Was not satisfied had an emergency and they refused to board my male because he was not neutured .yet they will board a female

Best place to bring your pet for boarding, daycare or grooming. So professional and caring of all animals. My dog loves going there and her groomer Carrie is the best. I wouldn't bring them any where else. Thank you Cherrywood kennels.

I used them for boarding for years, but the owners overcharges and then when you question it, she becomes rude and condescending. I avoid this place like the plague now.

Bri loves to come and play with all her friends! She starts wining when you mention going to daycare! We love all the staff, very friendly and accommodating.

Home away from home for our furry kids!!! They LOVE going to Dalton's and we know they are safely and lovingly cared for whether it's a grooming day or boarding stay.

We feel confident our dog is getting the best care while we are vacation. Makes all the difference in the world! My dog loves going there and is very happy and docile when he returns to us, thanks to the exercise and love the dogs get daily.

Please bring your dogs here. Grooming, boarding and daycare. Carrie is an amazing groomer and absolutely loves animals and it shows. I give them 5 stars because both my dogs love going there (one had special needs) and they take care of her and treat her like family when she’s scared. So. Great job Daltons! I have brought both my dogs to Dalton's over the past six years. They take care of them as if they are their own. They know my dogs by name when we walk in the door and I know that if they are staying for a night or for two weeks, they will come home well fed and exhausted (and that's saying a lot for my high energy little pup)! Could not recommend more highly!

I have a very active dog and this is the perfect place for her! With lots of outdoor time she is able to run and play. I would highly recommend this kennel. My dog always comes home happy and definitely enjoys her stay!

Fantastic place to your dog groomed. I've had my dog groomed here for a little over a year, and I've been very happy. They are amazing with my picky poodle-mix.

Great kennell for the dogs. they have an open play yard and the dogs get a lot of outdoor time. very timely, responsive and caring people at the helm taking care of your pet.

This place was wonderful for my 3 furbabies when I found Daltons a few months ago! The young ladies working behind the counter were sweet, attentive, and helpful! All was great up untill I got to speak with Dalton herself -- who happens to be the most rude and dismissive small business owner I've ever come across. She is too stubborn for her own good and will continue to struggle to hold onto regular good business untill she gets rid of her snobby attitude. The story? I have 3 small dogs (Jack Russell mixes, 12 - 15 lbs a peice) and was quoted $28 dollars on my "Contact card" but when I came in, the girls charged less because they didn't realize how small they actually were. When I called to set up our next appt and got the lovely Dalton, she stated "$28 was too cheap, I should be paying $30 because she has expenses" and then proceeded to say, "Do you want to bring them in or not?" Incredibly dismissive and inflated. Sounding more like a high school teenager with a bad attitude instead of a grown woman with a business. Will only return to Daltons when she is NOT there.

This is the best daycare we have been. The staff is amazing and very helpful. My dog loves to go and gets all the exercise she needs.

We've been using Dalton's for several months now for our daycare and boarding needs. Our puppies LOVE when they get to go to daycare. Everyone who works there really enjoys having our puppies there and they come home so exhausted. It's great that they get the exercise they need and we get the peace of mind knowing they're having fun and being taken care of.

Went on vacation and left my dog and cat in their care, my cat got sick and they didn't do anything about it. She wasn't drinking or eating so they left her like that and she died within a few days of picking her up. Wouldn't leave a gold fish with them.

My dogs love this place. I researched and researched until I found the best place to leave my dogs. They are very well taken care of when they have to stay there. We moved out of Shrewsbury about half an hour away and still use Dalton for boarding. I will never leave them anywhere else. Daniella DeCampos. Your dog should of had their kennel cough vaccine. I make sure my dogs are always up to date on their vaccines at all times no matter what.

We have brought our two mini-poodles here for grooming. The last time we went, one of my dogs was so scared she had an accident on the floor (very unlike her). There grooms have been fine, nothing spectacular. Also after the last (and final) visit, my dog came down with kennel cough. She is elderly, and was sick for a couple of weeks. Thankfully, it did not turn to pneumonia. She hadn't been around any other dogs, and had only been in our backyard. Dalton's is the only place she could have gotten sick. I called to inform the staff at Dalton's that my dog had caught kennel cough there. A manager said that she was sorry that she didn't let us know that they had some dogs there who had kennel cough. This is unacceptable. If there have been confirmed cases, they need to take more precautions so it will not spread further (better ventilation and sanitary practices), and also should inform patrons that they have had cases there. We will never go back, and would not recommend this business to anyone. Additionally, the manager asked if she could call in a few days to check on the dog, and I agreed, but I never heard from them again. They simply do not care. I told them I wouldn't be back, and they were not concerned further about the welfare of my pet.

My cat came home with her under fur covered with and smelling badly of dried urine. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible care. Never again. The owner of this kennel was irate when I called her on this.

Dalton's is one of the best kennels i've ever been too!! My 02 dogs Cherry&Gordo love going to visit all their friends at the kennel. The kennel always has the dogs outside so whoever said that they keep them inside obviously doesn't know what they were talking about. I love Dalton's Cherrywood Kennel and i will always bring my dogs there, people who are very big work it helpful and polite, especially the girl who tends the front.Can't say enough good things! Everyone is so nice...
