Putnam Veterinary Clinic Shrewsbury, Massachusetts

My puppy and I really enjoy our visits each time to this vet clinic. I adopted a 9 week old puppy back in October and we started going to this vet. They treat my dog very well and made him feel very comfortable and loved. They always had any medicine he needed ready quickly. Even though this place is a bit out of my way, I will continue to stay with them because how they treat my dog and how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. Highly recommend!

Loved that they were so friendly, calming and kind. They squeezed us in when my 14 year old pup wasn’t feeling well!! So grateful to them! And their new facility is awesome!!

No words can explain how grateful i am for finding Putnam. We left VCA for them. It's just a fantastic place to have your dog cared for. My dog is extremely anxious and does well there. The entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I trust my dog gets the best care at Putnam Vet.

I switched to Putnam from another local vet a couple years ago and I would highly recommend them to anyone in central Massachusetts. They are so kind and responsive, which are the two most important things to me when I’m thinking about who to bring my pups to. I love the new location as well!

They are always polite and take great care of my "second" child. I highly recommend them if you have a dog...but i am sure they are great with other animals.

Staff was incredibly friendly the whole process. The vet came to my car after the exam and took the time to discuss how things went. I lucked out on the vet I chose for my feline. You should definitely consider them

Nice veterinarian and prices are not to bad

Dr. Dulong is such a phenomenal veterinarian. The patience and understanding he has with both animal and owner, is amazing. Coming from a professional dog trainer, and happy customer. We could not have found a better veterinarian.

Pricey. Staff is kind and professional.

It was my first time talking my pappy to this clinic. Before I picked them I called several places, but people that work in this place were the nicest on the phone. And in person they were very nice too. Due to covid I had to stay in the car and they were coming out from the building to talk to me. I never felt rushed and it shows that they care even though it was raining outside. If the owner will see this message Please look into investing in umbrella for your hard working employees! :)

Dr. Dulong is a wonderful man. I would not take my three cats anywhere else. The staff is always welcoming and nice. I'm so happy to have found him.

I brought my kitten in because she wasn’t looking too good , she was 12 weeks old and Dr. DuLong came right in and had us go to tufts because of her condition. He is the most kind hearted man and I would recommend him over and over again even though I had only just met him. He called while we were at tufts and sent his condolences for our loss, you can tell he loves his profession and has a heart of gold.

Highly recommend. The staff is friendly and remembers your pet! Knowledgeable doctors who obviously care. Calls are returned promptly and all information is followed up in timely manner.
