I usually don’t do this time of comments but I just can’t hold it in. For the first time I took my dog to get a grooming service very excited and it has been the worst nightmare ever. I understand that it could be hard sometimes but what you expect from the grooming service is a 100%. I received a called twice and I was fine with it I told whoever spoke to me that I was going to pick up my dog. OMG when I saw my dog nails they look like they took any scissors and chopped them off and as well his bathing. My dog stinks so bad that I had to give him a bath when we got home. You know when you have that mom feeling where they mistreated your kid that how EXACTLY I FEEL.

The place is an absolute mess... the vetco staff are nice.. however the regular staff, not so much. I asked a girl for some help, because again, the place is a mess and she looked at me like I was a bother. Why work there if it's a bother to assist people.

Chrissy with Grooming is fantastic. Treats all dogs and owners with the utmost respect. My dog is very temperamental and picky, but she does amazing with him! Highly recommend just for her!

AWESOME selection of betta fish, and they clearly looks healthy. I'm not too big of a fan of petco, but especially this one was changing my thoughts about petco.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Very limited stock. Found what I needed for less than half the price I would have paid here! Explore other options if possible first.

I went here for Pet Grooming. And then pet grooming I received was subpar. Went back and talk to the manager and the head groomer Chrissy, and she fixed everything.

They have everything I need, but the service can be slow. I sometimes have to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to help me get crickets. Update: they’re renovating so service might be a little lacking at times but since my original posting the service has much improved.

there employees are so rude they pick and choose what qualifies for online order last time it was the debit card with your name today it was my ID she was rude by the time I got in the store the line was huge depends who you get

Love the customer service here at this location! Sometimes they get real busy and it's hard for them to keep up with every customer but I always remain patient because they do their best to help their customers.

Pet Co was a wonderful experience,I had my dog groomed by Amanda Ashe.What a amazing groomer !! She did a incredible job !!! From now on ,I am taking my dog to her .
