Clean and friendly staff. The animals here are in a safe environment. I recommend this shelter if you're looking for a pet. Its also a good place to donate to. Cash is great, items are good. Help anyway you can.

weird… we were standing out front when we saw the appointment only sign so we decided to call and nobody answers and i know they saw us.. i hate when people make it so difficult to adopt animals.

They operate a great rescue. Friendly volunteers. Sweetest dogs ;)

We got our sweet Brenda now Bonnie last week. I need to say it is the best place to get a dog, a cat too I can imagine, since the staff there are super informative, helpful, super friendly and patient, even I had asked a hundred questions, I got all the answers! All dogs and cats are well cared for. I highly recommend Buddy Dogs. Thank you everyone for helping me find Bonnie!

Oakley escaped death row in NY, was adopted out and then returned! So sad for him, but OH so lucky for us! He is the smartest, craziest, most fun-loving and loving cat I’ve ever been owned by. He even owns my husband who was never a cat person. We are so thankful to Buddy Dog for rescuing him from NY.

Its really a place where people play with animals. I was stepped on by a little girl who was playing with animals. The Staff are really rude and mean. I was seriously asking about adoptable cats and the Staff could not be bothered. She offered the one who doesn't like anyone or anything. If you are seriously looking to adopt go somewhere else.

We had a wonderful experience at this shelter! The staff were all extremely nice and very helpful. I am a new cat owner so I had a lot of questions and concerns and Michel spoke with me before our visit to talk about it all with me. Due to COVID we were the only ones there and we got plenty of time to get to know the cats. We found two kitties we loved and took them home. Michel was not there the day we went to pick them up, but the other staff were just as helpful and patient with us. We even got to speak with the vet tech about them. It has been two weeks and they are adjusting very well. Michel is still happy to talk to us after our adoption and I am forever grateful for this! This is truly a shelter that cares about their animals :)

Buddy Dog hs is an amazing place, where you can adopt a new family pet with confidence that they have been treated with love and care during their time at the shelter and also that caring, knowledgeable staff will be there to support you and your newly adopted friend if needed as they adjust to their new home. I have adopted 2 wonderful dogs and a cat from BD and I hope many more in the future!!

Saturday February 13, 1971 I adopted my first dog ???? from here...I will never forget the happiness I felt that day. Friskie was with me till November 9 1982...I miss him to this day and when the time is right I'll meet him on the other side of the rainbow ???? bridge!

I adopted the most amazing and wonderful dog from Buddy Dog over 12 years ago. I will most definitely come here again.

We had a very positive experience with Buddy Dog. The staff is friendly and are happy to let you walk their dogs around the trails behind the building. The adoption process was an application with thought-provoking questions, and a staff member discussed our responses to make sure that the dog was a good fit for us. After we adopted, the staff members made sure to let us know that we could call with any questions we had. Our doggo is settling in well. Thanks Buddy Dog!

Best place to get a cat or dog. Wonderful staff and the animals are so well cared for. I've gotten two cats here and love this place. They care about how the animals are doing long after they've been adopted. Can't recommend highly enough.
