My mom recommended me to ESV to bring my little girl here. Staff are so compassionate and very professional and have answered all my questions. My little girl is timid and she had adapted to staff generously. THANK YOU ESV STAFF!!

The doctors and staff are second to none!

New to the area, had to make appointment for my dog. One of the employee's called to let me know that my old vet had not sent over my dog's record. I called the following day to confirm my old vets info, the person who I spoke with stated that I had missed my appointment that same day I explained that in error I had entered the wrong date on my calendar. I am not up set with the no show policy every establishment and set their rules as they see fit. What I'm upset about is how unprofessional the woman was when explaining what there policy was. If you can't talk to me respectfully, how would you treat my pet. No thank you I would rather drive 2 hours away then to give you my business. Poor customer service.

Have been bringing my pets here or over 20 years. DR Anderson helped me save a rescued dog and Dr Hersmann was there from beginning to end with my best friend, Belle and her son Charlie. Thank you for being here for my new pack.

Have been going to East Springfield Veterinary Hospital for the past 11 years with both my cat and dog. The staff and doctors are excellent. Would recommend them to everyone.

Called to have my dog looked at she's not eating she's shaking bad losing alot of wait I called to have her seen they tell me a month away. Tell the girl she's not eating she chuckled which I thought was rude. So my dog could pass away before her appointment. Will never go back to that place.

the cost was significantly high for a simple visit to look at my dog's paw... and no treatment was given, just a suggestion to buy some lotion... and i sent very clear pictures, so it just makes me wonder if i should just google remedies rather than bring him in next time for something minor like this due to cost.

Moved from NJ to Mass. Needed a new Vet for 3 dogs. I was recommended by local animal control! Had a hard time finding a Vet that was accepting new patients. 1 of my dogs had an eye ulcer and needed a recheck. They took me right away. What a GREAT experience. Staff was kind and very friendly. Dr. was exceptional! Explained course of treatment. No unnecessary treatments were requested. Not judgemental. WILL RECOMMEND!

They were so welcoming and caring. They are genuinely animal lovers and took a lot of time with me for my cats first visit with them. I will continue to bring my cat there.

I've been brining my little boy to east Springfield vet hospital since we got him as a pup, almost 10 years now. They have always shown love and affection towards him. I believe they do that with all the pets... I've watched them interact. They are a special place with knowledgeable people. They will always call and check up on the progress of your little one. They keep in touch... I like that. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Guidry. She has been wonderful with Brady. She's gone out of her way to help us financially as well as taking care of him. I can't say enough about how great this place is. Wonderful, caring people.

Great with the pets, professional, and have reasonable pricing

They have taken care of my cat since 2009 and they have shown me I can trust them with her needs. Highly recommend .

My cat likes his vet and the assistants. He doesn't mind going and that makes it easier for him and me. They take very good care of him.

This experience was great and my Nasia was taken care of very professionally and the staff was very friendly and helpful, I felt very comfortable and confident that My Nasia was in great hands with the Vet and the staff there. we'll definitely be staying with this clinic and doing everything here from now on.

Bring my dogs there all the time

I am absolutely disgusted I called to make an appointment for my dog who is a patient they told me to take a photo and send it to their text number to see if the doctor could see her this Saturday they never returned my text even after I sent them another text my dog has a gum infection they never even bothered to call back

Always a pleasant experience working with ESVH. This was our first time working with Dr. Belcher-Timme. She was awesome.

They are the absolute best!!

I used to love this place. Had been bringing both my cats for years. called to book appts and the receptionist stated there was no history of either of my cats by name or phone number. I asked if it could be looked up by their last visit, she just again said there was no history of them. Yet if you go on their instagram there is a picture of my cat with their vet. Not sure how my cat can't exist in their system but yet be on their instagram from an office visit.

I have been going here for years. The staff is always polite, caring, and responsive. The doctors and techs have wonderful bedside manners. The quality of care is always superb. I will definitely continue to bring my pets here.

I have already recommended the practice to friends and family. The experience was top notch from the cleanliness of the building to the attentiveness and happiness of the staff our family felt right at home. The doc even let my girls listen to the puppy’s heartbeat. Super cool!

I wouldn’t want to take my pets anywhere else! Everyone I’ve ever dealt with here has been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they really care about your pets! My poor kitty was really stressed the first time he went, and instead of forcing him through a really uncomfortable situation, they worked with me and we were able to try again at a later date which turned out wonderfully and made his next visit a breeze! Cannot recommend them enough ☺️
