She knows and love her clients/dogs and cats....

If you have a doodle, look for somewhere else! I gave this place 2 CHANCES, every time my golden doodle comes out with a weird groomed face and body!!! I am very angry and very mad. First time I told them trimming and he literally had no hair left! Very very short all over. Second time, I asked them to make it a bit shorter all around and around paws, mouth and it was a disaster! Last grooming was few weeks ago but the hair has not grown back yet. I am writing this review because every time I look at my dog I feel angry

Great place, great with your dog for all the services.

Took my dog there and had told the groomer what I wanted and to my shock they did whatever they wanted. They didn’t even try and just chose to shave my dog completely with the excuse she had lots of knots, when my dog has straight hair. Absolutely unacceptable, first and last time. Would not recommend.

They Do a good ...

I called and made an appointment specifically for my dog to get hand stripped. I was told on the phone that they were capable of doing that and made an appointment. My initial appointment was rescheduled, and again during that phone conversation I confirmed that he would be hand stripped. When I finally show up for my appointment I'm told they don't do that, but they can clip him or do something else. They also make a point to lie and tell me they told me on the phone that they don't hand strip. Why would I have made an appointment in the first place if I had actually been told that? Such a waste of my time. If you don't offer a service, don't lie and say you do to get people in the door. Extremely unprofessional.

Got a covid rescue pooch last March. Ollie was desperately in need of grooming, and poochies was there, so I jumped on it. Every subsequent visit was just as good. While down in Texas for 2 months, we had to find a place down there. It was ok, but reinforced that poochies was the place for us.

Liz is great! Our cocker spaniel typically hates grooming. Always leaves Poochies looking awesome.

My Nico (beagle jack russell mix) had a wonderful bath and nail trim today. He was very at ease with the groomers and I never leave him with anyone. You could tell the staff love animals. We will be back.

I have been bringing my PWD to Hannah at Poochie's for the retriever clip and he looks so good!

Reasonable prices, doggos always come out clean and fresh and staff is great! Much more personal than what the "box" pet stores have to offer...

Courtney is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She does a great grooming job on my golden doodle! I love this place!

Hannah always does an amazing job grooming our Corgi. He loves going there to see her and is never ready to leave when we pick him up. Highly recommend Poochies Dog Grooming!

Poochies is wonderful, they are friendly, professional and reasonably priced, most importantly they really care about the dogs. We’ve been bringing our two goldendoodles here since they were puppies and the team have worked with them so that they feel happy being groomed. The care they have for the dogs really shows through in everything they do, and our doggies look amazing too!

Poochies dog grooming is the best! They are better than petco and pet smart! I do not like petco and pet smart for dog grooming. I have always had a positive experience at poochies. They always do a excellent job giving my 16 pound 11 year old female Chihuahua mix a bath. They always do a excellent job on her nails. The ladies who work there are always so nice and polite. They are so good to my dog rubia. I trust them with my dog rubia.

It had been since February that our dog had been groomed. With the pandemic closing everything, we missed several grooming sessions. So when things opened up again, we wanted to support a local business instead of the big box store. From leaving a message, getting a call back within an hour to Liz actually listening to me when i explained about our dog's quirks, to the end result, it was all so positive. He was a happy camper when i picked him up. He looked fantastic. The prices are totally reasonable. We will be back! Keep up the good work.

The groom was fine but something is definitely off with this shop. Both my dogs, who never showed fear towards groomers or baths, became absolutely terrified after 2 visits. I can't say for sure what happened because I found no physical harm on them, but I have never seen them shake or whine as much as they did arriving for the third appointment. My oldest is generally very easy going and cooperative but his shaking legs wouldn't budge so we would have had to carry him in. We couldn't in good conscience take them in for their appointment and we just started bathing them ourselves. I have never experienced anything similar at other groomers. Please be careful with this company.

This place was fantastic!! Liz did such a wonderful job with Charlie! Everyone is so sweet and respectful here, and they do a really wonderful job with your pet!
