More than once I have used them for reproductive issues. They have always been helpful, compassionate, professional, and always responsive to any and all concerns. Can't say enough good things about them.

I have been bringing my cats here for 20 plus years and now I'm done. They have always treated my cats great and never had an issue until now. My senior 13 year old cat has been sick. We found her peeing blood. We called and they refused to see you only by appointment. I totally understand this pandemic has been difficult on all of us however this is an emergency and Slade could care less. We had to take her some else and pay more money. Sorry but I will not be bringing my cats here ever again. Very rude!!!????

They have been nothing but exemplary every time I've had to go in, for both emergency and standard checkups. Attention to detail, love and care for every animal they go in. Your pets will be treated with love and respect, consider this place next time you need a checkup or emergency needs.

We had a great experience with our dog’s spay at Slade. We were kept informed after the surgery and the results were excellent. Would highly recommend them

Really thoughtful veterinarians who do good work for your animal friends. Front desk has been lovely any time I've called with a question; even when they have had a helluva bad day, they try their best for you. Very grateful to have Slade nearby for my cat with an autoimmune disorder as they have been excellent communicators and very knowledgeable about medications and side effects. I would trust them with all household pets!

Doctor Martin and the staff were all so compassionate, caring and professional on what was a miserable day. They could not have treated us or our sweetheart any better. We have used Slade for 21 years and always loved the experience.

I like the vets here but their billing process could be better. They charged me ~$500 without my authorization. I left several voicemails and never received a callback. Talked to the office manager today and the issue is sorted now.

Safety delivered 2 beautiful puppies! So glad we have such a great repro vet clinic in our area.

This is definitely the best vet my dogs have ever been at. From the front desk people, to the techs, to the actual vets, they are all professional, super helpful and the nicest people we have ever dealt with at any vet hospital. Highly recommend them to anyone, especially Dr. Martin and Dr. Miranda who checked with us every day to make sure our dog Bruno was doing better.

Slades staff made us and our pet very comfortable, and they were a pleasure to deal with from the original booking process all the way through the appointment. We would highly recommend Slade veterinary hospital.

The entire Slade team is top notch. The vet care, communications and efficiency with which they work are exceptional. Practicing veterinary medicine and communicating effectively during the pandemic are challenging. I am grateful for the wonderful experience we had in interacting with the Slade staff.

Today I came in with my french puppy as new patients, and it was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a veterinary appointment. The staff was amazing, the vet and the assistant were out of this world patient, caring, attentive to my concerns, answered all of my questions and way more! Definitely found our forever clinic. The team at Slade is fantastic. One of our cats has asthma and they are always available to take care of him and consult with us over the phone whenever we have any questions. We're very lucky to have them be our veterinarians.

Dr Ira Kaplan is extremely unprofessional. He gave our dog an unrequested lepto shot during another vaccine after we addressed it on the very first visit. The lepto shot can be fatal if administered to a French Bulldog. No apology given and he even hung up the phone when confronted about it. Hopefully our dog does not have issues related to this unrequested service. Do not bring your dog here. If you do specifically request not to be seen by Dr Ira Kaplan.

I have taken my former foster pup who was a stray and needed a check up badly. They were so kind and caring to her! Now our two rescue pitties go to Slade as well and each experience we've had with them has been good so far! Really love how accommodating they are!

Awful service from the manager and Owner of this business! Got charged extra for a paper to be printed that I was never aware of there being an extra charge(30$), and on top of it I NEVER RECEIVED THE PAPER! trying to reach them for weeks they finally called me and they refuse to believe a word I say. Have been using them for years and will be taking my business elsewhere! These people do not put their clients first!

I split my time between FL and MA, and have a puppy with a bad rash. Was having trouble finding someone to take me in, that wasn't a wicked expensive emergency place. The receptionist was extremely nice and accommodating over the phone. She was very informative and sweet. Will definitely start recommending Slade to my friends in the area! The entire staff is amazing from receptionist, to vet tech to veterinarian. I saw Dr. Fiamengo. They’re are very attentive, you can tell they care about the animals, listen to your concerns, don’t try to rip you off, are honest, and make you feel very comfortable. They also didn’t rush me at all, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I honestly cannot say enough great things about my first experience at this practice.

My kitty was sick and Dr Martin was so kind and thoughtful with him. He is improving with her care. Thank you.
