I didn't find the pup I needed that time I went. But liked the presentation, time with prospective adoptee and taking a walk. Excellent procedures!

We're on our second adoption from them and they are wonderful human beings and we haven't received our second baby yet we adopted her but she is under quarantine right now cuz she's sick and they're taking very good care of her and when she's much better or all better she can come home but here's a photo of our Edward and he is a very happy boy not a lap cat but he is a love love they know how to take care of their pets and they know how to adopt out and they are the most reasonable price for all the work they do you're getting one heck of a deal with whatever animal you adopt because they are fixed they have shots and they are chipped you get everything you need but they do make sure you have a veterinarian to take your new animal to they are very careful who they adopt to and that's the way it should be

I've adopted two cats from this place had nothing but good luck love and affection from the pets everything about this Thomas j O'Connor facility is top notch professional clean and polite. Thomas O'Connor was a county commissioner with my dad Richard Thomas and Tommy O'Connor was a great guy and it's an honor to hear his name remembered through this facility.

TJO offers services the Springfield, Holyoke and Chicopee. These are some of the most compassionate people you were going to find. Doing a very hard job with very limited resources. They do an outstanding job, servicing the community and maintaining a professional clean facility.

They all really seem to care about all the animals in their care. Good to know that feeling!

They were awesome! We were going to adopt a dog that basically had issues; And the woman that was helping us said they had a new dog we could meet & she nailed it! We adopted that did!!

Don't like the way staff interrogated me as if I was the one who abandoned the kitten I brought into the shelter.

Rafiki is the most amazing kitten I could be blessed with????, my sister recently passed and through everything having her snuggle every night and how she hops around when I get home like a puppy get me through the day.. she eating great now gaining weight which was a struggle the first few days ???? everyone at the shelter was helpful you do have to be persistent because they're very busy but I'm hoping to adopt again soon!

Last week my daughter got attacked by a pitbull no one came to take the dog .just today that same dog came running over after other small animals as well as people and once again that dog wasn't taken away .what is it gonna take for actions to be taken .that dog is not safe at all .he even tried to run into someone else's place and still .right after they left that same dog was taken outside again like it didn't happen

I adopted 2 kittens from this place. I worked with Cyndi and she was helpful and kind. She loves her job and loved what she does. I am grateful to have met her as adopting a kitten had become challenging and difficult with other adoption agencies. My kittens came fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed for a very reasonable price. They even went as far as checking out my kitten who hurt her paw after having her home for 2 days. I will only adopt from TJ O’Connor going forward, and I would highly recommend. Thank you

This is where I got my last medical compared your dog. Her was Lady. I'm just got out of surgery and I'm spine when it was time impound a doctor named Dr Atkins she does home euthanasia. It was the most wonderful experience I ever had. I will definitely go back TJ O'Connor for my next companion
