. The place is always clean. And they have 2 waiting areas, so dogs and cats can be separate. I'm always greeted so kindly. They go above and beyond for me. And I can see they love what they do. They have online scheduling capability, email and text reminders, and I can order the prescription food there or online and now I can use their online store to have it delivered to my home. They're kind and honest with me about the care of my pets. I'm so glad they exist.

They've taken care of 3 generations of my cats. They are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive - clearly animal lovers! They are also very open about the pros and cons of each treatment and never push to do a treatment just for the money or just to extend the (unhappy) life of a pet. My cats have been treated by most of the vets and nurses there and I would highly recommend them all.

Very caring vets - great service. We've been going here with our cat and dog for more than 8 years and they are wonderful. They really take the time to speak with you and support your animals. They will answer questions, call you back, and they have evening and weekend hours several days which makes it very easy to see them. Highly recommended!

The vets are great. My cats were very scared when they got there, but as soon as they saw the vet they felt better.

Dr. Alexander is the most amazing, compassionate, intelligent vet we could ever hope to find. She has always cured our dog of whatever ails her, and she shows her concern and love with follow up phone calls. She never pushes any services or treatments on us, just informs us of the options. The love she has for animals is immense. She is always in a great mood and clearly loves her work.

I've been going to Jack & Betsy a husband and wife team for over 20 yrs and they are just wonder. They are now caring for my seventh dog and I wouldn't have it any other way. My last guy had allot of health issues and they never gave up on him. Helping him and me to the end. Their both just two caring people who care about the animals they care for.

Warm, caring professionals take great care of pets here at reasonable cost. We have brought our Havanese here since he was a weeks-old puppy - 8 years now. They have always kept him healthy, treated him kindly and put me at ease. I love this place and so does Ollie!
